Second is; That love is a very sensitive Topic itself, but have you ever thought about the fact that you're not in love with your attractive Senior - but your very own twin brother?
Im not trying to bring you down, but couldnt your relatedness also be a reason for his supposed lack of interest?
Or maybe you're just not his type, maybe he likes his Boys older, more mature or whatever might float his boat.
Okay, Third; What have you done so far? Changed the way you Dress, maybe speak, tried to be more confident around him and achieve a more masculin shape.

But I guess I'll answer everything. 

I don't exactly know he's gay, it's just....he's my brother. I know, right? It's just one of those things. And considering I  know I'm gay, I can usually tell when someone else is gay too okay >.> But no, he's never told me anything. Besides stories with girls that make me want to throw up. Violently. 

I don't think he's ever been with other boys (but if he has, I swear I will kick his then whoever else he had experience with >.>)

I've done everything but made a straight up move on him. I've done my best to seduce him (mostly because we dance together but I'm convinced he's immune to that. -sigh- I don't know what to do. I don't know if he's into me. I don't know anything.

Be a little bit more flirtatious, but be subtle. And tempt him to make a move. You said you've got quite the body why not show it off a bit.
