review by -utopia. hi there eunmi! thanks for applying and taking the time out of your day to do so! let's get started, and remember I am only saying my critiques to help and not hinder you! the background was kind of vague, I felt like more things could be included in it, like how you stated in personality section that she lived without her parents but it doesn't say anything about that in the background. here are a few things that are wrong with your personality: she's quite patient with people but if you get on her nerves it's a different story? just some contrasting traits. she's impulsive but she can hold a conversation without it being awkward? it doesn't fit together. same thing with fighting verbally or physically. people who are usually patient with others don't really fight with others, do they? she's easygoing but she's blunt? if someone's easygoing they won't say things to your face. a lot of things just clash together that don't match and compliment each other at all. you forgot to delete notes in trivia section. you put down you had a brother but you barely mentioned him in your background, so he doesn't seem that important to your character. the interview part is extremely lacking. the most you put is 2 sentences and they weren't very detailed! the relationship section is confusing. do you want them to be together or just best friends? would you like to leave it up to me? details! overall, there are things you can fix to make your application even better than it is now! this is the end of your review for me! thank you again for applying and good luck!

review by -utopia. salutations miki! thank you for taking the time out of your day to apply for paradise resort! let's get started, shall we? remember, I am only saying these critiques to help and not to hinder you! the background felt like a really long run on sentence and it was kind of missing details. like why was she bad with studies? what made her that way? did she just not care? you're good with sticking with certain traits and making them complement each other on the first paragraph of your personality. the second paragraph of your personality, if she's open minded and easygoing, she won't tell people openly that she dislikes something. it just contrasts each other. you're good with the interview section. you kept it sweet and short, but answered things you needed to. it's good with the history section, but you might want to delete the part about kyungsoo being unpopular, since you don't know their plotlines yet. :) thanks for the suggestions! will definitely put them in if possible. this is the end of your review for me! thanks for applying and good luck!

You state it is very normal and happy; yet her boyfriend used her and you don't really say what made her life happy. So if you could please expand on that. You also say that she doesn't trust many, but she is outgoing and loves to make friends? That seems a little strange to me. So she is outgoing and mysterious, which seems like opposing traits to me. That personality seems the most detailed out of everything else. So I only ask that you may expand on the other categories, such as the love interest one. There is not much stated on their true relationship. Well, besides everything I had stated, it seems like an okay app. The ulzzang seems okay, sorta. review by slat101. Howdy there Rachelle (ignore my awkwardness)! Where to start with your app. First off: YAY KIM SEUL MI OMG MY FIRST ULZZANG LOVE IDEC THAT SHE'S YOUR BACKUP. Secondly, what can I say about this amazing ball of awkward and derp? How about: SHE'S SO COOL AND AWESOME IT HURTS. And stepping on the point of an ice cream cone would hurt too. Yeowch. Her background's cool and she seemed like such a motherly, mature character from how the background started but then I got into her personality and it's like: I need some shades to shield me from this derp.
The corny suggestions are corny, but you know what I have to say to that? "Yay protein!" So, great application Rachelle. It was awesome to read and a pleasure to get through.

Moving on! Her background is pretty solid, although I have one question. When you say: "The monsters they are now" are you talking about their fighting and all of that, or did you want to elaborate that a little more? Her personality is good. She's slightly bipolar? That's interesting. And she likes to "push it" a little bit. XD However, the persona is something like a title, so if you could change those traits into a title for Minhee instead, that would be fantastic elastic. You're good now! Thanks for adding to it!
As for your friends and family, we're all good here. Do you have an applicant in mind for who you would want to be friends with?
In conclusion, Minhee's a pretty solid character. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I get the feeling that she's really stiff...which kinda contradicts what you put for the likes section that she enjoys "letting loose". It's all good though, because I can still see that loose side a bit when you describe how she gets along with Kris. Now I see it more, so you're good! No mind, it's all pretty good. Just fix your persona and it's fine.

