As night came around and everyone was asleep you packed your suitcase quietly

“I need to get out and fast.” you whispered to yourself.

You finished packing, put on your shoes, grabbed your suitcase and rushed out of your room which to your surprise wasn’t locked and without looking back you left threw the front door. You got down to the street to a pay phone.

“This is crazy, why was it so easy?”You became slightly paranoid and started looking around the calm street that barely had any people or cars around.

Quickly dialing the only number most needed you patiently waited for him to pick up.

Hello? His sweet voice was like safety to your ears.

W-where are you? You mumbled.

B-Boram?

I need you please, please don’t hang up! You rushed out scared.

Why would I hang up? , wait where are you?

I-I’m near the dorm by the ramen shop tears started to build up in your eyes.

Okay just wait for like 2 minutes I’m on my way

C-can you stay on the phone with me

Don’t worry I’m not hanging up

There was a long silent pause.

A-are you t-

You were cut off by the dial tone.

“Why do you always do this to me?”You whispered to yourself crouching down on the cold pavement near the pay phone.
