MC tries to commit suicide 

SC is a good friend or just comes along to help M.C.

Helps M.C. recover from physical and mental trauma

Possible Twists:

Replace injured limbs with prothestics and able to run again = Happy ending

Another tragic accident, someone dies! D: = Sad ending

This plot seems rather rushed to me. But if you add more events, more exciting stuff, then it will be much better. Hurhur I is beng so unhelpful right now. T_T
