3 weeks had passed since Hoseok and Jimin found Taehyung in the woods, his wounds now nothing but faint marks and scars. In that period of time, Taehyung had explained his past to the others eventually - hesitantly but surely. However numerous thoughts also flooded the lilac haired boy's mind - from his previous owner, the many possibilities in why everything turned out the way it did and finally to this new pack he was welcomed into so calmly with open and warm arms. Of course he was appreciative of the other members and he was lucky to have found people who cared so much but how long would that last? A year, maybe 2 at most? It lasted 5 with Hansol. Sometimes the opposing thoughts overwhelmed him and Taehyung could only clutch at his chest at times like that. Why does it have to hurt so much? Now was no exception as he curled up on the sofa, ready to cry any minute. However Hoseok was never far during these moments. He came up behind him, pulling the younger up before bringing him into a warm and comforting hug in strong arms. 

           "Shh it's okay, I'm here now Taehyung." Hoseok the soft hair before him as the younger opted with burying his face in the elder's firm chest. A chest that was now common ground to him since listening to the alpha's steady heartbeat never failed to calm him. He needed something stable.

           "H-Hoseok, why is it so hard to forget? Every time I try, a memory worse than the previous fights it's way forward and overpowers me." He mumbled into the brunet's chest, a few tears slipping out unwillingly. Taehyung clung to him tightly as if he was afraid the elder would leave if he didn't. Hoseok held him tenderly for a few silent moments, calming the younger. Taehyung managed to force a small smile up at the elder, grateful. The alpha glanced down at the sight before smiling back. So cute.

           "It's just how it is, Tae."

           There were times like that but there were also times where Taehyung had no doubts left within him. He was slowly growing closer to the others, one by one. It was natural that he drifted towards Jimin and Jungkook quicker, being the younger members and all. The two just seemed to understand him better and understanding was all he needed.

           It was late, or more like early when Jimin crept into the guest-but-now Taehyung's room.

           "Taehyung! Tae wake up! Damn you sleep like a pig." Jimin whispered at the younger's sleeping form, whose arms were sprawled above his head. He proceeded to leap onto Taehyung's bed which had half the blanket sweeping the floor. Taehyung groaned as he cracked open a sleep deprived eye to look at his almost best friend. Taehyung didn't think he could call anyone his best friend anymore.

           "What time is it..?" He rolled over onto his face as he tried to think why these late night visits from Jimin were becoming more frequent.

           "3:37am"

           "What do you want at this time?!"

           "I need help pranking Yoongi hyung, I have the perfect idea this time!" Jimin was always out to get the other members and Taehyung had briefly wondered before why the others hadn't kicked him out yet. "Why can't you get Jungk-" The younger didn't even get to finish before Jimin interrupted.

           "I can't bother Jungkook now because he currently wants to kill me for stealing his bubble tea yesterday!"

           Yoongi woke with every single object in his room wrapped in tin foil. To say the least, he wasn't exactly happy.

           "PARK JIMIIIINNNN! DID TAEHYUNG HELP YOU? YOU PUNKS I'M GOING TO END YOU!" and so on. The mentioned two were seated on the sofa watching television when the threats began tumbling out. Jimin giggled before saying, "Don't worry Tae, he loves me too much to do any proper damage." Taehyung had only recently gotten his head around 'relationships'. He found the idea of love and intimacy kind of weird as he had only experienced family type love. He let his mind wander before getting up to get a drink.

           Taehyung wasn't exactly paying attention and so he bumped into Seokjin on the way. The elder only ruffled his hair with a warm smile before going upstairs. Seokjin always took on a mother role whenever Taehyung was around and the lilac haired male liked that. However he wasn't dense so he noticed the way Namjoon sometimes glared at him when he was with the elder. Namjoon wasn't one to be messed with clearly.

           He was the closest with Hoseok, there was no doubt but recently Taehyung found that his heartbeat quickened around the elder, his cheeks would heat up and he would panic the more time he spent with him. He didn't know why or what to do and the only thing that came to mind was talk to Seokjin about it.

           "Taehyung, these are all natural things to happen so you shouldn't worry too much and let things occur themselves." 

           "Natural things to happen for what?" He kind of needed an answer with more of a basis to it.

           Seokjin paused before thinking his answer through thoroughly. "Tae, do you perhaps ... like Hoseok?"

           "Of course I do!" Taehyung responded with a smile.

           "No, I mean like.. do you like-like him? Like how Yoongi and Jimin, and me and Joonie like each other?"
