Sleepovers and Movies and

We Have to Practice Accidents [hiatus]

"Was this too gay?"

“Let’s get you in something comfortable now.  Actually.. Wait.  Do you want to sleep down stairs on the couch or in my room?”  The two boys were now in front of the two stair cases, one leading up and the other leading down.

Kyungsoo looked down the stairs that led to the family room, it was dark and ominous, and that was always something that made him shy away.

“Um, I’ll sleep in your room.”  Kyungsoo looked away from the stair case and began to follow Jongin up to his room.

Kyungsoo was a little curious to see what Jongin’s room looked like. He’d only ever spent time downstairs in the kitchen or in the basement’s family room watching Jongin play video games.

“Uh, you can sleep in the bed if you want and I can sleep on the floor. Or the other way around. Or we can both sleep on the bed or we can both sleep on the floor.  W-Which ever you prefer… I mean, my bed is big enough to fit both of us!  But so is my floor…”

“I’ll sleep on the floor.”  Kyungsoo answered quietly as he waited for Jongin to open the door to his room.

“A-Are you sure?”

“Mhm.”

“Okay..”

Jongin opened his door and flipped a switch to let light flood the room. It was clean to Kyungsoo’s surprise and it smelled oddly familiar.  He had never really experienced something like that; something about Jongin’s room was sort of comforting.

“Yup, this is my room. I cleaned it before you came, otherwise I’m not usually this neat.” Jongin laughed awkwardly as he watched Kyungsoo put his jacket on the back of his computer chair.

A decent sized TV was placed on a dresser in front of Jongin’s bed with a DVD player next to it and array of colognes and deodorants.  To the right of Jongin’s bed was his desk for his laptop and a small trashcan that had been recently emptied.

“You didn’t have to clean for me.” Kyungsoo looked over to Jongin who stood awkwardly with his hand rubbing the back of his neck. “Baekhyun never cleans and we usually just sit in the filth of his room.”

Jongin laughed a bit at that, but found his awkward demeanor too strong.

A knock at the door sent Jongin higher than the moon and Kyungsoo slightly startled.

“Hey you two. I’m going to bed for the night—”

“Really? It’s so early.”  Jongin said, earning a deadpan from his father.

“I am getting old, and I like to get as much sleep as possible. Besides I don’t want to hear you two all night. You better not stay up too late either. You have school in the morning.”

“Dad!”  Jongin complained, turning beet red and knowing full well to what his father meant.

“Alright, good night boys. And Jongin? No fooling around.” He spoke almost threateningly at Jongin.

“Yes father. Now please?” Jongin gestured toward the door in a very frantic manner.

“Yeah yeah yeah. I hear ya.”  Jongin’s father waved them off and walked off to his room for the night.

“Ugh, he’s old, lonely and doesn’t know what he wants in life. So he bothers us instead.”  Jongin rolled his eyes as he sat on the side of his bed. “Oh hey, there’s your stuff.” He motioned toward the door with his neck.  “Go get comfy in some pajamas, bathroom’s first door on the right.”

“Thanks.” Kyungsoo picked up his bag and took it to the bathroom.

As Jongin watched him walk off, he sighed and wondered how to make the situation less awkward. And to secretly get Kyungsoo in his bed. He really wanted to sleep in the same bed as him.

When Kyungsoo finished in the bathroom, he found Jongin in his room quietly scrolling through Netflix movies.

“What cha doing?” Kyungsoo asked as he stood in the doorway.

“Looking for a movie to watch. Thought it’d be nice to watch something.”

“Oh... Where’s Ha Yi sleeping? I want to check up on her.”

“She’s in the room on the left. Jinri’s room.”

“Okay. And Jinri isn’t here right?”

“Nope. Not her week to sleepover.”  Jongin shook his head as he stared at the screen.

Kyungsoo left the doorway and quietly made his way to Ha Yi’s current room. He stopped and quietly opened the door to peek in on her. The room had been dimly lit with two plugin nightlights of cute teddy bears.  She had been sleeping quietly, the purple sheets covered her body and left her long hair falling out to the sides.

“Yeah, I tucked her in and read a good night story.” Jongin came up behind Kyungsoo and put a hand just above Kyungsoo’s as he stood close enough to breathe on his neck.

“You did?” Kyungsoo whispered.

