- I'm here , Mirae , and i will always be here ... with you ..

even in the dark . . . -

~Oppa? girlfriend? what the hell? is she kidding me?~ a lots of questions came to her mind while she looked at the girl in front of her... she obviously wanted an answer.. but who knows what kind of game she played.. what answer she wanted to see from Mirae.. for sure she didn't just come as the good friend she was and asked Mirae if she knew about Jin's girlfriend

'Mirae calm down and don't let her see that what she said hurted you in the exact place' she said to herself and in the girl's surprise she started to laugh.. a fake one but it was the only way that came top her mind in that moment

"Whats so funny? it isn't a joke" she looked at her surprised from her reaction
"Your way of talking about this is funny.. you came all serious to talk with me about my best friend's life thinking that it will be a big deal for me .. yes i knew about his girlfriend.. and even if I didn't know what's the big deal here?"she asked her with a fake smile on her face.. she lied but she did it for her own good

"I just wanted to acknowledge you .. nothing else.." she was about to continue but Mirae stopped her
"It's ok, but he is my best friend not my boyfriend it's normal for him to have a girlfriend if he hadn't one it could be strange" another lie escaped out from .. hoping that she will leave her alone.

"And now let's leave Jin in the side and talk about you.." with those words she announced her that leaving Mirae alone wasn't in her plans" You know for a few weeks i wanted to invite you.."

"Sohee, are you coming?" a girl interrupted her when she was about to finish her sentence
"Ohh yes i'm coming" she answered turning her face to Mirae "we'll talk later about this.. " she sent her a wink and walked out from the class.
"Finally " she mumbled trying to hold on and not to break into tears in front of the girls but it was imposible and the first tear made her way in her face

"Damn.." she made her way out avoiding a few pupils from her way
"Mirae!" she heard somebody's voice behind her but she kept walking away without turning around "Yah!" that somebody reached her forcing her to stay in her place while he made some steps to face her

"Kook leave me alone.." she tried to escape from his hands but when she understood that he is stronger her face fell down trying to hide the tears
"Hey, hey whats with the tears? why you're crying?" he lifted her face wiping with his thumbs the tears from her cheeks
"it's nothing really. just let me go to the bathroom for a few moments so i could wash my face.." she hoped that he will understand the message in her words but he didn't

"Come here" he whispered pulling her in a hug
"Kook soon the bell will ring, let me go wash my face and let's meet after the lesson ok? " she tried but he didn't let her go
"I don't want to leave you alone.. let's go take a walk outside .. don't worry about your bag I will ask Jimin to take it on the next break.." he kept hugging her shoulders while they walked to the school gates.

Jin was in his way to the classroom when he observed Yoongi in front of him.
" Where are you going ?" he asked him with a raised eyebrow " Don't say that you, Min Yoongi will skip the math class" he smirked looking at the sarcastic face of Yoongi

"You're not funny.. let's go the teacher is absent so let's take a walk in the park..also Hoseok will meet us there" he gesticulated in a funny way and started to walk in the direction from where Jin came a few moments earlier.

"Here" he gave her the ice cream he bought while she sat down on a bench
"thanks" she smiled at him sincerely.. happy that he was there shen she needed someone to remaind her that everything is ok and the life din't resumes just on one person.. It was the first time when Jin didn't shared with her something from his life.. and it surprised her and in some way hurted her.

"Let's walk a little more and then i'll walk you to your home" he smiled taking her hand in his and pulled her closer to him and caressed her hand with his thumb.

"Abut what are you thinking?" he asked her when he saw that she was quiet
"About how to thank you.. for what you did today.. really you were there in the right moment... thank you"
"With pleasure.. but really you dont have to thank me.. we're friends and that's what friend do in hard times.. taking care and don't let you down in the tough moments" he smiled at her.. and once again Jin came to her mind

~Why he didn't told me about his girlfriend.. why i had to discover such a notice from the others??~
"Hoseok hyeong!!" the loud voice of Kook woke her up to the reality and in a second a guy appeared in front of her.. one with a big smile on his face.. that smile she always loved to see when she met with that person

