Tiffany's POV

I waited for my time, and after an hour or so of typical chatting and teasing amongst our group, maknae decided to leave the table for the lady's room. I excuse myself as well and follow her, knowing this is the most available chance to talk privately with her.

"Oh! Fany unnie! You coming to the washroom as well?" Hyunnie says as she notices me beind her. 

"Yeah! You don't mind me touching up my makeup, do you?" I settle down before one of the mirrors and take out my cosmetics. 

"No, of course not." She replies kindly and enters one of the stall. 

For a mansion that houses only a father and daughter, it sure is big. Even the guests' bathroom at the ground floor looks like the ones you find in five-star hotels. It is made to entertain many guests with the multiple sinks and toilets. 

I try not to get carried away and start to talk about what I had come to discuss with her.

"So, I see you're fond of Luhan." I say loudly over the flushing noise. 

"Wae?" She comes out. From the reflection in the mirror, I can see her eyes are round with surprise. "Why would you say so?"

"Just from the way you smile and blush like a teenage girl when we brought him up." I reply with a smirk.

"Aigoo, unnie! I am a teenager!" She wines. "And does not prove anything."

"Well, if you insist." I answer but I mostly certainly am not going to slack off. "It just takes me by surprise that you manage to jump from Changmin-ssi to Luhan so quickly." I pretend to add more mascara while I sneak a peak of her reactions. 

She flinches slightly at the name of her former butler but puts on a bitter smile right after. 

"I never truly admitted to liking Mr. Shim. Maybe Luhan is the one for me." She says plainly. 

"Look here! Our rule-abiding maknae is talking about breaking rules and favoring her butlers? My, my, I hope you don't morph into another Jessica Jung." I tease, trying to lighten the mood. I succeed for she sticks her tongue at me like a little kid. 

"By 'Luhan is the one for me', I mean Luhan is the butler for me. Don't go about making assumptions, my dirty-minded unnie!" She retorts with a nudge on my shoulders and I push her back, making both of us laugh.

I link arms with her and leave the bathroom. "Let's get back to the others!"

No one's POV

For the afternoon, the group made conversatioins and jokes without another word about Seohyun and her butlers, present or past. They enjoyed their time well since things seems to have gone back to its original track with Minho being the happy virus, Jonghyun to laugh along with him, Tiffany making opportunities to compliment herself and being mocked by the sharp-tongued Sooyoung, Yoona and Yuri being the "twins" and agreeing the same things, Sunny doingher infamously annoying aegyo with every possible chance, Hyoyeon leaking more than she should on other's secrets and finally, Joohyun sharing her wise insights. Everyone was most unwillingly to leave after 6 long hours spent together but they could not help it as they all had family duties like gatherings and dinners to attend.

"I wish we could stay over for meal." The tallest girl whines as she rubs her tummy, "My stomach is practically roaring and your chef makes such great food!"

"Quit with the 'eating' talk, Shikshin! That's if you don't want to get your head chopped off by me!" The redhead finally gets her payback on Sooyoung for jeering at her, "I need to work out to keep my body fit for beautiful clothes and all you need to do to stay slim is eat more! What kind of logic is that?!"

"Well, God treated me well!" Shikshin smirks smugly at Tiffany, hands cross in front of her chest. 

"Serves you right that your skin tans easily!" The said girl sticks her tongue out.

That statement did not offend only one person as she intended. "Hey! That's become personal! God created me perfectly and I'm happy!" Yuri, the "Black Pearl" for a reason, rushes forward.

"Please, quit with the 'God Talk'!" Hyoyeon steps up and tries to separate the 3, "Hello? Bhuddist here?" She waves in front of them.

That did it and the tension breaks with everyone clutching their stomachs to laugh while the blonde stands still, clueless. The Dancing Queen is just too hilarious. "What?!"

"Unnie, thank you for that! I was sure a catfight would break up!" Joohyun wraps her arm round her Hyo unnie's neck and smiles. 

When everyone has clamed down, they wave their host goodbye and leave, promising to see each other on Monday at school.

Having received a call from her appa that he would not be coming back for dinner (which Joohyun secretly hope was a date since she wanted Mr. Seo to be happy as well), she decided to have her meal in her bedroom and instructed Luhan to bring the food up.

It was quite an exhausting day despite having done nothing she would normally view as constructive. But, today, everything is an exception and she finds bonding with her friends most meaningful and thought the time was well-spent. 

"It's nice to finally be around caring and great buddies!" She sighs as she plops herself onto her four-poster bed. The clothes she had on for the whole day were pretty and comfortable but not the most ideal bedroom outfit. Thinking that she will not be leaving her room for the night, she decides to change into her Juicy Couture sweats and trackpants which are  nowhere near fashionable yet comfy and soft. 

She was not aware of having to lock the door and as she slides out of her dress and unclasps her bra as well, the knob is turned and someone pushes in. 

