One day, Jungkook woke up alone in the bed. He heard puking sounds from the bath room and went there immediately.

“Taehyung hyung, are you ok?”

“Ugh, I feel awful. I’m puking blood now.”

“Should we get you to the hospital?”

“I don’t want to burden you guys.”

“You never did, hyung. Come on, let’s go.” Jungkook said, lifting V and putting the letter’s arm on his shoulder.

As they reached the kitchen, everyone looked at them.

“Is there anything wrong?”

“Umm, Jin hyung, I have a schedule today. Who would like to accompany Taehyung hyung to the hospital?”

“I will!” Jimin said, jumping happily.

“Ok, hyung. Thanks.” Jungkook said, sighing. He thought everyone will be busy today.

After a while, it was time for Jungkook to leave for his schedule.

“Taehyung hyung, make sure to behave, ok?”

“Yah, Jeon Jungkook!”

“I’m just worried. Umm, Jimin hyung, behave too!” Jungkook said, smirking.

“Yah, maknae! We’re the older here.” Jimin said, pouting.

“I know, I know. Just take care!” Jungkook said before hugging both Jimin and V but V got kissed on the cheeks and left.

“So, let’s go too?”

“Let’s eat first, hyung!”

“Yah, you’re already sick and you still crave for food?!” Jimin said, face palming.

“Hyung, some things never change, ok?”

And the two laughed as they went to a nearby fast food chain.

“So, what do you think the result may be?”

“I… I think it gone worse.”

Jimin stopped eating and looked at V.

“Don’t think that way!” Jimin exclaimed, cupping V’s cheeks.

“Hyung, I can’t just say what I wanted. I’m bound to say what can really be.”

“And it won’t be worse. Just have hope, ok?” Jimin said, sobbing.

“Ah, hyung. I didn’t want you to cry.” V said, wiping Jimin’s tears.

They arrived at the hospital and got V checked up.

“So, Mr. Kim, I don’t like how your body is right now.”

“W-What do you mean, doc?” Jimin said, stuttering.

“I’m sorry but Mr. V’s cancer just worsens. He’s already at stage 4.”

“I knew it.” V mumbled, while looking at Jimin.

But he regretted it.

Jimin was sobbing uncontrollably with his hands on his face.

V only sighed and hugged Jimin.

“Hyung, you do know that crying won’t make it any better, right?”

“But Taehyung, why you?”

“Umm, sorry to break your moment but he needs to be operated again. We can only hope for the best.”
