"Who? Who did we find exactly?" Jaeyoung asked, turning to Luhan.




Luhan ignored her and went into agent-mode. "Okay I need Suho and his group to take two cars and go back to headquarters. Get more equipment—"




"Uh guys?"




"—and then inform the boss about the mission. The rest of us will be on standby—"




"Han-oppa? Helloooooooo?!"




"—and try to act unsuspic—"




"HEY!!!!!!"




Luhan turned to Jaeyoung, slightly aggravated by her outburst. "I'm trying to map out the layout of our mission here, Jaeyoung. Quiet, please"




Jaeyoung looked a little hurt at his sharp tone, but recovered quickly. "You know what? Me and unnie don't need your stupid plan! We're going to ditch, so GOODBYE."




Luhan's eyes widened in surprise. "Wait, wha—"




Grabbing Opal's arm and pulling her away from the group, Jaeyoung ran off, shouting "CIAO!!!" behind her shoulder. 




Great. The team went from fourteen to twelve in a span of two minutes. Lovely.

Opal P.O.V.




"Jaeyoung-ah!"




Once we were at a good distance away from the group, we stopped. Jaeyoung turned to me and put on her best "serious" look.




"Can you please tell me what's going on now?"




I explained everything down to the smallest detail and Jaeyoung's eyes widened ever so slightly in surprise.




"So our target is at the gas station right now?" 




"Yup. Flat nose and all."




"Wow, unnie. Do you have a thing against people with flat noses or something?"




"I don't know...thought it would lighten the mood a little."




I looked at her, half expecting her to suggest something about going back and helping out the EXO boys. But to my surprise, Jaeyoung decided to go with a different approach.




"Unnie. We're going to catch the woman ourselves."




I blinked. "WHAT?!?!?!?!" Noticing the loudness of my voice, I lowered the volume to a harsh whisper. "Are you crazy?!?!"




Jaeyoung looked at me and gave me a firm nod. "Trust me."




I didn't say anything, but searched my sister's eyes for any signs of jest. Turns out my sister was dead serious. 




Letting out a sigh, I gave in. "Okay what's the plan?"




Jaeyoung grinned wickedly. "Oh, you're going to love it."

Jaeyoung P.O.V.




Now that Opal unnie was on board, I could finally execute my plan. Muahahaha!!!




We walked back to the gas station. Thinking we had featured to help them, the EXO boys expressions lifted a bit. Ha! We ain't here to help you boys! Stop looking so happy!




But of course I didn't say that out loud, because that would ruin the plan. Instead I let my actions speak for me. We marched straight up to the van and Opal practically yanked her purse out of it and slammed the door back. We then strutted right on outta there!




Step One: Show The Guys Who's Boss. Complete!

Opal P.O.V.




The way we strutted out of that place, we could have been supermodels! Well, um, turns out that Step One: Show The Guys Who's Boss wasn't actually a step in capturing Kyoko. We just wanted to get some revenge that's all. ;) sorry.




Anyways, off the the real Step One— Approach Criminal. I, being the unnie, had to do this task. At least, if I died, then Jaeyoung would still be there to take care of Mom. Oh gosh, I really must be getting delusional. What sane person would think about their own death? Becoming an agent really does things to you.




I cautiously walk up to Kyoko and try to act like I'm interested in her car. I muster up as much courage as I can and manage to say a few words. "Nice car."




The woman sharply turns her head towards me, signaling my success in getting her attention. Off to Step Two: Engage in Conversation and Analyze.




"Y-yeah.."




Ooh. I think I'm on to something! She stuttered and fidgeted in her standing position, clearly uncomfortable. She was nervous, a sign that that supported our suspicions. 




Her sunglasses were on, so I couldn't tell anything from her eyes, but she kept pushing the glasses up as if she was afraid they'd fall off. Another sign.




"Where'd you get it?"




"I-I can't t-tell you that"




Secrets? Another sign. 




"Okay...well have you watched the television lately?"




"I d-don't have a TV"




"Realky? Well you see, there was this huge conflict with this woman. And she was running away from her—"




"NO!"




Oh yeah. Definitely suspicious. 




The woman looked left and right and whispered into my ear. "Look if you want an auto graph you can have one, just don't tell anyone I was here, okay?"




Wait what? Why the hell would I want an autograph?




"Excuse me, but I'm going to have to take you with me..."




"NOOOO! I'll give you anything, just don't turn me in!!!"




Okay now things were getting really weird. Speaking of which, since when did Kyoko speak such fluent English? I had to make sure this was Kyoko. Step Three: Confirm Identity.




"Well um, can you please tell me your name?"




"You won't turn me in?"




"Uh," I started to say, "sure..."




To be honest, I want so sure about that. If she really was Kyoko then I'd have to turn her in...sorry. Anyways, I was waiting for her answer, and she bent down again to whisper in my ear. 




"I'm..."




WHO? WHO ARE YOU?!?!?! I shout in my mind.




"....Christina Languisna"




My mind goes on freeze. Christina Languisna? As in one of the most world renowned actresses of all time? As in the actress who starred in the hit drama "Don't Kiss, Do Tell" and "Catch Me"?! As in NOT Miyabi Kyoko?!?!?!




(A/N: Made up everything here, guys. I don't know anyone named Christina Languisna or any dramas with those names.)




Whoops. Wrong person.




Now that I think about it, what I said was really on spot!




Ms. Languisna would most definitely have an expensive car and would be in the right situation to be giving out autographs. She would also have a good reason to be wearing sunglasses and be nervous in case there was paparazzi around. She had starred in a drama called "Escape" which aired yesterday right after the news...her character runs away from her family, like Kyoko. She also lived in LA for four years, so she would be able to speak fluent English.




Wow what a big misunderstanding...

Jaeyoung P.O.V. 




I look over the the EXO guys and there looking in confusion and horror towards my sister. I look back at unnie and realize that she is frozen in her spot. 




What happened? 




I see her sheepishly back away and walk back to me. The woman gets in her car and rives off. No! She escaped!




The EXO goys are also very surprised, as they hurry over to me and barrage my sister with tons of questions and accusations.




"What were you thinking?"

"Are you trying to get killed?"

"Why did you go over there in the frost place?!"

"My god..."

"Why did you let her escape?!"

"Maybe she has a good reason..."

 "What good reason would she possibly have?!"

"I'm confused.."

"What is going in exactly?"

"You could've died!"

"What were you two aiming to do?"

"Look at what you guys did! You let her get away, and now she could be anywhere. I knew it, you two are not fit to be part of the agency! I have no idea what the boss saw in you. Women should stay in the kitchen and stop nosing into our men's business. You hear me? You can't do anything right. Especially you Opal. Such a disappointment"




That last one? Yup, you guessed it! Byun Jerkhyun. I always thought he had a thing against my sister but this was too much. She went through a lot in her life, and so have I. But she had to face rejection and failure many more times than I. And that statement hit really close to home.

Opal P.O.V.  




How could he? He doesn't know what I've been through, what I had to fight blood, sweat and tears for. No one understands. Not even Jaeyoung. 




I can feel tears prick up int he corners of my eyes, but I will myself not to cry. Too many times have I cried. Not this time. Tears are a sign of weakness.




Instead I opt for the other route. I run. Run as fast as I can away from all the piercing glares and hurtful looks, away from everything. 




No one understands. They never do.

So as you might have noticed while reading the chapter, Kyoko wasn't actually at the gas station. I had to fool you guys though, because it would make for a good chapter!
