Chapter 6: A New Home, The Same Danger.

Previously…

“I can’t believe our little Sara-chan is already grown up to already to live on her own!!” The oldest patted your head.

“Mouh everyone. Heehee.” You giggled as the family joined in the group hug.

“Sho-kun, lets do our best today!”a high sweet voice called out. You slowly peeked from your paper that was hiding your face and saw the actress Aoi Yu hugging Sho.

“Are they dating?” You whispered to yourself, as you felt a sharp pain in your chest. You froze in your spot unable to look away from the scene before you. You saw Sho slightly smile back at the actress and turned his head as his eyes then met with yours.

“Sara-chan?” You heard the rapper call out. You flinched as you tore your gaze away and just forced a smile back, before returning to the A.D to finished the preparation. He has a girlfriend….Then I guess it was right not to tell him…..

As the members said their last lines to end the recording the director gave an ok “CUT” as everyone bowed, “Oretsukare-sama dea.”(Good work today).” You saw Sho and the rest of the members headed your way as you moved away making yourself look busy, but to no avail as you felt your wrist being grabbed by someone.

“Sara-chan!!” You heard Aiba’s voice. You turned and saw his hands on your wrist and forced a smile.

“Hi Aiba-san, and everyone, I’m sorry but I’m a little busy at the moment. Can we talk a bit after I’m done?” You apologized, as you saw the actress still clinging unto Sho’s arm. You turned your head away unable to watch them together.

“Aiba-chan she’s right. She’s still working and also talking with her like this might bring unwanted attention to her.” the oldest reasoned as Aiba released his grip on you. Everyone gave you a small smile and made their way to their green room.

----In the green room---

    The members entered their green room after FINALLY splitting with the leech that refused to be apart from a certain rapper, they waited patiently for Sara to finished.

    “Hey is it just me or did it seem like Sara-chan was avoiding us? She didn’t even call me Masa-chan like she did when we went to the mall.” Aiba frowned, unable to get shake the ominous feeling off his chest.

    “Eh? You guys are already that close with her? Maybe I should’ve went with you guys that day.” The youngest pouted along with the gamer.

    “I’m sure you two will get close to her in no time. Also about what happened earlier I’m sure she was just busy with her work. It seemed like it was her first day and she probably didn’t want to bring unwanted attention to herself. If the staffs found out that she knows Arashi on a personal level, complication and drama can happen. Sara-chan probably just wanted to avoid that.” the leader reasoned.

    “Makes sense, and we can just ask her when she comes in.” The the gamer agreed, as he started turning on his DS.

    “By way Nino we should so something on your birthday since it’s in three days. We end our VS Arashi recording around 8 so let’s celebrate at your place!” The tallest member jumped in excitement.

    “My place is definitely a no, I don’t want it to be a complete pigsty and it’s too much of a hassle to clean up after you four. I don’t mind if one of you want to do it at your place, or can I choose since it’s MY birthday.” The brat smirked, refusing to look away from his DS screen.

    Of course the brat wouldn’t want his own place dirty but he doesn’t mind if he messes up other’s place.” The rapper chuckled.

    “Ja(Then)..I want it at Sho-chan’s place.” The gamer stated.

    “What?! My place again?! Didn’t we already have a drinking session at my place?” Sho complained, as he saw the brat smirk.

    “Well Sho-chan has the biggest place out of all of us, so it’s only fair.” The gamer reasoned. Everyone giggled knowing this would happened and agreed for the rapper’s place before the gamer changed his mind.

    “Then it’s settled Nino’s birthday at Sho-chan’s place!” Aiba jumped. The rapper just sighed helplessly, knowing he couldn’t talk his way out of this one. Just then there was a knock on the door as the woman they have been waiting for entered the room smiling.

    “Sara-chan! You’re finally here! You finished with all your work?” Aiba asked.

--NORMAL POV---

    You nodded your head as you saw leader pat an empty seat between him and the rapper. You sighed internally and took seat next Ohno and Sho. Well so much for avoiding Sho-chan, let’s just go with the flow..

    “So Sara-chan was today your first day of work?” Jun started.

    “Yes I started my internship today! After six months my internship will be over and hopefully they’ll offer me a permanent job here.” You hoped jumping a little in your seat.

