~ L’s p.o.v ~ 

As soon as I heard about the news that Krystal is leaving f(x) I immediately ran to SM Building but a group of girls blocked the way.

“L oppa~~~” the girls squealed 

I just bowed at those girls and continue running. Once I reached SM Building I saw Woohyun hyung who stopped me.

“What are you doing here?”

“Where’s Krystal?”

“She just left”

“Do you know where she’s going?”

“She was rushing out”

My shoulders dropped after hearing that but Woohyun hyung tapped my shoulder.

“You know her longer than me. I bet you can find her”

He patted my shoulders and left with Key hyung. I know her since High School. All her good and bad habits I know. How she doesn’t show people that she’s sad. How she doesn’t like her coffee without 2 spoonful of sugar. How she.. That’s it! I know where she is! I took a cab and told the cab to drive as fast as he can to Han River. Why Han River? It was a really beautiful place for us when we were High Schoolers. I remembered how she would always come here when we had a fight.

/ flashback /

I walked a few centimetres behind her as I was thinking about how I should confess to her. I stopped walking when I saw her looking at the river.

“I think we should rest” I told her.

“Umm” hummed and sat on one of the bench

It’s started to get awkward until she spoke up. 

“Umm.. I guess I have to go now.. It’s getting late”

“No! Wait! I have something to tell you”

“Sure. Go ahead”

“I.. uh.. umm.. I.. I..”

“You.. uhhh..?”

“IlikeyouverymuchandIwantyoutobemygirlfriend”

“Sorry.. I didn’t catch that”

I was still trying to think of the right words until her phone rang.

“Hello? Oh Kris.. I’m at Han River with Myungsoo. Ok”

She kept her phone and looked at me.

“That was my brother. I have to meet him for dinner now.. So.. See you”

She bowed and walked away. As she was getting further and further away from my sight I gathered up the courage and ran to her pulling her into my embrace.

“Listen to me once because I’m not going to repeat”

“Uhhh.. Ok”

“I know it might be to sudden for you but when you first came into this school I was happy. I always wanted to see you. I really hate it when you are around other people. Really.. When you’re close to other guys I get really jealous. I really like you, Yi Ling. I really really want you to be mine only. So.. Will you be my girlfriend?”

She gently pushed me and looked into my eyes.

“Never call me Yi Ling.”

“I’m sorry”

“Kidding! Haha! Yes I like you too”

I pulled her back into my embrace only tone disturbed by her annoying phone.

I ran and looked around until I found a familiar figure sitting alone looking at the river. I went closer and sat beside her. She looked and me and gave a weak smile.

“I knew you will be here”

“It’s beautiful”

“Why?”

“I just don’t fit in”

“Lies. Was it because of the rumours?”

She just smiled and turned back to the river.

“I’m really sorry”

“Myungsoo.. Things happen for a reason and this is the reason why I have to go”

“No.. You don’t have to go”

“You will still see me on TV. Only now you need Korean subtitles” she giggled weakly.

“If you’re sad. Spill it. Like how you used to. I’m here. Don’t keep it in”

“It’s just 2 years”

“Why are you leaving!”

“I have no reason to stay”<
