At Han River..

Once they reached Han River, Kikwang quickly ran out of the van, followed by all s and Sunhwa. Kikwang ran along the Han River while looking out for Hyosung. In his heart, he was hoping that Hyosung is indeed here and that nothing happened to her. Kikwang went straight to the bench that he and Hyosung always sat at when he’s very sure that Hyosung is not at the area that he’s searching now. s and Sunhwa is also following him from behind while looking out for Hyosung. He saw a couple sitting on the bench that he and Hyosung always sat on. He wanted to go closer but he don’t want to disturb those two couple because the guy is putting his arm around the girl’s shoulder and it looks like they’re on a date. He was about to go off when something caught his eyes. That hoodie that the girl is wearing looks familiar. ‘Oh! Wait! That’s.. That’s Hyosung’s hoodie!’. “Lee Changsun!!”. Kikwang was already at his peak at that moment. He called out Lee Joon’s real name and didn’t even say ‘hyung’. Without waiting for s, he ran towards Lee Joon, grabbed his shirt and punched him yet again, across the face. s, Hyosung and Sunhwa were shocked to see Kikwang’s sudden action. Doojoon, Junhyung and Dongwoon quickly ran towards Kikwang to stop him while Hyunseung and Yoseob pulled Lee Joon up and pulled him further away from Kikwang. Sunhwa on the other hand, ran towards Hyosung and quickly hugged her unnie because looks like Hyosung had been crying from just now. “Kikwang ah! Shimchakgae! Deo waegerae jinja!”. Doojoon hold onto Kikwang, who is struggling to get out. “Daba!! Yaahh! Let me teach him the second lesson! Looks like he still didn’t get it in his head.. Daba!!”. Kikwang is still struggling himself to get out from Doojoon’s hands. “Kikwang ah geumanhae..”. Kikwang stopped the moment he heard Hyosung telling him to stop. Hyosung wiped her tears and looked at Kikwang. “I need to talk to you..”. Hyosung walked towards Kikwang and pulled him out of Doojoon’s hands. Leaving all s, Lee Joon and Sunhwa behind, Kikwang followed Hyosung till they are a bit further away from them.

End of Kikwang’s POV..

