~ Krystal’s p.o.v ~

“Honey eat up”

“I’m not hungry mum”

“You’ve been here since morning and you haven’t eaten. It’s already 8PM”

“Mum I’ll eat when I get home”

“Make sure you do honey”

I clutch my stomach as it hurts but I pretended it didn’t. I have to stay strong for mum. My phone rang and I looked at the caller ID making me fell frustrated and sad. I rejected his call and kept my phone. Mum asked why didn’t I picked up, I just told her that it was from an unknown caller.

“Visiting time is over” the nurse said.

I stood up and smiled at mum.

“Mum I won’t be coming tomorrow”

“You’re busy? It’s okay dear have fun at work. Please eat”

“I will mum. Love you”

“I heard from your uncle you’re neglecting work. That’s not good dear”

“I’m sorry. I won’t do it anymore”

“Good now go rest for work”

I kissed her forehead and left the hospital. I’m sorry mum I’m not going to work, I can’t think properly like this. I went to the nearest bar that Kris’s friend owned. This has been my life since that day. 

“You’re here again?” the bartender who is Kris’s friend asked.

“Yeah.. The usuals please”

“You know if you have problems drinking isn’t the answer”

“It makes me forget about the problems”

“I can’t keep the press away forever you know”

“I don’t care anymore”

He shook his head and gave me my drinks. One glass after another I kept on drinking until it was my 10th glass.

“You’re crazy. Stop drinking. It’s your 10th glass”

“Shhut *hic* up.. you sound like *hic* Kris”

“Maybe I should call him”

He took my phone from my hand and called someone. I was too tired to even care and just rested my head on the counter.

“I couldn’t call Kris but this guy called you. I just answered it. He’s coming right now”

Who has been calling me? … CHANYEOL?! I wanted to protest but my head was heavy. I couldn’t even move it. Soon I felt someone shaking my body.

“Yah! Why were you drinking?”

I was too tired to reply and just closed my eyes as everything went black.
