"Daddy... why did you hit Papa like you do when I'm bad? Was Papa being bad?" a three year-old Yixing looked up at Sehun, concern on his face.

"Uhh..." Sehun glanced over at his husband. Seconds ago, the boy had walked into the kitchen just as Sehun smacked Yifan's playfully. "Uh, I... was just squishing a bug that was there!" Yifan gave Sehun a sideways glace, fighting the urge to slap his palm against forehead. 

Yixing's mouth maked an "O" shape as he accepted the explanation without question.

Yifan knelt down next to his son, "What did you need, buddy?"

"I found this in the couch!" Yixing opened his hand to reveal a packaged , "is it candy?" Sehun made a choking sound and Yifan's eyes grew wide as he snatched the packet out of the boy's hands.

"N-No, it's not candy, sweetie," Sehun sputtered out, picking up the wet dish rag he dropped.

Yixing blinked in confusion, on the verge of tears, "Oh... o-okay..."

Yifan quickly shoved the into his husband's hand and scooped up the three year-old, "Hey, isn't Pororo going to be on soon?" Yixing gasped and wriggled, wanting to be let down. Relieved, Yifan set the boy down and he dashed out of the kitchen. Sehun let out a disgruntled whine. 

"How did that even get there?!"

"It was from that one time we did it in there and forgot to use the ," Yifan smirked.

Sehun looked out the window for a few seconds before letting out a small giggle, "That was a fun night... now go and quickly put it away!" Yifan rolled his eyes playfully as his husband made a shooing motion. He glanced down at the package in his hand, staring at it for a few seconds before bursting out laughing. Sehun had cocked his head to the side in confusion as Yifan turned around.

"I guess you could call it candy," the older snickered, "it's a flavored !"