“Yup, she got excited when we were packing and packed a couple things for us to do when we got back. We didn’t get through them all, but she was tired enough to fall right asleep on my shoulder.” Jongin smiled lovingly at the thoughts of cute little Ha Yi.

Kyungsoo felt shivers run up his arms as Jongin breathed down his neck.

“All her homework was finished, right?”

“Yeah. I even helped her with her math homework.”

“You’re good at math?”

“Well, not really. But fifth grade math is eaaaasy.”  Jongin whispered a little louder as Kyungsoo opened the door more to step into the room.

“How long ago did she fall asleep?”

“About two hours ago. She really wanted to stay up and see you come home.” Kyungsoo stayed silent as he stood over Ha Yi’s sleeping figure.

He leaned down and placed a kiss on her forehead gently and whispered a few words of goodnight; all of which Jongin could not hear.

Kyungsoo slowly walked back to the door, making sure not to make eye contact with Jongin.

Jongin smiled down at him as Kyungsoo left them, leaving him to close the door, quietly.

“Thank you, for taking care of her.” Kyungsoo said with almost a hint of jealousy in his voice as they walked back to Jongin’s room.

“Not a problem. I love having her around.” Jongin smiled again, knowing Kyungsoo wasn’t feeling all too well. “Now, what movie do you want to watch?  There’s a couple we can see.”

“It doesn’t matter. I’ve practically never seen any movies here.. Wait, isn’t this an American product? How do you have it?”

“My uncle lives in the States and lets me use his account, and they sadly don’t have much for Korean instant movies.” Jongin began to scroll through the movies again.

“Why don’t we watch your favorite movie?” Kyungsoo asked innocently as he sat on the very edge of Jongin’s bed.

My favorite movie? What is my favorite movie?” Jongin spoke to himself, wondering what the hell he even liked so much. “I really like war movies. So let’s look at war movies.”

Kyungsoo found this to be interesting, watching a war movie was part of a genre he’d never seen before. He never had time to idle around movies, but he had seen a couple thanks to the trusty Baekhyun at his side.

“Oh!  These are all pretty good movies.. War of Arrows is a classic.. But the Brotherhood of War is amazing too…” Jongin thought slowly to himself as he looked through the movies, until he came across a certain one.

My Way…”  He whispered.  Jongin had seen the movie, and it was rated high in his mind. However, he couldn’t help but notice the underlying bromance that sparked between the two main characters (he often wished the two would just kiss and stop their constant bickering).

Jongin’s cheeks turned rosy when he made his final decision. He was going to show Kyungsoo My Way, with the slightest and most unrefined bias towards the idea he was hinting very subtly at something between the two of them.

“We’re going to watch this one.” Jongin spoke a little quietly, and slightly unsure of himself as he clicked the movie and began to settle backwards on his bed. “Hey, sit on the bed for now, it’ll be uncomfortable watching this from the floor. Ah .”  Jongin cursed as he remembered he still had a couple more things to do before he could actually settle down.

Jongin left the room to fetch Kyungsoo his own blanket and an extra pillow despite the four already placed on his bed.

As Jongin left for a few moments, Kyungsoo stayed seated on the edge of Jongin’s bed and took in his surroundings a little more. It made him wonder if it was really necessary to have all the things he did. Yes, it must be nice. But was it necessary to have a bed so big? It seemed about as big as a queen.

“Here’s a blanket and pillow, just in case. But for now, get comfy and enjoy the movie.”  Jongin said with a slight smirk and sensual wiggle of his tone. He meant it jokingly, but couldn’t help but wonder if his intentions were ill met.

“Thank you.” Kyungsoo muttered as he reached for the sheets.

“What happened to your arm?”  Jongin asked in a bit of a panic as he noticed the burn near Kyungsoo’s elbow.

“What?  Oh this?  I got burned.”

“Are you okay?  Do you need anything?” Jongin started for the door but stopped when Kyungsoo called him out.

“No! It’s fine. Really, I’m fine.” Kyungsoo smiled softly at Jongin, telling him he could live for the night without his arm searing off.

“Are you sure?”

“Yeah.”

“Alriiiight..”  Jongin shrugged and raised his eyebrows.

After Jongin closed his door, he turned the lights off and climbed back into his bed as Kyungsoo began to make himself comfortable in front of the glowing screen.

