Chapter 10

Roses (A Lee Sung Min Love Story)

A shiver ran through my body as his expression changed.

I knew what he was thinking, I knew what he was doing!

I took a deep breath and tryed to remain strong.

"Jung Su, now it is time for you to leave!"

I opened the door wide and gestured for him to go with my hands.

He laughed and started to walk towards the door.

But instead of walking out, he took it from my grip and shut it.

"No one can see us inside!" He chirped, happily.

I backed away, slowly.

He paused and stared at me. "Where are you going?"

I was frozen to the spot with fear.

No one could help me this time, what would he do to me!?

Suddenly, I heard the keys jangle in the door.

We both spun around and watched as my father rushed though the door.

I stopped in his tracks when he saw us standing there.

"What's going on?" He asked in a stern voice, eyeing Jung Su.

"It's time for school, why are you both here? What were you doing?"

I raised my hands quickly. "No, it's nothing like that, Dad!"

I raised his eyebrows, waiting for my excuse.

"I was running late! Jung Su dropped by to make sure I was okay. We're just about to leave!"

My father didn't seem impressed.

"Then, you should leave."

I nodded and we both made our way to the door.

Once Jung Su was out my father stopped me.

"But I need to talk to you first." He turned to Jung Su. "You can continue without her."

He bowed obidiantly and continued to walk.

I bit my lip, what was dad going to say...

He looked at me with a tint of anger.

"I'm dissapointed." He said sharply.

"Dad. Really, We're not like that!"

My father held up his hand to silence me.

"I don't care. But I'm not so sure about leaving you."

"I'll be fine - I promise." I stuttered in panic.

"I don't want Jung Su around okay, you're too young for a serious relationship."

"We're not-" I started to whine but I was cut off.

"Didn't I just say I don't care for your excuses!?" He voice was raised more then normal.

I backed down, not wanting to fight.

I picked up my bag and walked past him.

"I promise - Jung Su wont come near me by my doing."

"Good." My fahter replied.

"I'm going to school." I slammed the door and walked off.

I was emmbarrased that dad had mistaken that whole situation!

But I was still scared.

What were the chances the Jung Su had waited for me?

I swallowed hard and then crossed the road.

And I walked into the car park a hand grabbed me and pulled me to the side.

I screamed, scared.

"Shut up, will you!?" The voice demanded.

I opened my tighly shut eyes to see Sung Min.

He was holding his hand on my shoulders firnly.

"Are you okay?" he asked.

I nodded, still a little shaked up.

He laughed. "You thought that I was that guy?"

I didn't answer.

"Don't worry, I got rid of him for you."

I let out a small smile of relief.

But Sung Min's smile was bigger, almost scary.

"I've been thinking." he started. "I've found a way you could repay me and keep yourself safe."