Luhan's POV

As Seohyun has ordered me to prepare her dinner in bed, I went to the kitchen to fix up some cream corn soup, Caesar salad with grilled chicken and a fruit yogurt for dessert. 

I am lucky that the tray isn't particularly heavy to balance for my years of training has not prepared me for the moment I open the door. The girl's milky white and legs are all that greet me. I nearly drop the food in my hands from the shock. Her skin is so smooth, her body so well proportioned, her thighs and calves are toned. I snap out of my reverie when I realize  that it is borderline inappropriate to gawk at a lady, and not just any fine lady, but my master, the one and only one that I should never have unrealistic thoughts for. That moment, I decide to close the door and leave without her notice but her surprised voice, calling my name, stops me.

Seohyun's POV

As I strip myself until all I had on was a pair of knicker shorts, I have an uncomfortable intuition that someone is watching me. I timidly turn around and find Luhan standing at the doorway, seeming to be leaving. Had he seen me? I wonder worriedly, panicking at the notion  that he did see something.

"Luhan-ssi?" I say timidly. My back still facing the door. I was in an awfully undressed state that I believe I'm excused from all normal etiquette of a lady, like looking at someone while speaking. 

I was about to speak up once more when he responded with an equally quivering voice, "Yes, My lady?"

"Did you see anything that you shouldn't have?" I ask, trying to act casual.

"I did not see anything you did not want me to see." was his vague answer. I am somewhat glad that he did not answer a concrete 'no' or worse, "yes", or else I would have trouble seeing him in the same light, not knowing if he saw or didn't or had he been lying. His casual reply was comforting and if I was ever to be accidentally seen in such a compromising state (which I really hope does not happen), I'd rather that the witness be Luhan.

"Ok, thanks. Come in in 3 minutes and I should be ready." I tell him and he leaves the room. 

When he came in after the said time, I was already sitting in bed with a motivational book "Tuesdays with Morrie" in my hand. It is not my typical taste but since touching story and the author's inspirational experience keeps me rereading it over and over again. The moment our eyes meet as he set the tray on my lap, I can see the pink rushing to his face. I can't believe a grown boy could blush with embarassment and the sight of it is too adorable. To me, the scene just then was not too big of a deal. I have learnt to put on a thick skin since my return to become a true socialite. What is worse than fainting in the airport with cameras capturing that moment or being scrutinised by foreign eyes? I already treat Luhan as a friend despite this being the first day we meet and I do find myself liking him very much. It surely does not hurt for him to see me half-... well, nearly .

"I know you saw, but it's ok. I'm not going to fire you for that!" I poke at his reddened cheek, trying to make him feel better. That's the difference between that horrendous Changmin and Luhan -- the former hides his emotions so well that he's as terrifying as a robot whereas with the latter, I can practically read him like an open book and I can always guess what he's thinking. It really is much more endearing when my new butler is around.

"You won't?" He stutters. "No.. no, I mean... you know?"

I nod at his question and he bows to me.

"I know I should have knocked! It's just that around you, I just simply forget my years of trainings! I'm really so so sorry!" He keeps his back bent over, maintaining his position until he is truly forgiven. But spoke so fast and loud that I thought I heard wrong. Did he just confess to taking a liking to me?

"What did you say?"

"I'm sorry, but I should have knocked and asked for permission to enter." He repeats his apology.

"No, no, I don't mean that. I mean the other thing you said! The reason behind your mistake?" I ask, trying to draw him to say those words again and confirm my hearing.

His courage seemed to have vanished that instant and he began to mumble. "My lady, I assure you that's nothing to concern you with."

"Really?" I ask sceptically, pushing myself up to sit straighter and removing the tray to place it beside me. "Look at me." I mutter and he follow my command rather relutantly. If he wasn't blushing just then, he most certainly is now. His face was turning red and I try to stifle my giggle. He tries to escape my gaze but I reach for his face and holding it, direct it towards me. "Answer my question."

"I... I know it's wrong and this breaks the butler-lady contract... but I... I like you, my lady." The last sentence is a bit rushed but I can catch the exact a words and I break into a smile. 

"I don't give a damn about rules," I say to him and pull his face down to kiss him. It is sweet and he tastes like sunshine and happiness if that's even a real flavour. Very unlike the alcohol-infused mess, which was my first kiss. The boy initially is unmoving from surprise but responds soon after with an energy that makes me feel young and alive and not the tiring effort to be mature, like when I'm around Changmin. 

I try to stop myself from comparing the two and break the kiss. 

"That's all for now, Luhan-ssi. Goodnight!" I whisper to him and he grins brightly with a peck on my forehead before leaving for his room. 

As I finish my deliciously light but fulfilling meal, a pang of guilt hit me for I wasn't truly honest with Luhan.

I am always one to abide by rules and regulations, at least, I was.

The moment I stopped caring for them was the moment Changmin happened.

Finally, Seohan is still the main focus this chapter, but trust me, Changseo will be making a victorious return soon enough when things mess up between our new couple :) Stay tuned for that :D
