Chapter 10: Don't cry.

Four months

Saturday dawned gray and cold, and it matched my mood perfectly. Sleep became a welcome escape.

I blinked, remembering where I was, and glanced at the sapphire blue curtain that shielded the outside world. Inhaling the familar scent I've missed so dearly, my eyelids grew heavy and sleep over took me again.

As dawn broke through the bedroom window, I could see the sparkle red diamonds shaped the walls and part of the ceiling. I turn my head and faced the nightstand and eyed the butterfly pin. Suddenly my mood was back to yesterday.

My stomach growled. When was the last time I've eaten? Right, yesterday; and everything went right back out. As in I threw up everything that went down my system. Well, except for a few crackers and liquid. Thank goodness.

My hands reached for my stomach where a small lump formed. Suddenly a rap at the door drew my attention. Pushing myself up, I thought maybe it was my mom. What did she want so early in the morning. I needed to cover up a bit too. No one knew of my