I wiped my tears away when I heard Lee Joon oppa called out my name from behind. I took a deep breath and let it out slowly. I stood up and turned around to look at Lee Joon oppa. The usual smile that he always had, is not there anymore. I couldn’t care less as looking at him, reminds me of all the pain that I had to go through all this while because of him. “Hyosung ah..”. “Oppa, before you start talking, let me just ask you something first.. Did you plan all this? Did you plan to take me away from Kikwang just like how you thought Kikwang took me away from you?”. I just can’t wait anymore. I had enough questioning myself before this. Now, I need answers. I can see Lee Joon oppa looked quite taken aback by my questions. “Hyosung ah..”. “Answer me oppa! I need your answer.. Now!”. I took a step back when Lee Joon oppa tried to console me by coming closer. Lee Joon oppa let out a sigh before he answered. “Geurae.. I think it’s time for me to admit everything to you now, Hyosung ah.. I admit.. I planned all this.. But just so you know, I didn’t plan to take you away from Kikwang.. Never in my conscious mind, would I even thought of doing that to you and Kikwang.. I admit that I told Kikwang at that time that I like you but that was just because I didn’t know about Kikwang’s true feelings towards you.. The only thing that he told me was that he had a crush on you which I thought was something normal considering that’s what idols always have on other idols.. During the time when you guys were getting closer to each other, I admit, I was jealous to the point where in my mind, I kept on thinking that Kikwang snatched you away from me eventhough Kikwang is aware of my feelings towards you. Then, after that, I found out that you and Kikwang were in a relationship. Again, I was shock.. I didn’t expect you guys to be in a relationship that fast.. I wanted to do something.. Something bad.. But then, I saw you and Kikwang and how happy you were to be with him.. You guys went through lots of ups and downs then, because you guys can’t make it public and that was when I told myself that, it’s time for me to back off.. I should be thankful that I know the two of you and that you guys looked up to me like a big brother.. As someone older, it’s not right for me to do all that childish stuff and planned on separating the two of you apart just because I can’t get what I want.. I apologize for all the wrongdoings that I did before this.. Even if you were to hate me after this, I’ll totally understand..”. Lee Joon looked down. Tears yet again, starts to run down my cheeks. I sat down on the bench and all the things that Lee Joon oppa told me just now, slowly came in to me, taking over my emotions and with that, I cried my heart out. I was definitely hurt to know that Lee Joon oppa had that kind of thinking when Kikwang and I were together but somehow, deep down, I’m thankful that Lee Joon oppa did not have any plans on snatching me away from Kikwang. Suddenly, I felt bad. I felt bad because all this while, I’ve been accusing Lee Joon oppa without knowing his side of the story. I felt an arm on my shoulder and I know that it’s Lee Joon oppa, trying to comfort me. I just let him be as I can’t stop crying now. “Lee Changsun!!”. Wait. That voice sounds familiar. I wiped my tears and turned to look when suddenly, Lee Joon oppa who’s sitting beside me, already lied down on the floor. I looked up and there’s Kikwang and the rest of Beast members together with Sunhwa. Kikwang was about to attack Lee Joon oppa again when he was stopped by Doojoon, Junhyung and Dongwoon. “Unnie!”. Sunhwa came running to me. “Sunhwa yah!”. I hugged Sunhwa tight and did not wanna see anything anymore. Enough of the dramas now because I want all this to stop right now. “Unnie.. I think you should go talk to Kikwang.. He’s not gonna stop unless you tell him to..”. I heard Sunhwa whispered in my ear. I calm myself down before turning to Kikwang. “Kikwang ah geumanhae..”. Just like what Sunhwa says, Kikwang immediately stopped and looked at me. That face. I missed looking at that face. I feel like running to him and hug him and don’t want to ever let go but then, now’s not the time for that yet. I walk towards him and pulled him out from Doojoon’s hands. We stood a bit further away from the rest so that I can tell him everything about this misunderstanding that had occurred. “Mianhe..”. Without waiting any longer, I told Kikwang everything that Lee Joon oppa told me just now. Both of us were silent right after I’ve told him everything. “I know you’re disappointed in me.. I’m supposed to trust you because that is what our relationship is based on but I failed to even worked on that.. Mianhe Kikwang ah.. You can hate me all you want and I totally understand but please, just forgive Lee Joon oppa.. He did nothing wrong.. We just misunderstood him all this while..”. “Pabo Jeon Hyosung..”. I looked at Kikwang to see if he really said that and I was shock to see that he was smiling. That smile that got me head over heels for, it’s there! Am I dreaming right now? He turned to look at me. “I will forgive Joonie hyung and in fact, I’m supposed to apologize to him because I’ve been so emotional towards him this few weeks.. I even punched him twice and never once did he fight back.. I will do all that but before that, you need to know something first..”. I looked at Kikwang who is looking at the Han River. “Never, in my life, ever, will I hate you.. Never..”. Kikwang turned to look at me. Tears, yet again, is welling up around my eyes. I even lost count on how many times I cried today. Seriously, I’m such a drama queen! Kikwang pulled me and hugged me tight. I hugged him back and that’s when I realize that I’ve been missing him so badly all this while that it got me this emotional. “Promise me that we won’t be like this anymore.. Promise me that even if there is a next obstacle after this, we will trust each other no matter what and fight it through, together..”. Kikwang whispered in my ear. I can’t say anything but to nod my head. “Yah you two lovebirds! All done there? Can we go now?”. Sunhwa’s voice made me and Kikwang let go of each other. Kikwang laugh and waved at them. He took my hand and we walked together back to where they were waiting for us. “Joonie hyung..”. I let Kikwang’s hand go and let him talk to Lee Joon oppa. “Joonie hyung, gwaenchanayo?”. Kikwang asked Lee Joon oppa. Lee Joon oppa nodded his head and looked down. “Hyung.. I wanna apologize.. These past few weeks was so crazy.. I’m emotionally disturbed and even made you like a punching bag. Mianheyo hyung.. Jinja mianheyo..”. Kikwang regretted all the actions that he did towards Lee Joon oppa and looking at Lee Joon oppa’s expression, I know that he’s ready to forgive Kikwang for whatever that he did. “I wanna apologize to you too Kikwang ah.. All the things that I did to you and Hyosung, I’m ashamed of myself to even have that kind of thinking towards the two of you.. You two respected me so much and yet, that was how I treated you guys.. Mianhe Kikwang ah..”. Kikwang pat Lee Joon oppa’s back and I can see that smile again. Kikwang hugged Lee Joon oppa and I can’t help but to be so thankful that finally, this awful drama is over. Kikwang and Lee Joon oppa walk towards where all of us is waiting. “Yah! Now that this drama is over, you guys know what we should do? Let’s celebrate!!!”. The Beast members were all jumping up and down and I can’t help but to laugh, when I look at them. We all decided to celebrate that night. A celebration to a stronger friendship that won’t shake on even the slightest thing and for my case and Kikwang, to a stronger relationship that will always stay strong based on love and trust.

