Life was pretty much a still water for Yoo Min. Until he came. or perhaps, they. 

Born in an ordinary family, money has always been a problem.

And high school isn't a great place either, for she is not a smart student, nor is she popular because of her "quiet" personality. Despite her better than average disposition compared to the other girls, no one actually bothered to go up to her.

And just when everything is getting too overwhelmed for her, she received a gaurdian from the world of IK.

Min cowered in the corner of the room, as the weight of stress and darkness of fear surrounded her body and feasted on her mind, sobbing uncontrollably.

Flashbacks of her drunk father earlier making nuisance in the family, supposedly friends turning their backs snickering. How everyone will never look or choose her. This is not the first time that she had broken down in the year, and every time she breaks down, the reason is the same. There is nothing she can do about it.

"This is not the life I want, SERIOUSLY. What have I done to deserve this?"

she wiped her tears, and continued. "If only I have something to show off too, something that can be envied by. Imperfections. wow. I just have to have the most flaws. How fair is life?"

Just as she is deep in thoughts of her life, a sudden bright light appeared in front of her. She squinted her eyes to see whatever is in front. "What is this..............am i dreaming?"

And even after 10 seconds, the bright light seem to become even brighter.

"BOOM"

Min closed her eyes immediately followed the sudden outburst. The room seem to be back into darkness again. She opened her swollen eyes slowly, scanning the room, to notice a still dark figure sitting opposite her. 'Is that.........human?' she thought, standing up, not leaving her eyes off the dark figure that is not moving at all. Slowly and warily, she stepped backwards, towards the switch for the lights. "this is impossible.... impossible...yes...definitely" she muttered under her breath.

*click*

and the impossible became real. she gasped. There it was, a boy sitting upright motionlessly with his eyes closed.

She walked towards him, with a tiny bit of fear and curiosity and just as she took a step forward, his eye opened. 

The both of them were staring at each other. She can't help but look at how good looking he was, probably too handsome to be true. And reality came knocking onto her when his emotionless face turned into a smile.

"Hi Min"
