FOURTEEN
EXOPLANET*Stop it Yeol! It tickles!* Baekhyun weakly wriggled under his brother's vice like grip, feet kicking at the air futilely. Chanyeol's grin grew wider as he fastened another bulldog clip on the other's nose, causing him to snort and whip his head from side to side like a dog. He could easily overpower his brother; the strength of the third born being no match for his. Although Chanyeol, Chen and Baekhyun were all triplets; having come into the world only months after one another, Chanyeol, as the firstborn, had inherited the full powers of his father's fire type while his two siblings were left with the cruder forms of their kind's powers.
"Come on!" Chanyeol teased aloud, "Try using your full strength. I bet you couldn't even bend my pinky!"
Baekhyun's eyes flashed beneath the rows of clips hanging off his cheeks, eyebrows and eyelids, having never turned down a bet with his elder brother in his life. *Challenge accepted. You better not give up halfway through!*
He steeled himself, rolling backwards with a mighty roar and lunged upwards with all his strength, feet smashing against the bed. Wooden splinters showered the two and the bed groaned and collapsed under them, tossing the two down onto the floor. Chanyeol smirked, retaining his grip with ease, despite being tossed down beneath the younger. He stuck a foot out, catching himself and rolled back onto Baekhyun who was, by now, red in the face from the exertion of trying to wrench his hands free.
He struggled with all his might; denting the floor in the process as he attempted to throw the elder off him, until he finally fell limp, glaring playfully through the forest of clips obstructing his view. *Damn*
Chanyeol laughed and released his brother, planting a hard kiss on the other's lips, the only visible patch of skin remaining, "I win! You'll have to buy me something."
The other scowled, crossing his arms childishly, *I don't see why I have to!* He thought stubbornly, annoyance colouring his inner voice.
"Ey!" The elder pulled him up and smacked him hard on the head, just enough for him to feel it, "Look at that! You ruined our bed again! Suho hyung's going to be pissed and we'll have to sleep on the floor again tonight."
Baekhyun stuck his nose in the air, clips wobbling dangerously, *I don't care!*
Chanyeol wrinkled his nose at the younger's antics. They have always been an inseparable pair. The dynamic duo; leaving Jongdae as the irritatingly sensible one. The one who would tattle on them. However, at times, Chanyeol much preferred the stuffiness of his second brother to that of the spoiled maknae. Baekhyun had always been a social butterfly, yet he never failed to follow his elder brother around, making him an irritatingly precious, albeit clueless friend. It was a trait which Chanyeol had never failed to take advantage of.
His neck snapped forwards at lightning speed, catching the other off guard as he bit his brother's chest tightly, his pointed teeth catching on the cloth. The younger yelped in surprise and stared down at his older brother latched onto his chest, *Hey, get off my !*
Chanyeol let out a playful growl, inviting him to another game. He knew that Baekhyun would never be able to turn down his offer, grinning in triumph as the adrenaline rush coloured the other's thoughts as he snarled softly and swiped the clips off his face in preparation. They clattered to the ground as Chanyeol released the shirt and backed away on all fours, readying himself for the tussle that was to come.
*Are you worried? I'm not going easy this time.* Baekhyun's eyes narrowed and his lips pulled back into a silent snarl, though his eyes twinkled with delight, his tawny hair ruffled and sticking up in various areas.
Chanyeol could feel the determination filling the younger's mind and he gave a short laugh of approval, "I'll have you hanging from the ceiling like a human!" He stretched his fingers over the polished wood, arching his back. It would have been more fun had they both been able to morph into their true forms, enjoying the all out fights they carried out back in their home planet.
These human forms were too restricting and weak; the longer rear legs making their usual four legged gait awkward and sluggish. "Get ready!" He exclaimed, his baritone voice rising with excitement. He could see Baekhyun tense, gripping the cracks in the floor just as he was doing.
They both sprang towards each other, jaws bared open.
Suji watched as Kris and Suho leapt forwards, snarling and eyes shining. She grinned with excitement, anticipating the next few days. It seems that this kind of lifestyle would never be slow or boring; each day buzzing with some activity. Even just a simple meal would become a sport with these ten boys under her belt. She couldn't wait to move in.
Now her only problem was to somehow stop her mother from panicking when she found her only daughter missing.
"Stop that!" Suho snapped as he landed back to back with Kris between the two troublemaking brothers, "Chanyeol, you shouldn't incite fights with your juniors, especially as an inheritor." his tone was logical and calm, emanating the power and charisma of a leader, "You should act as befits the leader of your type."
Suji scoffed in amusement as the larger boy hung his head, seemingly abashed, his halo of ringlets drooping around his face. It seemed as though Leader Suho had a fine way with words.
"Baekhyun ah, you're not even meant to be here." Suho chastised, tapping the young boy affectionately on the forehead.
He wrinkled his nose and huffed, looking down at his shoes as though avoiding eye contact with their leader would render him invisible.
"You kids are lucky you've got Suho as your leader." Kris rumbled in annoyance, "If you were one of mine, you'd be out the window already." He smacked each of the boys upside their heads as a warning, ignoring Baekhyun's snarl of protest and the mischievous grins they exchanged as they bowed their heads once more.
"Let them go, Kris. They've learned their lessons." Suho touched the younger brother's chin and lifted his head in concern, eyes roving his face for any lasting damage, "You shouldn't be so rough with them."
Kris scoffed, eyes rolling as he crossed his arms, "They won't break! Besides, I needed to teach that little pup a lesson. He shouldn't have been here anyway! Him and that kid, Kai."
"That's right." Suho gave the boy an even harder poke, "That was very silly of you."
Baekhyun grumbled under his breath and looked away, eyes coming into contact with Suji's.
His eyes brightened considerably, as though having broken out of his bad mood. If there was a word that she would use to describe him, it would be: childish. From what she had gathered, the boy appeared to have violent mood swings, easily switching between the extreme ends of each emotion. Like a child, he loved those who complimented him and despised those who critiqued him. It was either that, or he was severely bipolar.
Chanyeol too, seemed very childlike in his appearance; his protruding ears and large twinkling eyes gave him the appearance of a baby. At least, until he opened his mouth. In other words, he was the complete opposite of Sehun, who had appeared to be a mature young man, yet revealed his baby-like mental state as soon as he spoke.