    “So how was your first day?” the rapper asked.

    “It was busy but I had fun!” you smiled, as you talked about preparing different props and sets for different shows, and even getting a small demonstration on how the cameras worked. Your eyes sparkled as you talked about your excitement for when you get to start filming on your own in the future.  The members smiled at your reaction and began talking about their recording that had just finished, which was a topic that you wanted to avoid..but….

    “Then what did you think about our recording today?” Riida asked. Your smile slowly started to fade as the images of the actress clinging unto Sho’s arm began playing in your head.

    “It was great! But I am little worried though.” You forced a smile, keeping your emotions in check.

    “Huh? About what? Did we do something that was embarrassing or something? Even though we do embarrassing stuff every episode.” Nino asked, as he paused his game and turned towards you.

    “Well it’s not my place to stay but isn’t it dangerous bringing your girlfriend to the recording?” You asked carefully. You waited for an answer, but all you got was more confused expression on the members’ faces.

    “Girlfriend? Sara-chan we would never bring our girlfriends as guest. Also it’s sad to say but none of us have girlfriends well except for Jun whose dating Mao-chan but the whole world knows that already.” Aiba explained, as you became confused just as the Arashi members.

    “Eh? Isn’t the actress Aoi Yu-san, Sakurai-san’s…” you asked without finishing the sentence. The members looked at each other and began giggling.

    “Hahahahaha Sara-chan Yu-san is NOT Sho-chan’s girlfriend. Is that what you thought? Haha you’re too cute!” Aiba laughed, clapping his hands.

    “She is just one of those attention seeking woman that will seduce any men to get what she wants. It just so happens that Sho-chan, unfortunately, had caught her eye,” The gamer chuckled, as he resumed with his DS.... Oh….so they weren’t dating...You couldn’t help but feel relieved hearing this as everyone giggled at your reaction.

“Eh by any chance was Sara-chan jealous? I didn’t know our Sho-san was your ichiban.” Jun began to tease. You felt your face heat up and denied it while the other members joined in the teasing except for a certain member who was just sitting there staring at you with his own face flushing from embarrassment.

----Sho’s POV----

    I watched as the other members started teasing Sara. Sara-chan jealous? It can’t be...Even though I kept telling myself  this I couldn’t help but form a smile on my face. Just then I remembered what Riida had told me back at the mall when we went to buy Nino’s gift.

-Flashback-

“So do you like her?”Ohno asked. I looked up giving a small glance at Sara before turning to Riida.

“I think I'm just confusing myself....I just need to clear my head..Because..”

“Because she reminds you of her right? Of Usagi-chan.” Riida finished. I turned to him shocked on how he knew my thoughts.

“How did you-”

“I just had a hunch. Listen Sho, just follow what your instincts are telling you.” Riida finished, giving me a slight pat on the back and going back to what he was doing. Follow my instincts?

--End of Flashback--

After thinking about it these feelings are real, but my confusion about her being Usagi is still there.

    “Sho-chan? Sho-chan?”a voice called out. I snapped from my thoughts and turned my head to Riida.

    “I’m sorry Riida can you repeat that?” I asked, hoping no one noticed anything.

    “I was asking if it was really okay to do Nino’s party at your place. We were also thinking of inviting Sara-chan.” Riida replied.

    “Please wait a moment! I’m not sure when I will end work that day. And I have other things I have to do.” She argued.

    “Eh...Sara-chan that’s not fair, even though you went through the trouble of buying our brat his gift.”I heard Riida seeing him smirk a little.

    “Sara-chan you bought me a gift?! Then you have to come. You better not escape with my gift.” I saw Nino smile brightly, seeing him slightly blush. I exhaled loudly feeling irritated and admittedly a little jealous at Nino and tried calming myself before it started showing on my face.

    “Okay then I will come, but I really don’t long how long I can stay since I have things I have to attend to.” She sighed, as she gave in. At least she’s coming to the party..maybe I can confront her about Usagi...

----Normal POV---

After saying goodbye you arrived home and was greeted by your brothers that were piling up the boxes for your new apartment.

