Personality:
Neul is the type of girl everyone would enjoy to have around. She's the moodmaker, the variety queen, the soul of the party. She is everyone's favorite. People love her, admire her, adore her. Well, who wouldn't? With that sweet and cheerful attitude of hers, she's impossible not to love. But deep within that always-positive smile of hers lies another human. A person who's always in trouble. Full of problems and self doubt. After the day she was cut off from the original f(x) line-up, she always has this mentality as if she didn't do her best in everything. Apart from this, Neul can also be described as the epitome of perfection. She's talented, beautiful, good in cooking, good in sports and a lot of other things. But why she's always lost in thinking she's the worse, no one knows.
Onstage, Neul is a goddess. While she's always thinking about her flaws, she's always ready for that one perfect moment where she'll suddenly explode into a dancing queen. She can make everyone laugh with that dorky personality of hers. Make anyone cry with her blunt comments. And make everyone fall in love with her loving smile and gentle voice.
Although Neul can be a terror clown, she also has one weakness: The Bangtan Boys. For some reason, these 7 playful guys are the only ones who can manipulate Neul. They're the only ones who can make Neul frown or cry, although it almost never happens.

Pre-debut: Neul Rae originally under SM Entertainment in 2006, hoping to be the next BoA. She got in the label and was one of the original members of f(x). Actually, she was even featured in a couple of 2nd generation Kpop videos. Unfortunately, Lee Soo Man, SM's former CEO, wanted Neul to undergo plastic surgery. Neul knew the pro's and con's of having plastic surgery so she turned down the offer, much to the rage of Soo Man. She was eventually casted by Jellyfish Entertainment when she was performing in a dance competition.
