“Dear why the gloomy face?” 

“It’s nothing Mum”

“I know something is wrong Honey. Spill”

I looked at her and fed her. These days she’s been very weak. I know my time with her won’t be that long and that is why I’m taking the month off to take care of her.

“Mum.. I don’t know what I feel..”

“Umm.. Tell me my dear. What’s wrong”

“Remember when you were first admitted here?”

“Umm..”

“I was supposed to have dinner with Chanyeol”

“Oh dear.. Did you talk to him? About me?”

“I told him there was an emergency and I couldn’t make it but the next day…”

“Continue my dear”

“The next day I followed Gege to their hangout.. I wanted to explain but he told me he understands but the thing is.. he’s been avoiding me and he’s been cold to me”

I looked at my phone again and switched it off.

“Why didn’t you answer?”

“I want to spend time with you Mum”

I continued to feed her. Mum, I’m not leaving you. I stayed there until visiting time was over.

“Mum I’ll come back tomorrow”