It was dark, but the glow of the TV on Kyungsoo’s face was enough for Jongin to find himself staring. There was heck of a lot more interest on Kyungsoo’s face than there was on the screen. Yes, Jongin really liked the movie, but Do Kyungsoo was in his room; on his bed.

When the movie started to become gory and graphic, Kyungsoo’s body would shudder and cringe. It started off so light hearted in his opinion, until war had to be involved. Kyungsoo was never one to find movies interesting, he always found that he could be spending better time doing something else in a job or chore. But this movie had caught his attention despite the sleep that hovered over him.

Through the duration of the movie, Jongin tried to inch his way, ever so slowly, closer to Kyungsoo. While Kyungsoo himself had been nearing Jongin without intention of doing so, every time he would change for a more comfortable position, it managed to get closer to the boy.

It hadn’t been until a longer part of one of the fighting scenes where Kyungsoo couldn’t watch it anymore. He’d never seen anything so realistic and it made him nauseous. He had his head buried into his pillow as he lay on his left side, facing away from the graphic screen.

Jongin had been taking notice of every time Kyungsoo flinched and look petrified. He felt bad himself that he had chosen such a movie that Kyungsoo found himself queasy.

Jongin wanted to do something, something desperately to make Kyungsoo feel better.  But he didn’t know how, or what.

That was a lie, he knew exactly what he wanted to do; he just figured it’d be super awkward to do so.

“Hey Kyungsoo?” Jongin whispered.

“Mm?” Kyungsoo answered through the muffled sheets.

“Come here.” Jongin said as he lifted his side of the blanket for Kyungsoo to enter.

When Kyungsoo looked up at Jongin, he stared for a moment, debating whether he should or not, and why Jongin was offering him it.

But against the screams of horror and mix of blood and guts, Kyungsoo found Jongin’s invitation to be more appealing.

Without much more thought, Kyungsoo climbed into the sheet beside Jongin as it was lifted far over his head, surrounding both boys in darkness.

“Now, you don’t have to look at the screen.” Jongin tried to sound cheery.

“I was fine how I was.” Kyungsoo giggled slightly.

“W-Well.. I-I felt I should take responsibility because I chose this movie and I didn’t realize you weren’t into the gore kind of stuff.”

“It’s okay. I like the movie otherwise, though.”

“That’s good! I really like this movie.  I think it’s really cool.”

The two boys became silent and listened for the scene to be over. Kyungsoo, however, was finding his eyes to droop. They fell fast and heavy in the darkness, and the warmth from under the sheets made him all the more sleepy.

Jongin on the other hand could just barely see Kyungsoo’s face and wondered what he was doing. Was he staring back? Was he listening to the movie? Was he falling asleep?

It wasn’t until the sound of gun shots and bombs had ended that Jongin peeked out the covers to see what was happening. The coast was clear and he used the opened sheets to bring a little light to see that Kyungsoo was fast asleep. His mouth slightly agape and eyes closed.

“Kyungsoo..?” Jongin whispered very softly.

He smiled to himself and brought the covers down. Kyungsoo’s face was beautifully pale against the glowing light. The shadows enhanced all the right features and Jongin was drawn in. He wanted to feel what it was like to touch Kyungsoo’s soft cheeks and run his hand through the tousles of hair that brushed his forehead.

“When did I get this sappy?” Jongin mumbled to himself as he lifted a hand to gently wipe a strand of hair from Kyungsoo’s forehead.

When he came in contact with the pieces of soft hair, he froze. He was nervous but also very shocked to be able to have such an intimate moment with Kyungsoo. It was really nothing large, but it still meant a great deal to him.

In all his power, he tried not to look at Kyungsoo’s lips.  Afraid he’d then really do something he regretted.

Instead, Jongin spent the rest of his time during the movie admiring Kyungsoo’s face.  He was beautiful and far from tiring of looking at, if Jongin really wanted, he would’ve stay up all night just staring at the beautiful face in front of him.

However, the war scenes began to return. The volume wasn’t too loud, but Kyungsoo was still falling into dream land—stuck in between the conscious and unconscious world.  Being between those two lands left everything going into Kyungsoo’s ears to be selective, a single bombing left Kyungsoo’s heart racing and wake with a jolt.

It brought back memories he hadn’t wished. He couldn’t remember if the scenes from those past memories were replaying in a dream or if the sounds of the screen had brought back those memories, but that didn’t matter.  All that mattered was that he was on the verge of tears and quickly glanced at the TV to find blood gushing out wounds every which way and bodies burning to death.