A few months later..

“Jal mokgaesemnida..”. Kikwang took a sip of my mum’s kimchi chigae. “Ote? Mashiseo?”. My mum asked Kikwang. Kikwang nodded in satisfaction. “Ohh.. Jeongmal mashiseoyo eomoni..”. You guessed it right! Right now, Kikwang is having dinner with my family. Although it took months later for Kikwang to have a dinner with my family, I’m just relieved that we could make this work after that drama that we went through. Everything is now back to normal. Lee Joon oppa had already promised us that he will support our relationship instead of trying to wreck it. He also say that although it’s going to take a while for him to take me out from that ‘special spot’ in his heart, he will still try his best to do so, which brought laughter to all of us. “Hyosung ah.. Give more rice to Kikwang.. Are you dreaming in front of your food?”. My mum’s voice woke me up from my thought. I quickly scooped more rice for Kikwang and continued with my dinner. After we had that delicious dinner, I cleared the dining table together with my mum. After the fruits had all been cut, I brought it to the living room where Kikwang and my dad are sitting at. I remembered Kikwang being as nervous as I was when I wanted to meet his parents that time. He was fine at first when I told him that my parents wants him to come by and have dinner with them but when we were on our way here just now, that was when I saw how nervous he was and I can’t help but to laugh it off. I told him the same thing that he told me the other time when I was nervous to meet his parents and only then, can I see that he started to relax a bit and now, he looks really comfortable around my parents already. “So Kikwang, any future planning going on between the two of you?”. “Appa!”. I was shocked by that sudden question attack that my dad gave to Kikwang. Kikwang on the other hand, took a big gulp of water as I think that he was about to choke on the apple that he ate just now. “Wae? I won’t let any guy date my daughter if they don’t have any future planning going on in their head.. You two are idols, that I know.. But you two are humans too.. Wae? You don’t want to get married?”. My dad attacked us again with the ‘married’ topic. “Aigoo.. Appa! We still have a long to go.. You’re embarrassing me now!”. I complained to my dad. My dad may be a straightforward type of person but he definitely have a heart of gold and is a really understanding dad. “Deo shikereo.. I’m asking Kikwang! Not you..”. I kept quiet the moment my dad said that and turned to Kikwang. ‘That’s weird! Is that a confident expression that I’m looking at now?’. I thought to myself. In my heart, I’m hoping that Kikwang won’t answer my dad’s question wrongly. “Dae abeoji.. I’m working hard so that I can make that future planning come true.. On the other hand, abeoji kokcheong hajimaseyo.. Your daughter is the one that I want to fulfil my dreams and future with.. I hope abeoji eomoni neun, could give us your blessings..”. I clasp my hand over my mouth. Did Kikwang really said that? I gotta admit that that was very well said but, how can he say that with such confidence? I look at my mum and dad and I can see their face is clearly happy by what they just heard. They nodded their head and my dad patted Kikwang’s back. I looked at Kikwang and he gave me a small wink before he continued talking to my dad. I smiled and felt so blessed with everything that had happened in my life.

To my Kwangie, thank you for everything.. Thank you for being the best boyfriend that a girl could ever had.. You will definitely deny this line if you read this and say that you did nothing to be called the best boyfriend but guess what? You are so wrong! The small little things that you did for me is definitely the best thing ever! By the way, whatever that you told my dad, you better make it some true! Keke..
