His eyes....

His expression was blank.Serious.

He was looking at me,he caught me.

Talking to someone I wasn't supposed to.

Though I cannot really make up what he was feeling,his eyes,tells it all.

His eyes was full of anger and irritation. He was looking at me and Kai intently.

I can see the way he gritted his teeth and the was he clenched his fist. As if any minute now,he'd be on his feet punching someone,making a scene here on the mall

But why..?

But I can see how he was trying his best to control it,to control himself from doing anything.

I know I promised not to talk to him and entertain him but why?? I need answers even if I don't have the right to have them.

His eyes was still glued on me,I felt guilty so I just simply frowned and looked down and fiddled my fingers.

"Hey guys,be right back,I'll just have a look there" Kai said pointing somewhere I don't know,I didn't look up to see where he's going.

As soon as he left,Chanyeol occupied the vacant sit beside me

"Hey,sorry to ruin the party but I'll take you home soon" Chanyeol whispered in his usual deep voice which sent shivers at my back.

"I'm sorry" I whispered back looking at him but he was avoiding my gaze

Why am I even apologising?!

"Hey,what are you two whispering about?" Suho asked "Nothing,but guys,I'm sorry but we have to go,Aeira has something to do,I need to bring her back" Chanyeol said

I do??

"Aww!Chanyeol you !" Baekhyun said sticking his tongue out to Chanyeol

"So childish" Chanyeol said and he stood up and helped me

Atleast he's still a gentleman even when he's mad

"It was nice meeting you Aeira,hope you can hang with us again next time" Suho said giving me a warm smile

"And mybe next time,bring some friends along with you" Baekhyun said and winked at me playfully

I  smiled at them and bowed as a farewell

"Hey you should wait up for Kai" Kris said

"Nah,just inform him we left" Chanyeol said coldly "Bye guys" Chanyeol waved at them I did the same thing. We were on our way, we turned our back to them but then suddenly a voice stopped us

"Leaving without saying goodbye to me?Hyung I'm really hurt" Kai made it in time before we leave

The chances

"It was actually perfect,until now,well then,bye Kai" Chanyeol said sarcastically

Kai smirked at him and approached me he stepped closer but Chanyeol pulled me back

"Jeez,chill hyung,can't I say goodbye to my FRIEND?" Kai said derisively,there it is again I saw a glimpse of Chanyeol clenching his fist

Please take us away from here please please please I was literally pleading in my thoughts not wanting to push Chanyeol's anger further

"Bye,Aeira,it was nice meeting you" Kai said in his usual romantic tone and smiled at me I smiled back but only a half smile and bowed to him

"Are you done?Can we go?" Chanyeol asked impatiently

"Oh yeah before I forget,can I have your number Aeira so tha-" Kai was fishing out his phone when Chanyeol cut him off

"We're in a hurry Kai,maybe next time bye" he said an he quickly pulled me away from the scene and started sprinting towards the exit.

"Yah Chanyeol,slow down" no response "Chanyeol I can't catch up with your steps" I groaned

He wasn't even listening and he wasn't even looking at me everytime I speak. And from time,I felt my wrist hurt.

Then I realize that he was gripping it

Tight

"Chanyeol!" I pulled my hand off from his grip he just stood there looking at me "I said I'm sorry ok?Aren't you even gonna let me explain?!" I asked him quite frustrated yet sorry in our situation.

No response.Great just great

"Take a bus home" was all he said "Oh so he speaks" I said.And I just had to say that cause now,he didn't gave me any response.....again

I took a deep breath and faced him

"Ok.I'll let you cool off and if you're ready to talk to me,you can always approach me ok??" I said in a sweet playful tone and walked away from him

"Yah where are you going?!You're supposed to take a bus!" he shouted

"I have somewhere I need to be.Annyeong" I waved at him and smiled

"Yah Aeira!!!Aish!" I heard him curse out of frustration and he ended up following me Kyaaaa!XD

But we walked in silence.No one dared to talk -_- Why is it even like this? Are we fighting?Is he mad? God why are boys so complicated?! I never had this kind of relation with a friend especially a guy friend. 

He was my first.I never needed any one else but Minhi,but now he had to come along and make thing complicated.Why Chanyeol Why??

I deeply inhaled the fresh wind blowing from the streets "Hmmm,don't you just love autumn?You know the fresh air and the leaves falling beautifully in front of you.This are the perfect scenes in life,don't you think??" I asked trying to start a nice conversation to break up the silence but.

The hell no response!!

"Ok wait wait just wait!First of all Park Chanyeol,I did everything you told me,with your permission,I talked to Baekhyun and your friends.Second,what the hell did I do wrong??Please enlighten me!" I finally had the guts to confront him because I was tired of this.I am dying to know why the hell he is so mad at me

"You want to know??!Well let me tell you!Didn't I tell you not to entertain that guy?!!But you did!You still did!Giving him a sweet smile and everything!You invited him in!" he shouted at me

Whattt?!! "For your information,I wasn't flirting with him or even was entertaining him!He asked me a question!He asked if we could be friends!What was I supposed to say??NO?!I was merely being polite Chanyeol! I still did everything you said without a question!" we were walking on the streets while having this pointless argument,we didn't realize that the signal for stop walking was wheen suddenly

*Beeeeeeeeeeeeep*

"Aeira!!!Watch out!!" we heard a loud honk from a car as it almost hit me

"Fudge!!" was all I managed to say from my sudden shock.I was scared. My parents died in a car accident and I don't want a car involved in my death too.It was too traumatizing

Good thing Chanyeol pulled me back and we ended up landing on the ground.

I was frozen,it really shook my world.I think my spirit just left my body.I can feel my body trembling my breath shaking.Unknwowingly,a tear fell from my eye

Chanyeol kept shaking me

"Hey,hey you're ok now ok?I got you don't cry"he said while wiping off my tear

I finally came back to my senses and pulled myself together I sniffed and wiped off excess tears

"I'm sorry,I'm ok" I said and he helped me stood up

"Let's go" he said and we continued walking 

I spaced out while walking I didn't even know where we were supposed to be going until I saw the park.

He brought me to our happy place

"Thank you for bringing me here,I needed this" I said and half smiled at him

The unexpected happened when 

He suddenly pulled me into a warm tight hug

My eyes widened,heart beating fast,I was shocked by his sudden action and by the sudden closeness.

"I was so scared Aeira!What if I wasn't there to pull you back?What if you got hit?!I won't be able to take it!And that Kai had to join in  in everything!I won't let him have you!" he nuzzled himself in my head and I swear I can feel the sadness in his voice

I hugged him back "Thankyou Chanyeol,for saving me and sorry if you thought I flirted with Kai"I said to him

"It's fine,listen,I will always be there for you,I will always save you no matter what. I won't let anything or anyone hurt you as long as I'm here.And Kai,I won't let him take you" he sincerely said

I felt comforted and safe by his words.I felt happy that my safeness matters to him.I was happy because of him. And his hug,was exactly what I needed. 

But I am still confused why he hates Kai so much

I pulled away from the hug and asked him."Tell me,why do you hate him so much?Kai?" I asked and his expression suddenly changed
