Enthralled
Writing CompilationI gasp, taking all of it in.
I'm captivated.
By those sapphire blue eyes;
His flawlessly sloped nose bridge;
That sweet, lopsided smile.
I know I'm helplessly enthralled.
His fingers run through his short brown locks, before coming back to rest on his notebook. His scrutinizing eyes squint at the papers — concentrating. I'm starting to think he's the cutest thing on earth.
He catches me staring, but I can't stop. My eyes refuse to tear away. His eyes hold confusion as an undercurrent, glancing blankly at me. His brows crinkle into a small frown.
That's when I finally snap my head away.
Those very eyes just shot me in the heart; that very expression cut me like glass. All painful reminders that we're strangers.
I've fallen hopelessly and utterly for this prince:
Who doesn't even know I exist.
A/N: It's sorta like I'm on an angst roll? Inspiration just hits me in all possible angsty ways, so less fluff can be expected.
