HEECHUL POV: 

"Ha! You lost again, Kim heechul!" kyuhyun shouted as he did a victory dance after beating me 
yet AGAIN in Starcraft. 

"Shut up cho kyuhyun. And it's hyung for you, in case you don't remember, DONGSAENG." I 
replied, pouting. 

"Too bad, HYUNG." Kyuhyun said, flashing a smug smile at me. I rolled my eyes, knowing very 
well that kyuhyun would never call me hyung unless he had a favor to ask or he wanted me to 
buy him something, or just to tease me. In this case, it was obviously the latter. 

"URGH WHATEVER, kyu." I sighed. My shoulders slumped in defeat. "I don't get it. Why can't I 
EVER win you in games. Correction: why can't ANYONE beat you in those games?!?! Stupid 
kyu." 

Kyuhyun shrugged his shoulders in response. "It's just a part of me, heechul. I don't know really. 
It's pretty much built in. By the way heechul, don't even try to beat me. You know I would never 
lose in ANY game." 

"No kyu... There is one game even you can't be sure of winning..." I said darkly. I gave the most 
serious look I could muster. 

"PFFT hyung, you must be kidding me. You can't be talking about that stupid game of death 
right." Kyuhyun said. That kid. He doesn't understand the true worth of the games. Oh well. I've 
long given up on trying to make him realize the AWESOME EPICNESS of this game of death. 
He'll realize once he enters anyway. I'll prove him wrong. 

"Cho kyuhyun don't you dare insult the games. It's like THE event of a lifetime, kyu." I replied. 

"Whatever hyung. By the way you're participating in it this year right?" 

I smiled. Yes, I was finally going to enter. I had waited so long just for this game. Here in 
Arstela, it was a rule for anyone at the age of 21 to participate in the game of death, an annual 
competition where the sole survivor would gain the right to immortality. It was SO cool. I mean 
like WOW can you imagine? Being immortal? Never dying until you decide to die out of an act of self-sacrifice? I had been dreaming of this ever since I was young. my goal in life was to 
become one of the immortal beings, to... 

"Hyung? Knock Knock is anybody home?" Kyuhyun's words woke me from my daydream. 

"OH... Wait what. Were you talking to me?" I replied, in a daze. 

"NEWSFLASH, genius. As I was saying, you're participating this year right?" Kyuhyun said, 
amused. I sighed. "Aish this kid." I mumbled to myself. Now he would never let this go. Every 
single time I'm talking about the games, I swear this kid would find something against me. 

"Oh, ok. Um Yeah kyu I'm participating this year." I replied, smiling brightly. 

"HAHAHA ok genius good luck. I know how much u wanna win this game." Kyu replied with a 
smirk before turning to leave, allowing me to continue my daydream, imagining myself as a 
super cool immortal. As I was saying, I had wanted to... 

"OH AND HYUNG???????" Kyu shouted from the kitchen. 

"WHAT?!" I asked, irritated. The kid just make interrupted me! Twice! In less than 5 minutes! 

"Immortality isn't the most precious thing hyung. Keep that in mind." 

"You must be kidding kyu. What could be better than living forever?" I replied in disbelief. 
Impossible, preposterous. 

No-one's POV: 

"I'll show you one day hyung..." Kyuhyun replied softly. 

"One day you'll realize kyu..." Heechul whispered. 

"I'll show you." They said together.