Kyungsoo’s body on instinct rammed into Jongin. They were already close enough for Kyungsoo to just nudge his body over. Jongin was so startled, he froze for a good long while as the smaller body heaved and held on for dear life.

Jongin eventually wrapped his arms around Kyungsoo’s back and held him in a comforting hold. Kyungsoo froze as well and had completely forgotten the moment before where he was and who he was clenching on to. Some odd twist of his mind told him he was in Baekhyun’s room.

Kyungsoo tried to pull away immediately but found Jongin’s grip to be firm.

“It’s okay, you know?” Jongin whispered into Kyungsoo’s ear. “It’s okay to let people help when you’re afraid.”

Kyungsoo let his shoulders drop, releasing all sorts of tension he hadn’t realized was built.

He stayed silent for the moment trying to ignore the sounds of screaming men and gun fire.

“I’m sorry..”

“Don’t be sorry, silly.”  Jongin laughed as he reached over to his night stand and grabbed the remote to his T.V.

The T.V was turned down to a lower level, but left on for the sake of not keeping the atmosphere too awkward.  If there hadn’t been any noise, the two would be left with no reason to be in each other’s arms and Jongin liked very much where they were.

The movie barely had a means to end before Kyungsoo was fast asleep in Jongin’s arms again. This time in a deeper slumber. Jongin himself took longer to fall asleep. He had stayed awake for another hour just basking in his moment with Kyungsoo in his arms before sleep found the best of him.

“..in..  Jongin… Jongin!” A shake to Jongin’s arm gave him a jolt.

His heart was beating fast and sweat dripped down the side of his temples.

“K-Kyungsoo?” Jongin asked through the darkness of the room. “What time is it?” He asked while wiping his eyes, surprised to find tears lining there.

“I dunno. Are you okay?”  Kyungsoo asked while perching himself on his side to focus his eyes on Jongin’s waking body.

Jongin, however, still breathing heavy as he tried to make himself more coherent.

“Y-Yeah.. Why?”

“You were crying and talking in your sleep.”  Kyungsoo’s voice was unemotional, but Jongin felt a sense of mortification creeping up.

“Oh, geez… I’m sorry you had to witness that.” Jongin tried to perch himself up as well, still rubbing the sleep from his eyes.

“It’s fine…”  Kyungsoo breathed out as he rested his head back down on the pillow.

Jongin did the same, relieved that the conversation would be dropped.

“I miss her too.” Kyungsoo whispered.

“Wh-Who?”

“My mother.”

“But she—”

“My old mother. The one who made an effort to live and take care of her family… But she died a long time ago.”

Jongin’s voice became caught in his throat, it swelled there, leaving it tense and uncomfortable.  He went to open his mouth to speak, but found nothing to leave.  Instead, tears fell from his eyes without his consent. Jongin’s hand immediately whipped to his face to quickly wipe them away. He knew Kyungsoo didn’t mean his words in a literal way, but they were still too much of a trigger.

Kyungsoo inched his body closer to Jongin and made it so that his chest was higher on the bed. He wrapped his arms around Jongin’s head and let the message sink in of what he was doing. He slowly but surely brought Jongin’s head to his chest and let the boy cry his heart’s content.

Jongin didn’t have to explain himself, not in the slightest. Kyungsoo at least was now in the knowing that his mother was permanently out of the picture, what happened, he didn’t know.  And he would wait until Jongin was ready to be honest with him.

Jongin cried for a good long while. Until he was no longer sniveling and hiccupping did Kyungsoo see that the time was close to four thirty in the morning and knew he should get some rest as well.

And that was just how he fell asleep. His chin resting easily on Jongin’s head, as he the back of his hair unintentionally and soothed himself to slumber.

That morning, a knock at Jongin’s door woke the two boys from their rest.

“You two better be decent in there, or so help me.” The door opened, and the smells of sweetness wafted in.  “Get up!  Its almost 10. I’m not letting the two of you sleep the day away.”

Jongin took a deep breath with his eyes still closed and a smile spread across his face.

“Mmmm, you’re making waffles.”

“Belgian waffles, now get your butts up.” Mr. Kim had walked away from the door and left the two alone for a moment as he went to his room.

Kyungsoo gasped and almost rushed out of bed when he realized what time it was.

