“BYE HYEJU!” Hyungseok gave one last wave to Hyeju before he drifted off wherever he wanted in his new car .Hyeju chuckled and shook her head at Hyungseok’s childish antiques

“Hey,want to come with us? We’re going to Jin hyung’s apartment” Jimin slung his arm around Hyeju’s shoulder

“Hands off baby boy” Hyeju rolled her eyes and pushed Jimin’s arms off

“I’ll take that as a yes.Let’s go” Jimin walked ahead and Taehyung pushed Hyeju slightly to make her walk

“Aren’t we going to wait for Jungkook?”

“Nah,he’s got detention” Jimin grabbed onto Hyeju’s wrist,telling her to walk faster

“Guys,I’ll buy some snacks.You can go first” Hyeju stopped in front of a convenience store.The boys nodded and walked first.Namjoon’s apartment was up front anyways

But that was what they thought.Hyeju sighed and walked to a alley “Come out now” Hyeju said to no one in particular.Hyeju knew that she was being followed and she could feel the presence of the follower “If you wanted to follow me,you should’ve done a better job.I can literally see your shadow behind me”

The follower cursed under his breath and continued to stay hidden but made sure he can listen to Hyeju’s words “I bet you’re new.I’ve never seen you before.Anyways,there’s nothing you’ll gain from following me.So you better go home and report back to Mr Ryu that you’re caught”

Hyeju waited for a few minutes to see if the follower was going to react but he stayed put.Hyeju sighed and walked away from the alley,made sure to stop by the convenience store to grab a few snacks.The door to Namjoon’s apartment was left ajar and the shoes in front were scattered,even the apartment was so messy.

Hyeju felt a weird atmosphere surrounding the room.She quietly put the snacks down and quietly walked in “noona?” Jungkook came up from behind but Hyeju quickly clasped his mouth,motioning him to keep it down

“Stay here and be ready with your phone to call the police.Wait for my signal” Hyeju pushed Jungkook outside,hoping he would stay safe

A hard slap was heard alongside with a groan.Hyeju’s fist balled up in anger and she grabbed a baseball nearby the door and made quiet steps towards the room

“....where is she?!”

Only silence greeted the questioner.Hyeju peeked in between the door and saw the others were tied up and a little bruise was evident on their cheek but Yoongi was badly bruised with blood at the corner of his lip

“STOP IT!” Hyeju slammed the door open and hit the guy on his head.He groaned in annoyance and proceeded to hit Hyeju back.Both of them were involved in a never ending feud until Jungkook came in and hit the guy on his head with a pan,leaving him unconscious

“Should I call the police now noona?”

Hyeju weakly nodded as her face paled from the sight in front of her.The guy was unconscious,her boyfriend and his friends were bruised up.All because of her.Hyeju’s hands were trembling and she untied the guys from the rope with the help of Jungkook

Everyone was silent and Hyeju treated all of them while Jungkook was busy attending the unconscious guy with the police.She finally finished with the other guys and she was left with Yoongi.She didn’t dare to look at Yoongi in the eyes while treating him because of the guilt that was building up in her.

Her hands were trembling and her face was pale.She bit her lower lip hard,trying her best not to cry in front of Yoongi.The others noticed Hyeju’s condition but decided to stay put and let them handle the problem

“Hyeju..” Yoongi grabbed onto Hyeju’s wrist and stared deep down into Hyeju’s eyes

Hyeju felt her tears rolling down her cheeks the moment she locked eyes with Yoongi.The guilt was too much for her.The bruises,the cut,the blood on Yoongi’s face was all because of her.She dropped her gaze down as she continued to cry silently “I’m sorry..” She continued to repeat the words

Yoongi cupped her face in his hands and pulled her in for a passionate kiss.He was in a hurry.He wanted to pass down his feelings in the kiss.He wanted to tell her that he’s ok,he wanted to wash away the guilt that was in her.They only pulled away a few minutes later,gasping for air

“Stop saying that.I’m fine” Yoongi whispered softly but made it audible enough for them “Please don’t cry..” Yoongi wiped Hyeju’s tears with his thumb and kissed her eyelids softly

Hyeju shook her head “No Yoongi.Nothing’s fine.You’re hurt,you’re bruised up and it’s all because of me.If I wasn’t selfish enough,I should’ve push you away.I should’ve let you live your life.I should’ve-"

And again Yoongi silenced Hyeju up with a kiss.More tears trailed down Hyeju’s cheek as she kissed him back.She was too grateful to have the man in front of her love her too much to let her go

“Don’t say that ok? This is nothing.Didn’t I say that we’ll get through everything together? And please,these bruises are nothing.I’m a man” Yoongi smiled proudly at his boast

Hyeju let out a little chuckle and shook her head at her boyfriend who still manages to crack a joke in such situations.

