Sehun POV

Today... was the day. After all that practicing... after all that embarrassment, I can finally confront her. I waited at the tree branch like usual, and waited there for her. Seconds passed but it felt like years. After for what seemed like forever, she finally appeared. Her back was facing me, which was a good thing. Trying not to make any sounds, I climbed down from the tree and stood yards away from her from behind. I took a deep breath, trying to calm down my nerves *Why am I so nervous... do it just like we practiced Sehun...* Taking my last and final deep breath, I stepped forward and standing right behind her

"Excuse me" I started. The girl jumped and turned around. She seemed terrified or... shockedthat she saw me

"Uhm.. what are you doing here?" I asked her. Her expression softened and giggled a bit

"I could be asking the same question" she responded. I swear, my heart stopped and I could have died right there and then without any regrets. Her voice... oh man her voice, was so angelic. It was pure music to my ears

"Well I'm just walking around. What about you?" I asked her, starting a conversation

"Same..." she answered

"But you're a girl... aren't you afraid of some coming out to get you?" I questioned her

"Not really... I've been coming here for a while but I've seen no one so far... besides you"

"Is that supposed to mean something?" I raised a brow. Was she trying to say that I'm a ? All she did was laugh

"Not unless you want it to mean something... I'm Minhee" Minhee stuck her hand out. I gladly took it and we shook hands

"I'm Sehun" I introduced myself

"Nice to meet you Sehun! Do you come here often?" She asked in a soft voice, her eyes glittering in the moonlight

"In fact I do! I come here everyday"  I told her. Minhee's eyes widened

"Everyday? Here? In this spot?" she asked. I nodded in reply, holding in a chuckle that threatened to come out

"Really? Me too!" she exclaimed "How come I've never seen you here before?"

"I guess our timeing never matched..." I shrugged

"So why do you come here everyday?" I asked her

"I just come to let out all my stress" she replied. I nodded in understanding

"Do you... do you want to walk arounf for a while?" It took me a while to ask that question. Mentally, I was debating or not to ask that question. What if she rejects me? I would be so embarrassed! But that's not what happened. Minhee gave me a soft smile

"Yea, I would like that..." she agreed. My facce brightened up and I led her deeper into the forest, just talking

For hours, we just talked and talked AND TALKED!!! The more I got to know her, the more my feelings grew stronger for her. She was beautiful... I could not stop looking at her. Not only was she beautiful on the outside, she was also beautiful on the inside. I found out she has one younger brother and she's raising him by himself. She dropped out of high school and now has 2 jobs to support her and her brother. Minhee comes out to the forest to relieve stree from her jobs. Just looking at the nature helps her calm down... but when I was listening to some things she said, it made me confused

She dropped out of high school... do we have a high school in our village? How long has she been in high school? Couple of hundred years?

So she has no parents... every family has parents! If not, then a family that does have parents will take you in

Only one sibling... What? I've never seen a family with such little number of children. Each family has about 7-9 kids... the lowest I've een is 4 children

2 jobs... can someone as young as her have 2 jobs? Having one job is a lot of work already but 2?! I think I would die

Have the rules changed over the years? Even if I was doubting some things she said, I didn't think of her any less. But I do wonder how her life works... The sun was about to come out but Minhee didn't seem to notice

"Hey" I tapped on Minhee's shoulder. She turned around and looked at me with the most innocent eyes I have ever seen

"We should probably go back"

"Wae?" she asked

"The sun is about to come up" I told her. She looked in the direction that the sun was rising

"You're right..." was all she said

"I can walk you home if you want" I blurted out. Widening my eyes and mentally cursing inside my head for saying that out loud, my hands started getting clammy and it all of a sudden started getting hotter

"Thanks for the offer but I can go by myself. I live pretty far anyway" Minhee declined. I started to panick when she started to leave

"No I insist! I can't let a girl like you go home alone. Its too dangerous" I said the first thing that came to mind

"You are such a gentleman! But really, I can walk by myself" she said and without another word, she left. I sighed and walked back home... but now that I think about it, Minhee was going the wrong way... not thinking too much about it, I headed home, getting prepared to be bombarded with questions

"How did it go? What happened? What did you do? Do you know her name? Did you get rejected?" Kai asked questions one-by-one, nonstop

"Kai, shut up and listen to me" I calmed him down

"Then hurry up and tell me!" Kai whined like a little kid

"Ok, ok... well-"

"From the beginning! Like the very very beginning" Kai interrupted me. I just looked at him and continued with my story

"I practiced what we did yesterday. And it started out great! She had a beautiful smile and an amazing voice! Her eyes up brighter than the stars! She has an amazing personality and UGH!" I blushed and covered my face with my hands. Just thinking about her... was just a wonderful feeling

"So you DO have a crush on her!" Kai yelled. I nodded without thinking

"So... what's her name?"

"Minhee..." I said lovingly

"Are you going to see her tomorrow?" Kai asked

"Of course!" I yelled. What kind of question was that? Kai backed up and raised his hands in the air

"Calm down lover boy. You know-"

"Sehun" a deep voice interrupted Kai. We both looked at the doorway and saw our dad standing there

"I need to talk to you"

weak ending I know!!! im sorry! and sorry for the awkward scene with Minhee :/

well at least she's in the story now! i hope you guys are all excited about that ^^ hehe dont worry guys, more drama will occur so please be look forward to it <3