"Hoseok oppa!!" she also exclaimed with a smile while he shook hands with Kook
"Our litlle Mirae!! what are you doing here?? why aren't you at school?" he looked at her with a smile even bigger
"We skipped some classes to enjoy this beautiful day that don't deserves to be spent in a boring classroom" Kook answered before she could do this
"Good kids.. i agree with you ... keep on doing such clever things" he lifted a thumb in the air making them to start to laugh "joking joking" he lifted his hand in a naive way "oh he is coming , don't tell him that I encouraged you to skip classes" he pointed at Yoongi that saw them and started to walk in their way

"Yoongi oppa!" Mirae smiled a wide smile running to hug him a tight hug
"How are you lil' sis? " he looked at her with a smirk
"Yah!! what's wrong with you two.. i'm turning my eyes for a second and you dissapear " she was about to answer to Yoongi when Jin appeared in front of them with three ice creams in his hands

"MIrae?" he looked at her surprised while she took some distance from them , and pulled Yoongi after her to introduce Kook to her 'big brothers'.
"Oppa you know Kook right?" she pointed at Kook and avoided Jin that stood there with his mouth almost open.
"Yes" Yoongi nodded and shook his hands with Kook who was busy with Hoseok.
"Jeon Jungkook.. " Jin came after them and shook Kook's hand like they knew each other until that moment .
"Hyeong"
"You know each other.. " she nodded looking at Kook with an asking face
"Yes.. I and Seokjin hyeong know each other for a few years.. when we had some common friends " Kook answered pulling her a little closer to him
"What happend with your cell phone? I tried to call you but it's closed" Jin avoided the comment of Kook and looked at her with a raised eyebrow
"I don't know.. i didn't take him with me today" she shrugged provoking Jin to be even more surprised
"Well hyeongs it was a pleasure to meet you in such a nice day but we have to go now .. keep in touch" Kook observed the tention between her asnd Jin and decided to end it there.

"Bye oppa!!" she waved thankful for Kook's decision and walked away from them while Jin's glare followed her.

"Finally" she mumbled closing the book after she answered to the last question in her homework and finished to put all the books in her bag..
"What the heck?" she opened her eyes and looked at the cellphone that started to ring .. it was 1 a.m so she hurried up to answer before someone in the house would hear . She answered without checking who called her.

"Mirae?" she heared Jin's voice from the other side
"Jin??" she answered surprised from the fact that he called her at such a late hour.. and to be sure that he was she looked at the cell phone's screen understanding that yes.. It was Jin

"You're sleeping?" he asked with hesitation
"Yeah.. you know thats what most of the people do at 1 am and that's what you should do also " she tried to control her sarcastic tone
"I know but we didn't talk today at all so i hoped to talk to you once that I can't sleep" his voice was soft and quiet being almost hard to hear
"To talk huh? about your girlfriend?" this time she added the sarcastic tone in purpose to make him understand that she already found out the news.. not from him obviously.

"What the heck Mirae? girlfriend?? i don't remember to have one " he asked her surprised .
"Jin I'm tired let's talk tomorow about all of this.. " she also remained shoked from his last words and it seemed the only way to avoid him in that moment

"Ok?"
"But.." he tried to stop her but she surpassed him.
"Tomorow " she mumbled pressing on the 'end call' button.

She woke up in the morning and realised that her parents weren't at home. She went to the kitchen after she dressed and began to drink the coffee. She looked at the clock and hurriedly finished al her needs. She took the school bag and went out knowing that Jin was waiting for her already.

'' Kook? '' she shocked her mind seeing him in front of her house '' What are doing here?'' she asked doing some steps to him.
'' I wanted to lead you to school today'' he smiled at her.
She looked around thinking that Jin could come.
'' It's already late . Are you gonna stay here?'' he asked .
'' But.. '' Mirae still looked at him and raised her eyebrows watching then Jin's house. Kook turned to see what she was looking at and then she watched her asking '' But what?''

''Nothing. Let's go '' she said .

Jin at this time leaved the house in a hurry . Because he couldn't to fall asleep the night before he .. hardly woke up.When he was already outside he saw that Mirae wasn't there so he thought that she went to school .He speeded the steps almost running and then slowly stopped . He observed in front of him Mirae with a boy .He watched her thoughtfully while walking on the streets and observed that she smiled with him and hit in a joke his back.He raised an eyebrow, which made him totally jealous,seeing her smiling with another boy and not with him.His expression went blank when Kook took her hand in his and looked so confident of his actions.

They entered in the school and Jin continued going to the way to his university.