“Buuuuut, I also didn’t do my homework.” Kyungsoo’s body fell against the bed when he realized there’d be no point in rushing to school. He was wide awake from the rush of worry, staring into the face of Jongin’s apparently closed eyes.

“No point in going to class now.”  Jongin mumbled through lidded eyes.

“Eegh.. Jongin, you look horrible! You’re supposed to look better on morning likes these.” Jongin’s eyes shot open to glare up at his father. Mr. Kim smirked and chortled as he walked away to go finish breakfast.

Jongin was grateful the innuendo’s his father made always went over Kyungsoo’s head.

“Ha Yi!”  Kyungsoo nearly screamed.

“Don’t worry.” Mr. Kim sounded as he came back around the corner to the doorway.  “She woke up at six thirty, took a shower and looked to see if you were up. When she saw how tired you were she decided you should stay home and rest for the day.”

“She said that?” Kyungsoo asked Mr. Kim as he looked over his shoulder.

“Yup.”

“Where is she now?”

“At school.”

“How?!”

“I drove her, and fed her too, don’t worry.” Mr. Kim chuckled at Kyungsoo’s frantic behavior. “I know how to take care of a ten year old. I have two children.”

One, you only have one child.”

“Jongin. Really? This early in the morning?”

Jongin smiled like a brat and turned his body away from the door, away from his father.

“Get up! Don’t you dare go back to sleep.” Mr. Kim yelled at his son.

“We will!  Geez!” Jongin rolled his eyes as Mr. Kim clicked his tongue on his teeth and walked back downstairs.

“Well… I guess that clears my worries for now..” Kyungsoo sat up right in Jongin’s bed and sat there, waiting for Jongin to do something. However, Jongin just turned his back over to Kyungsoo and let his eyes stay resting.

All Kyungsoo could hear was the slightly heavy breathing of Jongin as he lay there in the bed. He didn’t know exactly why he was, maybe due to the sleep that still lingered over him, but Kyungsoo just found himself staring at Jongin’s resting figure.

“Thank you..” Jongin mumbled.

“For what?”  Kyungsoo asked a little baffled.

“For last night.”

“W-What did I—”

“For not judging me.”

“Um..?”  Kyungsoo seemed a little lost, not really sure if Jongin was talking about the incident when he woke up to the crying teen.

Jongin smiled at Kyungsoo’s reaction and had half a mind to pop up and give Kyungsoo a peck on the lips. He was proud to say he had a very comfortable sleep last night, and became even more giddy when he remember just how he fell asleep in the arms of Do Kyungsoo.

Through the warming feeling surging throughout his chest, Jongin found enough of his hunger to overcome that and fling his sheets from the bed.

“Alright, I’m famished. Let’s go eat.”

“What are Belgian waffles?” Kyungsoo asked innocently as he followed Jongin out of the room, wiping the residue of sleep from his eyes.

“You’ve never had Belgian waffles before?!” Jongin turned around in a rush with wide and shocked eyes.

“N-No..?”

“We need to change that now.” Jongin turned back around and raced down the stairs to the kitchen. Kyungsoo followed, undoubtedly noticing the need to use the bathroom.

“Here, sit next to me.” Jongin announced as he patted the chairs at the kitchen’s island.

“Hold on, I’ll be right back.”  Kyungsoo took to the right before entering the kitchen to use the bathroom.

The kitchen was left a little silent and awkward between Jongin and his father. And Jongin knew exactly the reason why the tension was so high between them. He watched the back figure of his father move about chopping up fruits for toppings.

“So. Nothing happened, correct?” Mr. Kim’s deep voice sounded, nearly making Jongin jump from his seat.

“Dad! What the hell!?”

“Answer me Jongin.” Mr. Kim was stern.

“No, dad! Geez.” Jongin rolled his eyes at his father as he crossed his arms over the counter top and rested his head.

“Just making sure.” Jongin his teeth, being put in a semi foul mood because of his father.

“Did you go to bed late?”

“Not too late, but yeah, it was kinda late. We woke up in the middle of the night too, so later than we expected.”

“You both woke up?” Mr. Kim asked slightly aghast.

“Yeah, I woke him up cause I had a nightmare.”

“Nightmare? What kind of nightmare?”

“J-Just… A nightmare.”

