Ryeowook is dating Hyungsik.

And by dating, I mean really dating. Not just pretending or just using Hyungsik’s name to stop me from making a move on him. He really is dating Hyungsik. And how in the world do I know this, you ask? Well… Thanks to Heechul, that no good for nothing hyung.

We were eating at a restaurant after practise earlier just now and Heechul decided to invite the ZE:A boys over since he said that the restaurant was near the boys apartment. About four of the members of ZE:A came and joined us and one of the members was yours truly, Hyungsik. Of course, Hyungsik planted himself next to Ryeowook without even thinking twice and Ryeowook happily welcomed him. I was on the other side of the table but I could see everything they did and I wished to tell that I was next to Ryeowook instead of that stupid kid.

Hyungsik and Ryeowook whispered. A lot. Hyungsik and Ryeowook were known as the clingy type and you can bet your that they clung onto each other almost the whole two hours we ate and drank together. I wasn’t having any fun even though the other members were laughing and talking with each other. I bet everyone could tell you that I was pouting and basically glaring the whole time.

“If glares could kill, I bet Hyungsik would have died a long time ago, wouldn’t he?” I felt someone nudging my sides.

I yelped and rubbed my sides painfully. “That hurts.”

“And why are you glaring at our dear Hyungsikkie?” Heechul asked, his lips curling into a smirk. “Don’t tell me someone’s jealous?”

I rolled my eyes. “Why would I even be jealous?”

“Because your dear old crush is right there all touchy feely with his boyfriend and you’re here, alone and sulking.”

“You… You don’t think Hyungsik and Ryeowook are dating, don’t you?” I asked, wondering if Heechul knew anything about them.

“Dude,” Heechul patted my head, looking down at me pitifully. “Sorry to tell you this but they’re totally dating.”

I wouldn’t believe Heechul. Of all the members, you can never believe Heechul. He always has a way with words, knowing how to make someone squirm and then making a huge laugh about it. But right that moment, when I caught a glimpse of Ryeowook, I saw Ryeowook whispering something to Hyungsik about something and Hyungsik chuckled, bending down to kiss Ryeowook’s nose and then pecking his lips. I remained frozen, staring at them, my food forgotten, my jaws wide open and my heart shattered into a million tiny pieces.

Apparently, I wasn’t the only one who saw it because someone whistled and the members started teasing Ryeowook and Hyungsik. Apparently all the members who lived in the same apartment as Ryeowook like Donghae, Kangin and Heechul had found out and kept quiet about it and all the ZE:A members already knew about it. The lower dorm apartment members and those who lived on their own were all shocked by the news but everyone accepted it coolly even Leeteuk – who actually looked like he was going to kill Hyungsik for a split second.

Some of the members gave me weird looks when Hyungsik and Ryeowook announced to everyone that they were dating. Sungmin gave me a sympathetic smile and I couldn’t bring myself from looking back at them. I stared at my plate, playing around with my food. My mind was blank and I didn’t really pay attention to what was going on until Sungmin suddenly cleared his throat and asked Ryeowook a question that caught my attention.

“When did both of you get together?” Sungmin asked. “It’s really so sudden!”

“Truthfully,” Hyungsik gave a sappy smile at Ryeowook. “I’ve been asking him to be mine for a long time now.”

“Ryeowook only said yes to me a few days ago.”

“Hmmm… Saturday night?” Sungmin asked.

“Yeah! How did you know?” Hyungsik asked, grinning. “I still can’t believe Ryeowook is finally mine.”

Sungmin’s eyes caught mine before looking back at Hyungsik. “Lucky guess.”

“Congratulations both of you.”
