‘Kyuhyun’ he called out ‘come join us!’

Kyuhyun drew close just as one of them put his arm around a young women’s waist and pulled her to him. His other hand on her behind.

Kyuhyun brought his gaze to the maid’s eyes. They were huge and filled with fear; she was looking, at him, as if he had come from the sky.

‘What are you doing?’

‘Just your new maid’ the man continued ‘she is newly hired’

‘I don’t think she likes the attention’

‘She like it fine’ He smiled ‘enough for us anyway

‘But not’ Kyuhyun sighed ‘for me’

‘You can have your turn with her, just after were though’

‘Release the girl’ he growled ‘it’s my house and she’s my maid’

‘NO’ the man barked

‘Fine, why don’t we ask her’ he turned to face her

‘Miss.. .’ he frowned ‘what’s your name?

‘Mi Young ‘she gasped

‘Mi young; he continued ‘would you be kind as to answer the question?’

‘NO’ she burst out

‘You’re not going to answer?’ he asked, a hint of smile forming on his face

‘No, I don’t want to be here’

'That has your answer, gentleman'

He pulled her off the man and practically dragged her out of the room.

 He hated this save the damsel in distress business, but she looked so afraid.

‘Are you alright?’ he asked

She nodded, looking at him in the eyes, waiting for him to recognize her. Would he be surprised? Delighted?  Furious? The suspense was killing her

‘Are you certain?’

She nodded, still waiting. It had to happen soon

But it didn’t

She just stared at him, unable to believe he didn’t recognize her.

One year ago, she had half her face covered by a mask.

Since then her long light brown hair, was now short black hair.

Without Maggie to feed her, she had lost nearly half her weight.

She started at him, right in the eye.

And that was when she knew.

He wasn’t going to recognize her.

He had no idea who she was.

She didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
