YURI'S POV

"This is it Yul, don't mess it up" I thought to myself

I saw Taeyeon and Tiffany sitting down six tables away from us and watched them chat animatedly

"So, what made you change your mind and made you decide to join me insted of sitting with them?" Jessica asked me

I felt my throat dry up, I reached for my glass drank the water in one go before answering her

"W-well, I don't want to feel out of place, I-I mean just look at them now, they're enjoying themselves, I don't want to ruin it." I replied

Jessica smiled and nodded her head

"Me too, I've had enough of Tiffany's 'Oh my god Jessie, my Taetae is the sweetest guy in the whole world' drama"

It's the first time I've seen her smile this close, I feel like my head is spinning and I just can't keep my eyes off her

It's not hot inside the reataurant but I can feel my swaet coming out of every single pore on my body

"Did you and Taeyeon had a hard time finding this place, I mean it's quite far from Seoul."

"He had me as his navigator so everything turned out just fine."

"Yeah right." She laughed

Her laughter filled my ears, if I were to describe it, I would say it's weird because its as if my hearbeat follows the rhythm of her voice

"This is my favourite restaurant, I would always go here during my birthday regardless if I'm with my parents or just by myself" She added

"What made you like it that much?" I couldn't contain my curiosity, I just want to know everything about her

"You really want to know?" She asked me, I nodded

She leaned in closer to me and asked me to do the same so I did

As the distance between us got smaller, I could feel my face heating up and my heart beating as if it is about to come out of my chest

She smiled and bit her lower lip 

"Oh my god, she's so hot staring at me like that" I thought

"I come here often because the chef is really handsome, if they ask me who is my ideal type, I would pick him immidiately" then she giggled

I regretted asking her that stupid question, how do I put into words how I felt, disappointed? hurt?

"Oh, that.. Hahahaha" I tried to play it cool but I ended up laughing awkwardly.

"Just kidding, this is my dad's restaurant, he bought it when he found out that the owners are planning to close it down because they could no longer afford to keep it running. He bought it even though he doesn't have any experience running this kind of business." Jessica smiled

I sighed in relief and was able to relax after that, I smiled knowing that I could still have a chance

"Really, so it's not about the Chef then?" I asked her

"No, why would I pick a 62-year old ahjusshi as my ideal type?" she replied while laughing

"So, What are you looking for a guy?" I asked

"Why do you want to know" She raised her eyebrow while resting her chin on her hand

"Since you brought it up first might as well ask." 

"Okay.. Hmmmm.." she said

"I want a guy who can make me laugh and is fun to be with.." She added

"You'll have the time of your life if you choose me." I thought

".. I would love to recieve flowers from him all the time.."

"I would plant an entire garden for you"

"..someone who calls me everyday just because they want to know how my day went"

"I promise to cheer you up whenever you're feeling down"

".. someone who can introduce me to his family properly because then I will know if he's serious about me or not.."

"My parents would love to have you as their daughter-in-law.."

"..what else is there? uhmm, oh, and one more thing, of course I don't want a playboy who's had tons of exes going after him when once were together." she said while rolling her eyes

"You are the first person I have fallen in love with and I want you to be the last."

JESSICA'S POV

I saw him sweating profusely and its not even hot in here, he must be nervous

So to ease the awakwardness I decided to start the conversation.

The things that are happing right now are the exact opposite of what I expected

We were not bickering nor he is being annoying

I guess he realized that he's stuck with me until the end of this dinner so he chose to act like a normal human being, for once

All he do is just ask me questions while I did all the talking, so when he asked me why I like this place, I decided to a bit

I leaned forward and asked him to do the same

His face blushed when he realized that our faces were only inches apart

I bit my lower lip just so I can stop myself from laughing, 

"I come here often because the chef is really handsome, if they ask me who is my ideal type, I would pick him immidiately"

His face darkened when he heared my answer he laughed but I can see that he's somewhat upset of what I just told him

"He's jealous" I thought

I felt guilty so I told him the real reason why, after that I heard him sigh and I saw him smiling like a kid on a christmas morning

"So, What are you looking for a guy?" I asked

"Why do you want to know"

"Since you brought it up first might as well ask." 

"Okay.. Hmm.."

"Pabo, why'd you have to ask? Can't you tell already?!" I wanted to tell him those words

Instead of saying what are the qualities I want my guy to have, I imagined the things Yuri would do for me

"I want a guy who can make me laugh and is fun to be with.." I said

"Although we started off the wrong foot, ever since I met you my life has never been the same Yuri-ah" I thought

".. I would love to recieve flowers from him all the time.."

"I want you to show everyone how much you love me"

"..someone who calls me everyday just because they want to know how my day went"

"I don't want a single day to pass by without hearing your voice"

".. someone who can introduce me to his family properly because then I will know if he's serious about me or not.."

"I want you to be proud of me in front of everyone, including your family"

"..what else is there? uhmm, oh, and one more thing, of course I don't want a playboy who's had tons of exes going after him when once were together." she said while rolling her eyes

"I'm not buying that 'Yuri never had a girlfriend' thing Taeyeon told me before, how could those girls let someone as good loking as you just pass by infront of them? Are they crazy or what? But too late, I'm going to make you mine"
