The boys were too stunned about what they saw but they decided to move because their manager was calling them. They cancelled their orders and proceeded to the place their manager asked them to come.

Not long after they arrived where they are supposed to and went up to the room where they were assisted to. Their manager was sitting there, probably texting the one they need to meet.

 

“Hyung, why are we here?” Gongchan asked

“I already contacted the president of this company and they decided to sponsor your first concert, so be nice and if they ask you anything, do what they say. I also contacted the producer who’s gonna help you with your first full album! So I tell you… be serious, if not, the deal will just be swept right out of our hands, alright.” Their manager said.

“Wow, I’m nervous” Baro said and breathed out while the other three were as quiet as a hibernating bears, but their thoughts weren’t as quiet as how they appeared.

 

Sandeul looked at Jinyoung who was beside him. He was deep in thoughts

*I wonder if Jinyoung is thinking about her, two years ago they were sweet, I wonder what would’ve happened if they didn’t broke up two years go* Sandeul thought

 

CNU was busy with his own thoughts, he remembered that time when you and jinyoung were fighting and you cried and cried to him, like he was your brother. *Is she having a good life here in Japan?* He asked his self.

 

While the most busy thinking was Jinyoung.

 

He missed you…. So much, but he cannot help and think everything was his fault. If he just didn’t keep all the secrets, if only he was braver to actually take your side, if only he didn’t look for someone to lean… if only he tried his best to keep you with him but he all of it was ‘if only’s. He sighed and played with his fingers while thinking a lot more when the door opened.

 

“Yah! Atleast get me a venti frappe too!” The voice said and then sat down.

 

B1A4 looked at him, and one person gasped. The other four looked at Jinyoung, his eyes were wide and the look he has was like his heart was about to drop off to the floor.

 

“Arasseo~ bye!” He said and looked at his phone.

“Sorry I’m late, not such a good impression for the president of the company” He said while looking at his phone and then looked up

 

“I’m Yoochun the president of—Oh.” He stopped and stayed still for a moment.

 

Yoochun and Jinyoung looked at each other for a long time. Jinyoung swallowed and blinked then looked away.

“Erm… do you know each other?” Their manager asked

“Hyung, do you know him?” Gongchan asked Jinyoung quietly and he nodded

“Well… yeah, don’t we Jinyoung?” Yoochun said and looked at him “Why don’t you tell them who I am?” Yoochun said

 

Everyone looked at Jinyoung who was avoiding their gazes.

 

“He’s… He’s Minah’s brother.” Jinyoung told the guys

“Your ex before debut?” His manager asked and Jinyoung nodded.

“Oh… ha… ha… I hope this won’t affect out deal about the concert and—“ their manager started but Yoochun cut him off.

 

“No big deal, I think everyone’s moved on” Yoochun said and then looked at them one by one “So, first can you guys introduce yourselves properly” He said

 

They stood up did their greetings “Let’s fly B1A4!! Annyeong Haseyo  B1A4 imnida” they chorused

“Annyeong haseyo, Shin Dongwoo imnida, I’m often called CNU” he said and then bowed

“Jung Jinyoung imnida, the leader” he awkwardly said and then bowed

“Lee Junghwan imnida, I’m called Sandeul” he bowed

“Cha Sunwoo imnida, I’m called Baro, please take care of us” He bowed

“Gong Chanshik imnida but I’m know as Gongchan, Im the maknae” he said and bowed

 

 

“we-we-wait… CNU, Sandeul… Baro and Gongchan… AREN’T YOU GUYS FRIENDS WITH MY SISTER TOO?” He said, raising his brow

 

 

“Ne, but we never got the chance to meet you even once” CNU said

“Oh right… cause I’m always busy and—“ Yoochun got cut off when someone opened the door and bowed

 

“Mianhae mianhae…  Just passed by starbucks” You said and went straight to Yoochun and handed him his frappe then looked up, only to have your smile fading.

 

“Y-you...” You said, disbelief can be seen right at your expression

“Surprised me too” yoochun whispered

 

“Guys! As I told you we will also meet the producer who’s gonna help you out for your full album. This is Park Min, she doesn’t know any group in Seoul except for Cube artists and only know Sistar who also worked with Brave entertainment before.” Their manager said

 

“A-an-annyeong haseyo” they started to get up and clumsily bowed

Their manager gave them a look because how they bowed and he quickly apologized

“I’m sorry they are not usually like this, they’re usually very active and—“ the manager stopped when Yoochun spoke

“Oh don’t worry about it, and boys, be comfortable… Everyone has certainly moved on… Right Minah?” Yoochun said and looked up at you.

 

“Mi-minah?” their manager asked

“Yeah everyone’s moved on.” You said as you sat down beside yoochun and continued speaking. “Park Min the producer, short for Park Minah, Sister of Mr. Park Yoochun here and Vice-President of this company too” you said and smiled.

 

“Oh” their manager scratched his head “I… didn’t know something like this would happen”

“No worries. Everything is fine” you said and opened the folder that was set for you.