    “I didn’t think that you would move out this quickly…” the eldest pouted. You giggled and began helping with the packing.

    “You have to promise no boys in your house Sara!! And always lock your doors, and we’re going to visit often!!” The second eldest brother began crying.

    “Mouh Aki-ni chan, I’m not a baby anymore.” You laughed, as he brought you into his embrace. You hugged him back smiling, remembering your childhood memories with your brothers.

    “I’ll be fine oni-chan like I said I’ve lived in America for a good amount of time so I know how to take care of myself.” You reassured.

    “Hahas you’re going to crush her Akihito.” Your mom giggled as she brought in some snacks.

    “Sara my dear, your stuffs are all packed and ready to go, the delivery truck will be here tomorrow while you’re at work, so everything should be in by the time you’re done with work so when you come home everyone here will help you settle in.” Your dad smiled. You gave him a hug and thanked him.

---Next Morning----

D-2 7:00 A.M

    “Ohayogozaimasu! (Good Morning) Satomi-senpai!” You greeted with a smile, as the both of you made your way to the assigned set.

    “Ohayo! You seemed to be in a good mood.” She chuckled. You smiled back and explained how you were moving into a new place today and that your family was helping in moving in the things now.

    “Awwww you have such a sweet family and good for you! Must be excited to get a place of your own huh?” She smiled, playfully slapping your back.

    “It is! Although my three older brothers are being really upset that I’m already moving out of our family house.” You giggled. The older lady giggled back knowing how protective your brothers can get after hearing so many stories from you.

    “So where’s your new place?” She asked.

    “It’s somewhere in Roppongi if I remember correctly. Apparently my dad had the place ready for me few week before coming to America. I’m leaving a bit early today to get settled in.” You explained.

    “Roppongi? Wow it must a nice place, as expected of the famous Usami’s to get an apartment there. Are you sure that you’ll be able to pay for rent? You’re only an intern so it must hard to pay for everything right away.” She asked in concern.

    “My father said that he’ll help me pay for rent until my intern is over. I just hope that Fuji T.V will be willing to hire me as a permanent worker. Then I wouldn’t have to worry about paying rent, since they’ll be paying for it.).” You sighed. You felt a slap on your back and saw your senpai smiling. (A.N-So in Japan depending on the company you work for, the company will help pay for your rent as a token for working for them. My friend that works for a phone company there said that her company are paying 80% of her rent because it was part of the contract of working there.)

    “Don’t worry! As long as you work hard and show that to them you’ll be hired. And besides you’re the daughter of the famous Usami duo after all! I’m pretty sure that they’ll hire you!” She smiled. You smiled back and continued walking with your senpai not noticing a certain someone behind you that had heard the whole thing. Ehh so Sara-chan has a place of her own!

---GreenRoom---

    The certain idol entered his waiting room and smirked as he took out his phone and began dialing a certain number.

    “Hey what’s up Nino, aren’t you suppose to be in Nino-san recording now??” A voice answered.

    “Yeah I still have 10 minutes before the recording starts but I just wanted to ask Sho-chan, when is our recording over for Shiyagare today?.” he asked.

“Umm..I think around around at 5 or 4:30. Why?” he answered.

“Betsuni...Neh Sho-chan I have Baystorm after the recording and I’ll be done around 8 ish…” He started.

“....Nino what are you up to….” The rappers asked, unable to hide his concerns on what the brat is trying to pull.

“Heehee well just call the others! I want to take everyone somewhere.” He smirked as he hung up, as one of the staff called him to the set.

Around 8:30 at night

    After having dinner with your family and saying your goodbyes, you went into your room unpacking the few boxes that had yet to be unpacked. You opened the first one and saw the stuff rabbit that you had cherished all these years with it’s “special” necklace and began playing with it.

    “I wonder what he’s doing now..” You whispered, as you placed the rabbit on your bed, and continued to unpack.

After finishing the first box you began with the second box until you heard the bell ring. Did they forget something? You headed towards the bell and opened your door and froze as you saw who were standing on the other size.

    “Domo! We came to pay a visit!” a chorus of voice sang as they made their way inside.

    “Please wait a minute! What is everyone doing here? First of all how did you guys know my address?!” You shouted.