“You haven’t had just a nightmare like that in a while Jongin.  Are you not tel—”

Just before Mr. Kim could finish, Kyungsoo walked into the kitchen and noticed the strong tension between the two males once they were silent. He was obviously not supposed to hear the conversation between the two, but Kyungsoo could hear them clear as day. And it made him a little curious to know what made these nightmares so significant.

There was still a lot about Jongin that Kyungsoo didn’t know, and he would be wrong to say that he wasn’t genuinely interested in finding out more about his situation. A sort of moral obligation was forming towards Jongin and Kyungsoo groaned at the fact that he was starting to become caring toward the kid.

“So Kyungsoo, I heard you’ve never had Belgian waffles before?” Mr. Kim’s booming voice took Kyungsoo by surprise as he sat next to Jongin.

“Nope.”

“Well, today’s your lucky day. I make a pretty mean Belgian waffle.”

“He claims they taste just like the ones he ate when he went to Belgium.” Jongin nudged Kyungsoo’s side and rolled his eyes as he mocked his father.

“They do! You little brat.” Mr. Kim turned to the boys with a plate of strawberries and two small bowls of chocolate syrup and whipped cream.

“You’ve been to Belgium? Isn’t that in Europe?” Kyungsoo asked as the smells of breakfast were starting to intensify his hunger.

“Yup, I studied food in Europe for a very long time. And I went on my honeymoon there.”  Mr. Kim smiled softly to himself as he turned back around to grab the plate of thick like waffles.

Kyungsoo froze at the mention of his honeymoon. It made him a little uncomfortable to know there was obvious tension in the house about the woman of the house, but Kyungsoo let it go, knowing it was far from his place to ask. Yet, he still found it ever so amazing to know that Mr. Kim had such opportunities to travel to Europe.

“This is a rather… Surgery breakfast…” Kyungsoo tried to change the topic.

“Why yes, yes it is. Why?  You don’t like it?” Mr. Kim asked taken aback by Kyungsoo’s reaction.

“No! Its fine, I just don’t eat something like this often.”

“Really? Boys your age usually love nothing more than to eat this kind of junk every two seconds.” Mr. Kim glanced at Jongin, leaving him to snicker at his father. “By the way, dig in.”

Jongin had already been picking at the pieces of strawberry when Mr. Kim gave them plates to serve with. But Kyungsoo gladly took two slices and piled his waffles high with strawberries, whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

“Don’t worry, I didn’t feed this to Ha Yi.  I made her an omelet over rice. I know better than to feed a young growing girl like herself junk like this.”

“Oh thank you. I try to feed her things like that as often as I can.” Kyungsoo not really thinking about what he was saying was really just focused on tasting the waffles.

“Oh really?  So you make homemade meals every day?” Mr. Kim asked as he ate himself a waffle with strawberries and syrup.

“I try to, and use as fresh ingredients as I can. A lot of the time it’s just frozen or canned.” In a normal situation, Kyungsoo would be embarrassed to say something like that, he thought that it was really no one’s business to know how he ate at home. But becoming more comfortable with the Kim’s wasn’t helping his case.

Kyungsoo relaxed his shoulders with a small contented sigh when he finally got a nice mouthful. It tasted better than he imagined. Sweet and a little tart with the mixture of strawberries. But it was delectable in every sense of the word.

“That’s quite a feat you must go through then.”

“Not really, I like cooking so it’s not a chore or anything. And I also take home dinner from the restaurant or left over’s from whatever I can salvage.” Kyungsoo took another bite.

“You know, you’re welcome to come here and have dinner with us anytime.”  Mr. Kim said, kind of pulling Kyungsoo out of his food trance.

“What?”

“I mean it. You and Ha Yi.” Jongin looked up from his half eaten plate and stared intently to know if his father was speaking truth.

“I-I couldn’t.. No I really couldn’t intrude like that.”

“It’s really no big deal. And I’d also love to taste some of your homemade food, too.”

“Th-Thank you..”  Kyungsoo looked down at his food, not really sure if he was grateful or guilty to have Mr. Kim offer his house like that.

“Minseok’s told me a lot about your cooking. And everything really does taste better when you prep the ingredients. So don’t worry about it, we’d all love to have you two over.”

Kyungsoo turned over to Jongin and smiled a genuine smile that said thank you in all sorts of forms. The action made Jongin stop chewing and stare with blushing cheeks at the boy in front of him.

“Jongin, wipe your drool up and eat.”