''Jin '' Hoseok yelled from his back. Jin continued to walk thinking about what just he saw .
'' Ya ! Jin '' he came closer and Jin woke up from his thoughts.
'' Ah.. Hi'' he said .
''What happened ? ''
''Nothing '' Jin smiled .
'' You knew that we don't have today classes?'' Hoseok asked
'' What? Who told you ? ''
'' Just now Yoongi called me and said ''
Jin stopped from walking and sighed.
''Let's go to my home , i'll call Yoongi too '' He proposed.
Jin nodded and they changed the direction , going to Hoseok home. When they three got together , Hoseok took from the fridge some beers and they began to drink.

''Guys , you saw my new dance ? '' Hoseok asked and jumped up to show them the moves , they all began to laugh when he began to dance.
'' You look like a cow dancing in the rain '' Yoongi said and didn't stop to laugh.
'' Are you sure baby ? '' Hoseok tried hard and continued to show already his acting skills.
'' Yoongi oppa , are you sure you want this ? '' Hoseok took his hand and looked right in his eyes , while his lips were trembling and were almost to escape a laugh too.

''What to be sure ? '' Yoongi asked .
'' That you want me to be your '' cow dancing in the rain'' ?''
That was the limit and they all laughed hard .
After they stopped with laughing , Hoseok leaned back to the sofa and took a sip of his beer and said
'' Remember how we first met ? ''
Yoongi and Jin nodded remembering that time when they were friends from the elementary school...One day when they were at the break , some older guys were a permanent nagg for Yoongi . So in that day Jin and Hoseok decided to help him , with that help that they gave to him they became friends until that day , in the bad moments and in the good ones.

'' I also remember the hard moments with you Jin'' Hoseok said looking at him .
'' Yeahh.. because of that Namjoon , you wasn't in your mind . For us also was like hell to see you doing bad things.'' Yoongi added.
Jin's eyes went down remembering how hard were that moments '' Yes .. I know '' he said almost whispering.
'' Did you talk with him after that ? '' Yoongi asked.
'' No''
But he did . A day before he recived a call from Namjoon

'' Hi ? '' Jin answered .
"I told you that you will return "
''What the heck?" Jin asked.
"Don't act like you don't know''
In that moment he understood that this was Namjoon's.voice .
''You were on a date with my sister '' he said but Jin didn't say anything back.
''See? i told you that you wont be able to leave'' he laughed.

Jin didn't resist to hear anything else and hung up.

'' How is your beautiful little sister?'' Hoseok asked finishing his beer.
'' Who ? '' Jin asked .
Hoseok looked at him with his drunk eyes '' Mirae ''
'' Ah.. she is ok.''
'' She told you about her boyfriend?''
'' I don't care '' Jin stood up and took his things '' I will go now. I have something to do ''
'' Why are you leaving me ???'' Hoseok playful asked,watching at Jin with his puppy eyes.
'' Ya ! Hoseok you are already drunk ,Let's take you to the bed '' Yoongi said and took Hoseok arms , helping him to get up.
'' Bye Jin '' he said making him a sign to go.

''Mirae ! '' Sohee yelled .
'' Hm? What? '' Mirae turned her head at her .
'' Are you going to a date again with Kook?'' she came closer to her while the overs were playing games at the brake time.
'' I don't know , why?''
''I wanted to go out with you and to talk '' she said
Mirae looked at her confused '' what to talk ? again? ''
'' I just thought , that we could be friends'' she smiled.
'' No , today i don't think . Maybe next time ''

After she finished classes , she saw Kook waiting for her near the school , so she went right to him.He saw her and slowly made some steps to her .Her steps became faster and faster and in the end she hugged him tightly.He leaned his hands to hug her and smirked , seeing faces of so many peoples on them .

Between them he saw one familiar face. It was Jin , that stopped and looked at them too.
''You are hugging me too hard.'' she mumbled.
'' Don't move '' he said still keeping her to his body.
'' Ya .. stop it '' she tried to escape from his arms.
Jin walked away and Kook let her free.
'' What the hell ? '' she asked confused.
'' Nothing , just.. i missed you '' he smiled and took her hand '' Let's go ?''
She nodded and they began to walk in the way to her home. She was talking to him but at the same moment she was thinking about Jin.. because they didn't talk in that day .. He didn't call her and in that morning he didn't come . That was a strange thing..