I think it's really interesting that she has a passion for drink mixing. When I began to read the background and you started the paragraph with: "That's when the alchohol and parties started..." I was like: "Aw shiz. She's going to get wasted and become a deadbeat." But no, you knocked down that image right away! For your personality, I get a total "umma" vibe from her. That is, until you say she's reckless and a flirt and oh yes this girl's passion is mixing drinks. I love how all of her friends are "Kim"s XD And then Sehun's just there like: "Hey I'm Oh Sehun". I like their rivalry and the reason for their rivarly, so that's good.
The love interest section was awesome! And the progression of their relationship is realistic and flawless. There's seriously nothing I have to say about your app besides praises. Awesome and thanks for applying!

review by -utopia. hey there jasmine! thanks for applying and taking interest in our fic! let's get started right away! first off, in your background, can you expand more on the drowning? how did it happen, when did it happen, why did you blame yourself? things like that you can add to let me know. I felt like you just stated it but there was no other thought about it. you told me how it effected you but you really didn't go into detail about the event. also, some things in your background are vague, they can be expanded even more than they are now! in your personality, you say how she's optimistic but she's hard to cheer up when she's upset? optimistic people are people who look on the bright side of things always, so she couldn't be easily upset or hard to cheer up! the two just don't go together. the traits in your personality need to be expanded more. they're just sort of stated and doesn't really give me a reason as to why she's like that or how she's with other people, etc. in the love interest history section, is it in 2nd POV or are you talking to your character? it's just sort of confusing. the same thing with the relationship. also, why is she uncomfortable around him? did something happen? the same situation with the drowning part of your background: it's vague and doesn't really go into a whole lot of detail. overall, lots of things in your application can be expanded a bit more to make things better than they are now!

Michelle seems like quite the character! Why? Because the interview section just killed me. Absolutely killed me- but in a good way! Her personality is bittersweet, but I like that. And that makes her relationship with Kris that much more funny! (Ahem, he likes to be called Wu Fan XD) So, your character is solid, and her relationships are great!
The problem lies within a few other parts. In her background, it states that she went to Harvard University to study photography, yet she decides to pursue a resort of all places and then in the trivia, it says: She would be a make up artist if she could. What happened to photography? Going to such a prestigious school, I'd think it would be an avid passion of hers. Also, her parents would seriously just let her board a plane and go off to Korea? How is she well off when her parents run a cinema? I think you can expand on these things, maybe show what happened before Michelle got to Korea, because really...this whole thing doesn't make sense.
I'm so sorry to sound harsh, I'm really trying not to...but I'd REALLY like you to fix these things. Also...

The first thing I saw was her surname and I was like "SISTER OF YIXING!!!"Okay, okay, I do like your chara and your app is very descriptive, which is nice ^^ but if she is lazy and a procrastinator then how do you expect her to get anything done? Also, is she like a certified genius? Since she obtains good grades without studying or doing much? Anyways, I don't think just not caring how she looks makes her a tomboy, but is there somethingelse that makes her a tomboy, such as "no skirts/dresses" or she loves sports or something? Your character sounds nice and realisitic. I like her rivalry with Chanyeol...I think that could make for some VERY interesting scenes (Especially since my character's love interest is Chanyeol XD). I like the interactions between all of them and it seems really sweet.

First off, THANK YOU FOR PICKING MY BIAS MINSEOK. /SQUEALS. Okay, beyond that, her nickname oh my gosh. The Jeoooooonnnhaaa. Oh my goodness as soon as I read that I knew I'd love your app. From then on, I was not disappointed. First, her background was that cliche "spoiled princess" type thing, but her personality is so amazing I love it. It kind of reminded me of my own character who is a big weirdie herself. XD
I love the detail on the trivia! I love how you put all of her habits for each scenario. That was really cool and interesting. Her relationships with her friends are to die for really (And yes Kyungsoo is so squishy like omfg. I think you can tell who my biases are XD). Her reasons for wanting to work at Paradise Resort are adorable and I could picture her saying it. Before I embark on the section for Love Interest, let me say the personality put into this app was so cute and the way you described her height... "(she reaches only up to kyungsoo's chin and can be tucked properly under kris's armpit)" Okay this is epik.
THE LOVE INTEREST SECTION. Their first meeting oh my gosh I need some time to process and fully appreciate the greatness. Like omfg "HOLY WHAT DID YOU EAT. YOU'RE SO LIGHT" Eh heh hehhh~. Their relationship is so so so so adorable and everything made me grin like an idiot because it was all just there in my mind like perfect. Grahhh your app is seriously better than mine (which isn't saying a lot).

First, happy 1000th birthday x3 since you said it took you 1000 years to complete this...anyways, now that the "comic relief" is over, your app is pretty descriptive ^^ but...why is her being asian have anything to do with people seeing her as a weirdo? Why did some see her as a weird because of her asian blood? That just seems a bit "unusual" to me, at least. Also, her dad was the creator of "Tom and Jerry" the American cartoon show? Maybe you could make that part a bit more realistic, since the cartoon was made in America, I believe. It is also unique that she was a social butterfly despite not making much friends for most of her life. I would just think she would be pretty awkward around others b/c of that.