 

“So… let’s get to business” Yoochun said and opened the folder for him too.

“B1A4, I see you didn’t change the name of your group” You said and looked at them with your serious eyes and they can’t help but flinch.

“When did these kids debut?” Yoochun asked their manager

“Just a year ago. April 23, 2011” He answered “they have already won a lot of rookie awards making them the most wanted rookie and picked as the rookie who would step up on the following years” Their manager said.

 

“I see” Yoochun nodded “Actually I have seen your proposal and I picked it instead of SM’s and CUBE. One because SM has been rejecting Minah’s offer” he paused and then chuckled

“Yeah right very mature of you” you said and rolled your eyes

 

The boys looked at you. This wasn’t your usual reaction before. If this happened two years ago you would pout and throw a little tantrum… but that would be two years ago.

 

“Two because Minah’s always working with Cube so I bet she won’t like to work with them again. And three, Of course, It’s my first time hearing of WM entertainment so I picked your proposal” Yoochun said.

“Seeing their records of how they are, I’m not regretting anything that I accepted this, but can you guys show me something that would prove your talents. You might only be face for your fangirls” He said.

 

“Yeah, why don’t you show us. Since I’m gonna be working on your songs too. Might as well know what style suits you guys. I mean, I don’t know anyone besides the cube artists” you said and put the folder down.

“Sure, Jinyoung, you always have the records, right?” Their manager asked and Jinyoung nodded getting his phone out of his pocket and giving it to their manager.

“Jinyoung is the composer and also producing some of their songs so errr…” their manager paused and looked at you

“Are you telling me to work with him?” you calmly asked and he nodded

 

Then you looked at Jinyoung for a while who was looking back at you. You can’t help but admire his face even just for a second, his face was the same as before, only thinner and his hair looks softer than ever, probably because he was a star now. You looked away from him and back to the manager

 

“Sure, I’ll try my best so their album would turn out great” You said and smiled

“I’m glad we’re all matured for this” his manager commented

“Oh c’mon, what are we, high school?” You said and chuckled

 

When the manager decided what they would perform, they stood up and formed a line. “This is their second track, Beautiful Target which was a big hit too like their debut song because of their cute image during this comeback” their manager said, you and yoochun just nodded.

 

The music started and you saw how their presence changed. They were on full performing mode. You looked at all of them one by one until your eyes landed on the first one who sang.

 

Jinyoung..

And he was looking right at you

 

“Sumi meojeul geosman gata salangi on geosman gata
Moleugesseo moleugesseo moleugesseo~”

And then some else sang so you immediately averted your eyes and looked at Baro who was singing.

“Oh my beautiful target, you zoom zoom heart like a rocket
Oh my beautiful target, you zoom zoom heart like a rocket”

 

One by one they sang their parts until it was finished and their manager clapped, making you and Yoochun clapped as well. “Nice” he said

 

“Do you want them to sing something else? Like for them to show their real singing skills?” Their manager

“Sure, why not?” Yoochun said and then his manager played something.

 

And it was something you least expected. Only One.

With just that simple music, faded memories started to fill up your mind once again.

*This song… this red haired freak sang this to me all the time* you thought and slightly looked at Jinyoung who you noticed tensed up just liked you.

 

The rest sang their lines and you didn’t mind when jinyoung sang his first line. You were fine, until the song reached it’s chorus and it was Sandeul’s part. But for some reason, you remembered when Jinyoung sang the whole song to you, all of it came back and that’s when you abruptly stood up. All of them looked at you.

 

“I--… I’ll just go out for a while. Sheesh this coffee is making my stomach turn” you said, putting the starbucks coffee you were drinking, down and went out of the room but stoped for a bit.

"It's nice that you guys finally reached your dreams" you said and continued walking out.

 

“that’s enough strings to pull” Yoochun whispered and sighed.

“What?” The manager didn’t hear and thought it was something important that he asked this.

“I said they are good enough! I will prepare the contracts by tomorrow, as for Minah working on your songs, I think it is your job to get the papers ready” Yoochun told the manager.

“Ah yeah” He said

 

Yoochun stood up and arranged his coat.

“I guess I’ll see you all tomorrow then. I will tell Minah that there would also be a meeting tomorrow” he said

“Thank you so much for picking our proposal” B1A4’s manager said

“No problem, now if you’ll excuse me. I’ll be off and follow my sister” Yoochun said and grabbed your things then went out.

 

When the door closed, everyone heavily sighed and looked at their manager

“If I just knew everything I wouldn’t send a proposal trust me” he said, raising his hands up in the air as if he was giving up “But then, they’re the best sponsor we could have.” He sighed.

 

“This is gonna be a bit hard” CNU sighed next to Sandeul

“I bet it will be” Sandeul agreed and looked at Jinyoung who was once again, deep in thoughts.

 

"I guess I have to move our flight to the next day" Their manager sighed while looking at their faces who was obviously struck by what happened.
