Kim looked at Pie and smiled naughtily. Pie realizing that she hit Kim’s arm and with Pie’s sudden action Kim was shocked. She asked “why did you do that for?” Pie just glared at her and walk leaving Kim behind. “What’s up with her?” Kim thought such a good mood swinger this girl really is. Then she started walking and as Pie walk faster she also fasten her paced as she reach Pie she quickly grab Pie’s hands and held it. Pie seemed not to mind so she just held it as they leave the park.

Kim’s POV

I blurted “please don’t step on my feet” when we were inches away I just did that to avoid the awkward situation if not I could have kiss her already. She then blushed then I was staring at Pie admiring her thinking it was just a little thing Pie stepping on my foot absent mindedly but for me it was everything. We may not be accustomed to be close to each other but still she didn’t felt unease to me even once when she hugged me. As I felt her touch my heart skip to a beat, what more is when we were inches away from each other even she had stepped on my foot it’s nothing compare to what I feel deep inside my heart. Her mood swing suddenly attacked again when she notice me that I was staring at her naughtily. “Who wouldn’t when the person you dear the most is in front of you looking cute ha?” She left me and I run after her and catch her and held her hand. She then stopped and looked at me but I didn’t care all I want is to hold her hand as if it was a precious gift. Never to let it go. If only I hold the key to stop time so that we could stay like this forever.

Kim and Pie walked side by side at the park and on the way to the main road suddenly a car beep its horn and it made them stop. As soon as they stop the car pulled over, the driver rolled down the window and Pie seems to know the guy as she called him P’Van. Pie jerk her hand from Kim all of a sudden.  Kim was shocked and dumbfounded when he saw the guy, that guy is the very same guy she saw that was laughing with Pie at the parking lot. Her heart felt sad and pain all a sudden recalling that very moment and now that person is here in front of her. Smiling as if he is smiling to a goddess. That was really true for she really was a goddess despite of her petite body and mood swing. But when she smiles you can forget all the pain and you’ll ever wanted is to hold her dearly. I can’t believe our moment will be interrupted because of that guy Van. Van greeted Pie back they chat for a while he seems to bother whether Kim was there or not. Kim begins to be irritated by Van so he I’m invisible ha? Wait you’ll see. “Hmmmm… she suddenly spoke Pie I hate to interrupt you and your but it’s already late and we still have a class tomorrow I think we should go back now.” She smiles faintly at Van.  Pie looked at her watch and saw the time is already pass 9. “Oh! Sorry I almost forgot.” Then looked at Van and then Kim. “P’van can you please give us a ride it’s already late and I don’t really wanna walked” as she looked at P’van with puppy eyes and P’van smirked because of that. “You know Pie you don’t have to make that looked anymore for I will surely see you back whether you like it or not.”  He then pinch Pie’s cheek you look so cute, Pie. Then both P’van and Pie chuckled, while Kim doesn’t even bother to look at them. She’s mad because of P’van’s action she want to punch him, but she knows it’s not a good idea. Let’s go Pie said P’van as he open the passenger door infront of the car. Before Pie enters the car she called Kim who was in her deep thought. “Kim… Kim” she said and looking at Kim while smiling. Kim then back to reality realized Pie smiling at her and she smiled back. Let’s go said Pie. Kim just nods and enter P’vans car so did Pie and P’van close the door and went to the driver’s seat.

On the way to the dorm P’van still keep on chitchatting with Pie while Kim, is in her thoughts thinking of what had just happened earlier.

Kim’s POV again

Unbelievable this really is happening right now, I feel stupid all of a sudden. I thought love can make all of us vulnerable but me it’s the other way around. I thought Pie and I have this same mutual feeling as we were together a while ago, when she hugged me my heart skip to a beat and I also felt hers, as she tighten our hug. Is that heart beat cause by just fear and not because she also have feelings for me? As I stare at her in the rear view mirror I saw her smile as she talks to P’van I rarely saw that smile on her when she’s with me. I wonder why?

Kim really you’re a loser my alter ego said as I begin to wonder how I would do for this feeling. I never love someone except my Parents, Yam and my friends but this love is different love were talking about. This is exceptional something that is mischievous as this was unnatural and out of the blue feelings that I didn’t really expected as I still don’t know my gender preference until Pie came along…  An air confined my feeling as we are stuck her in the car with Pie and P’van, how I wish time flies as minutes turn to seconds and seconds turns to Nano second so that this torture I’m feeling would be done sooner. Each time I stool a glance at Pie and P’van at the rear view mirror I felt that we are traveling an extra miles as I sat still on my sit stoned and condemned with my emotions. 

Few minutes later we arrived at the dorm and as I exit this zone of Cond emption I felt relief at last I can be with Pie once more in our own world and time. It may seem slow as I got out of the car Pie didn’t get off yet as she was busy having a few more seconds of talks with this P’van they seems not to care about me. I stood still waiting for Pie to get out few minutes later nothing so I decided to go to the nearest bench and sat because I don’t want to be rude and interrupt their conversation.

I sighed as I looked at them still not minding me.
