~ Kai’s p.o.v ~

It’s been a few hours since she is in there. What could be taking them so long? 

“Cheer up Kai I know Krystal will be alright”

“Kris hyung I don’t know..”

“She will be okay. I know she will”

Everyone came to know if she was alright. I couldn’t stop thinking about her until I saw someone at the corner of the hallway. I went closer to him.

“She’ll be okay”

“Yeah.. She’s strong”

Chanyeol hyung.. I never meant to take her away..

“Hyung.. once she wakes up.. I want you to be there for her”

“What about you?”

“I.. have to be somewhere else”

I weakly smiled and walked away and soon the doctor came out and everyone went to him. I saw him being calm even though being bombard with lots of questions.

“She is fine. Nothing serious. Her wound will heal soon. Just let her rest. She’s awake”

Everyone went in but I just stood outside. I don’t want to interfere with their relationship. I turned around but the doctor called me.

“Young man. Are you.. Kai?”

“Yeah.. I am”

“She’s been calling your name for hours. I think it’s best if you go in”

“I want to but I can’t”

“I know everything is complicated with you idols. I’ve heard”

“Yeah”

“But one thing I know from experience and many surgeries.. The patient always calls for the person they loved most. “

“She’s just confused”

“Her heart isn’t. It’s her.. Go see yourself”

He patted my shoulders and went off I slowly made my way to her room. I stood outside not wanting her to see me and listened to their conversation.

“Krystal you had me worried back there”

“I’m sorry Krissy but I’m fine now”

“Are you okay?”

“Chanyeol oppa I’m fine. Don’t worry too much”

It became silent until she spoke up.

“Where’s Kai?”

“He had to do something”

“Oh..”

The whole time they were in there I was just outside listening to them until they had to leave and she was alone I was still there outside her room hesitated to come in.

“I know you’re out there. Come in”