'' Mirae ? '' Kook asked .
Mirae looked at him waking up from her thought '' Mm? what?..''
''Your home'' he pointed to her house.
'' Ah.. ye. Thank you ''
'' Are you ok ? It seems like you are not with me . What are you thinking?''
'' Nothing. Really '' she smiled . She turned her head to her house and observed her mother, looking at the window.
'' My mother is looking , i think i should go'' she said.
He nodded and suddenly kissed her gently , but she pushed him hurriedly away and looked at him surpised '' Kook !''
'' See you tomorrow '' he winked.
She frowned and entered in her house knowing that he mother saw how he kissed her. Even if it was just a kiss but it was with a boy that her mother didn't know.She threw the school bag with her shoes away , and entered in the kitchen seeing how her mother was cooking. She coughed a little as her mother could hear that she came.

'' Oh , Mirae you came ? '' she asked.
'' Yes.. What are you cooking?'' she took a sit and looked at her.
'' Ramen '' she said .
'' Ramen ? Why ? You never cooked this'' Mirae asked surprised.
'' I just forgot to buy products for cooking .'' she smiled,but a strange aura surrounded her smile.
'' Where is dad?'' she kept asking.
'' Mirae , go to your room ''
She got up in silence and went to her room. Something was strange and she felt this , first of all her mother hated Ramen and the second was that she didn't say anything about her dad.She sighed and looked at her phone.

'' To call him ?..or not'' she whispered lying on the bed.She watched her phone but didn't decide what to do '' Maybe i should not..'' She put down her hand with the phone and looked up at the bridge .Closing her eyes she heard someone yelling , at first she thought that it was a dream but then she opened her eyes and she heard her mother's voice from the first floor.She slowly got up from her bed and opened the door to hear better

'' Where's my money ? You said that we have enough money for all of us but now you are saying that you lost everything BECAUSE OF WHAT? '' her mother yelled.
'' Darling , keep calm . Mirae can hear us ! '' her father said.Mirae was with her eyes wide open but continued to listen .
'' I don't care ! I want my money back right now ! '' she said .
There followed a silence and then her father said '' I don't have money .. ''
When she heard how her mother began to cry louder she wanted to go and to ask for an explanation but she just stepped back into her room and closed the door.She remained frozen in front of the door .. and some tears escaped from her eyes.It was the first time when she heard her parents arguing with each other.She never thought that , this would hurt her so much.

'' Mom..'' she fell down to her kneels and put her hand on to not let her parents to hear her.This was the most hurtfull and scare moment in her life..

Her phone suddenly began to ring .
She stood up and quickly tried to find him . She answered but didn't say anything.
'' Mirae ?'' she heard Jin's soft voice .
She took a deep breath and murmured '' Mmm''
'' Where are you ? '' he asked.
'' Home '' she said shortly .
'' Busy?''
'' Yes'' she said almost whispering '' Good night , Jin '' she hang up the call and powered off the light .
She laid her body again on her bed and her tears were falling on the side , through her hair.She loved her parents and Jin more than anything but in that moment her parents were more important for her.Even Jin here couldn't helped her.Her head began to hurt and she stood up to find some pills to calm down.

Someone knocked at her door room , she turned her sick body to the door and stopped. She took a deep breath again and then opened.

''Hey '' Jin appeared right in her face. She looked at him shocked for a second and then a warm tears fell on her cheek. '' Mirae..'' he whispered .
''Jin..'' it was hard for her to talk and he understood so he pushed her slowly inside in her dark room and closed the door.He took her head in his hands '' I'm here , Mirae , and i will always be here .. with you ..even in the dark ''

''Where have you been?'' she barely could talk . Jin wiped the tears that kept falling on her face '' Here..''He took her in his hands and leaned to put her on the bed. He undressed his sweater , remaining in a shirt while she watched him in silence.He surrounded the bed and laid next to her, in that way their faces met in a short distance.

''How'd you get in?'' she asked softly.
''I broke the window'' he joked and on her face appeared a smile''Your mother let me in''
Her smile disappeared in a moment..'' I don't want to talk anymore ..''she said.
He sighed and with the help of his hand he pressed her body to his and the distance between them limited.She felt his whole abdomen, his hand touching her back and his lips on her forehead.It was the first time when they slept in the same bed together.The first time when she forgot about everything and fell into his embrace.

'' Good night , Mirae ''
