Sehun POV

"Appa, I don't want to go to sleep!" I whined. It was still light outside but appa is making me sleep

"Sehun, you need to sleep so you can have more energy to play" appa said. I didn't believe him and pouted, crossing my arms across my chest. It wasn't fair! Suho, Baekhyun and Kyungsoo get to stay up later! Why can't I?

"Appa, why aren't they going to sleep?" I asked, referring to Suho, Baekhyun and Kyungsoo. They were running around, chasing each other and laughing... it looked like fun. I want to join them

"Sehun-ah. They are older so they can stay up later. Once you are older, you can stay up later too" umma said. My eyes brightened and a wide smile appeared on my face

"Jinjja?" I asked in my high pitched voice

"Hmm, so let's go to sleep ok?" I nodded my head and took umma's and appa's hand, going to my room that I share with Jongin hyung. When we got to my bed, Jongin was already sleeping, so I tip-toed to my bed and got in silently, trying to wake hyung up

"Appa" I whispered-yelled. Appa turned around along with umma

"Can you read me a bed time story?" I asked

"A bedtime story? Why?" umma asked back. I nodded

"Luhan ahjussi always tells me bedtime stories" I told them. They looked at each other and then went to my bed, sitting on a chair

"Tell me, what does Luhan ahjussi tell you?" umma asked. I thought about it then came up with an answer

"He tells me about fighting! How he always wins in a fight!" I beamed. Luhan ahjussi always tells me stories like that! Wah~ he's so cool...

"Appa, can you tell me a fight story?" I asked, tilting my head to the side. Umma gave appa an uneasy look and then nodded her head

"Ok buddy. I'll tell you a story, but not the kind of stories Luhan ahjussi tells you" I pouted... I wanted the kind of stories Luhan tells me...

"You don't want?" Appa questioned. I nodded my head. What if the story that appa tells me is bad? What do I do then...

"Sehun-ah, this story is better than Luhan's stories combined!" My eyes lit up

"Wah~! Really?!" now I was excited "Is there a happy ending?"

"Of course! Every story has to have a happy ending... ok. There was once 2 clans. Dark clan and Blood clan. Both seperated by a giant oak tree. From Blood clan, there was a princess named Sooyoung. And from the other clan, there was the one and only, your appa" appa pointed to himself. I looked at him in awe. So appa was in this story! Wah~

"Sooyoung and appa went each other one day and fell madly in love" I stopped him

"Appa, what about umma? Umma's name isn't Sooyoung" I clarified. I knew for a fact that umma's name isn't Sooyoung. Wasn't this story about umma and appa? And this story has no fighting... where is the fighting?!

"Patience Sehun. Mommy is in the story, just later. Let me finish ok?" appa asked. I nodded and let him continue, listening intentively

"As I was saying, they fell madly in love. But one day, Sooyoung got caught by humans" I gasped

"In the forest?" appa nodded and I covered my mouth with my little hands. How can that be? No human goes in the forest this far... my heart beat was beating faster and faster with anticipation

"Neh, they found her and before your appa could go and save her, they already burned her" appa finally said

"The end!" appa happily said, hands out in front of his face. My eyes were already b in tears

"Appa, you said there would be a happy ending..." I said, trying not to let the tears fall down my cheek

"But there is a happy ending! I met your mother ad now you are here, along with the rest of your brothers" he said proudly. Umma hit appa on the arm

"Kris, are you sure we should be telling him at this age? He's still pretty young" umma said

"Umma! I'm only 5 years old!" I defended myself putting up... 5? fingers

"That's still young sweetheart" umma said

"The other kids heard it when they were young and they were fine! Don't worry about it. He has to hear it eventually"

Umma and appa kissed me goodnight and left my room quietly, still trying not to wake Jongin hyung up. Thank god he didn't wake up. I hid under my covers and hugged my pillow

"I'm never going to have a relationship like that... ever" I swore

500 years later

"Suho! Where is Sehun?" ~~~~~ asked her eldest son. He was having a talk with one of the guards. Suho looked over to his mother, smiling and bowed to the guard before leaving. Suho jogged over to her, stopping a couple of feet away from her

"Hi mother. What did you ask?" Suho asked politely

"Where is Sehun? I haven't seen him all day" she said, worried

"He's probably in the forest, like always" ~~~~~ dismissed herself from her son and left the castle and into the forest. The forest brought so many memories to her. The smell of the forest, how it looks, everything... it still looked the same, and she liked that. Forgetting what she was going to do for a minute, she went out in search for Sehun

"Sehun!" ~~~~~ called out, but there was no responce. Right when she was about to call Sehun's name for the last time, she got the shock of her life. Sehun jumped down from a tree, landing right in front of his mother

"Goodness Sehun, you scared me!" ~~~~~ put a hand over her racing heart

"Sorry mom" he said. Over the years, the young hyper Sehun become more closed up and cold. Only on the outside though, the old Sehun is still there, but only around family and friends. When they are out with other people, he doesn't speak and doesn't show any emotion. It makes ~~~~~ sad sometimes, people judge him because of what's on the outside not on the inside. If they got to know him better then they wouldn't judge him so quickly but people don't give him enough time

"What are you doing in the woods?" ~~~~~ asked her son

"Just... looking" he replied, shrugging it off like it was nothing

"In the trees?" she questioned

"I can get a better view" he said. ~~~~~ believed him and they went back to the castle together

"Ah, Sehun. Remember to-"

"-help out with the party. I know. You remind me everyday" Sehun cut off his mom's sentence. She smiled and nodded her head. In about 3 months, it will soon my Sehun's birthday and they are preparing now so they don't to do it later. Everybody is helping with this party, including Sehun himself and his brother's. This'll just be like... a sweet 16 party, if you think about it

"Good. Now go inside and eat something. You haven't eaten all day" ~~~~~ pestered

"I got it mom!" he yelled, running back inside. ~~~~~ smile to herself, watching her son grow up so fast. But there was something about the forest that didn't seem right. ~~~~~ turned around, looking at the forest again, before turning around and going back inside