“Umm guys” Namjoon let out a little cough “If you’re done with your intense kissing and little ‘we’re both in this together’ thing,can we clean up the place?”

Hyeju’s face turned red from the blush and nodded.She took off her blazer and helped the other in cleaning up Namjoon’s apartment “I’m sorry..” Hyeju whispered to Namjoon as both of them were taking out the trash

“It’s ok kiddo” Namjoon ruffled her hair and slung his arm over her shoulder “Don’t worry too much ok? And if anything happens,just remember,we’re here for you.All of us” Namjoon kissed the top of Hyeju’s head

“Thanks” Hyeju smiled slightly,feeling thankful of Namjoon.Out of everyone,Namjoon gave her the big brother support and advices the best.She really thought of Namjoon as her big brother

“Noona,are these snacks for us?” Jongkook showed the plastic bags Hyeju came in with from earlier.Hyeju nodded and Jungkook quickly teared up the snacks,munching on them

“Slow down kiddo,the snacks aren’t going anywhere” Hyeju ruffled Jungkook’s hair and sat beside him,opening up another bag of chips

“Oh yes they are.I better eat before Taehyung hyung comes”

Hyeju laughed a little at the sight of Jungkook eating up all of the snacks.Hyeju looked around and noticed Yoongi sitting at the kitchen.She grabbed a few snacks secretly for Yoongi

“Hey..” Hyeju called out for him softly and he snapped out from his trance

“Hey” Yoongi smiled and pulled Hyeju to stand in between his legs,wrapping his arms around her waist

“Do you want to go to the hospital?” Hyeju asked as she caressed his face,running her fingers through his bruises,frowning slightly

“I’m fine” Yoongi smiled and took her hand that was caressing his face in his and kissed her knuckles “It’ll be down in a few days”

Hyeju sighed softly and nodded.She wrapped her arms around Yoongi’s neck and buried her face in the crook of his neck.She continued to mumble apologies against his neck as Yoongi pulled her tight against him and caressed her back gently,in hopes of calming her down.

"How can you cry over this? This is only the beginning.Where did the strong Hyeju I knew that would snap at me every time?" Yoongi chukled a little 

"Maybe the Hyeju you know isn't that strong" Hyeju let out a soft sigh "Let's go and watch some TV" Hyeju took Yoongi's hand and dragged him to the living room,both of them settling on the couch

Namjoon settled down beside Hyeju and ruffled her hair "Feeling better now?" 

Hyeju gave a slight nod and smile "Yeah thanks.Anyways,I'm still wondering about something.Why would dad send someone so weak at his field?" 

Namjoon raised an eyebrow at the girl "You mean?" 

"I mean,he knows the best people in the industry and he chose to send someone crappy.He would send someone that would end his work in one mission and never involve unnecessary people.Just what the hell is he playing" Hyeju sighed and ruffled her hair in frustration 

"Maybe it's to warn you? It's like they're saying 'this is only the start and there's more to come' " Jin added in a piece of his idea 

Hyeju nodded at Jin's idea "Maybe,it makes sense though but dad is never someone to do things little by little"

"What if we call it a day? I'll send Hyeju home and all of you go home,get some rest" Yoongi stood up and everyone nodded in agreement 

"There's too much happening in one day.Get some rest ok?" Jin smiled and pulled Hyeju in for a tight hug,patting her back "Take care ok?" he whispered into Hyeju's words and Hyeju nodded 

"You too" Hyeju gave one last hug to Namjoon,muttering another I'm Sorry to him for messing up his apartment.

"Let's go.You'll still see them tomorrow" Yoongi frowned a little at the little affectionate moment Hyeju and Jin shared.Hyeju bid goodbye to the others and both of them went home.
