“Is she asleep?” You heard Suho whispered as you were lying down on the bed, acting the part. You heard a quiet footsteps coming closer to you “Yeah she is” You heard Kai whisper. “And she looks soo cute…” He said as he your forehead to your cheeks and as he was about to touch your lips, in a panic you turned around thinking *ertic as ever*. You heard a slap behind and you heard kai let out a little squeal “Aish! You don’t have to hit me D.O…” He whispered in anger.

“Whatever! Just come in to the circle” D.O whispered as you heard footsteps walking away from u to the opposite area of your room.

“Why do we need to stay in this room again?” Sehun asked

“Because we don’t want anything to happen to Melody and they might do something if we left her alone in this room asleep”  Luhan whispered

“I think we need to leave this house and moved into another one” Suho started as he sighed with a heavy feeling in his heart

“No not a good idea” Kris defied him

“Do you really think moving houses will help?...Suho, I know you concern for her safety but moving housed won’t help, you know how good they are at tracking people, so moving house is just a hassle plus Melody just started to fit in school and also adapt to the area, making her move will be hard for her.” Kris continued and all of EXO was nodding along as all the thing he says was all true

“True, how about travelling around in a caravan?” Exo looked at Suho like he was crazy

“Wow really? You got to be kidding me right...Suho, you are an awesome leader, but you think of the dumbest suggestions.” Xiumin giggled at his suggestion

“Yeah it will be perfect! I mean we can educate her and also we could travel to a lot of places, great idea right?” Suho said with excitement hoping they would follow his suggestion. EXO exchanged glances with each other

“Suho…I know your scared because you don’t want anything to happen to Melody…I know, but don’t think of stupid ideas like this, it’ll put Melody into more danger, because you know Suju, they will track us no matter what. Also they get creepier by the minute I mean that dollop of cut hair from Melody I mean, how on earth did they get that….that is just creepy.” Chanyeol whispered

“Also travelling around will be a lot of problem, and this idea is like running away from Suju and they will know we’re scared of them that would raise their confidence more and probably will do something crazier than that.” Kris added

“Ok…Mianhe, I’m just concerned for her”

“She will be fine because she is with us.” Tao reassured Suho and Suho smiled at Tao

“Ok our next plan, but this time we have to keep it from Melody I don’t want her to get involved. So D.O and Tao will guard her and keep her distracted while the rest of us go out to get SUJU”

You overhead the whole conversation, appalled that they wont let you join in their missions anymore. You sat up and looked at them.

“Why don’t you want me in this mission?” You questioned which caused all their head turn towards you.

“I thought you were asleep” Suho asked you

“well I wasn’t, this proves that I can act, so I can be better undercover than all of you” You said with confidence in your voice

“Hehehe really? You faking your illness to prevent yourself to take the exam was the crapest acting I’ve seen” D.O stood up “OH! NO! I feel so drowsy, please, please anyone I need to get home…” He said in a high pitch voice to mimic you as he tipsly walked around the room. You threw a pillow on his face and he turned to you.

“Shut it! They bought my lies, its just you, who thinks my actings bad” Everybody laughed except Suho who wore an expressionless face

“Melody…they bought it because while you were acting you ran into a wall which made you faint” D.O giggled at the memory

“Well..that was the part of the plan!” You argued

“Suree…”

“Kyungsoo you little b-“

“YAH!” Suho interrupted you

“Melody go back to sleep”

“Wae oppa? I should be a part of this plan?!”

“No…why should you be?”

“Because you said I’ll be a part of the spy team!”

“No I didn’t melody…”

“Yes you did”

“No I didn’t!”

“Ye-“

“MELODY SHUT IT! JUST GO! YOU’LL BE A DRAG TO US! AND YOUR USELESS….GO AWAY!” Suho shouted in anger, tears blurred your vision and you ran out of the room.

“Hyung! You don’t have to shout at her” D.O defended as he stood up and ran after you. Luhan was about to follow but Suho stopped him.

“Suho…I know you care about her but don’t ever call her useless…” Kris told Suho and Suho tears built up and it ran down on his face.

“Guys I don’t know what to do…I feel like I’m going to lose her, If I bring her to this kind of mission…I’m petrified that I will lose her, I just don’t know what to do, to keep her from getting involve” He said as he buried his hands on his face.

“Suho, she is already involved in this and you can’t do anything about that” Xiumin said to him as he patted his back with comfort

“Suho, at the moment give her time and then talk to her. Tell her all of this, she’ll understand and you can’t just push her away, just tell her the truth.” Lay patted his shoulders with comfort and Suho just nodded as his hand turned into a circle.

Meanwhile..

*STUPID OPPA! HE IS SOO HARSH! BABO! BABO!* You thought as you fast speed walked through the corridor and you harshly wiped your tears away.

“Melody! Please stop! MELODY” You heard D.O shout behind and this caused you to run downstairs and then you suddenly felt a huge grip on your risk and he pulled it and this caused you to turn around facing him. You tried to get out of his grip

“Melody…” He said in a sad tone which made you stop moving your hands and looked up to him. He was wearing a sad expression.

“He has reasons that caused him to say that…don’t be mad at hyung, he’s just worried about you and please don’t cry…I..I hate seeing you cry” He felt his soft hands wiping your tears away and your heart skipped a beat when he said that. Then you wrapped your arms around his neck and hugged him while you sob on his shoulders and then he wrapped his hands around your waist.

You stare blankly in the night sky with D.O sitting beside you on the top of the roof.

“I don’t want him to keep worrying about my safety” You began and D.O looked at you

“I feel like a burden to oppa not only him but all of you, you guys keeps protecting me, that you don’t care about yourself and all of you never considered how I would feel if anything happens to you guys” You looked down as you started to draw traces of your shapes in with your finger tips and D.O stared back to the stars.

“We just want you safe, because we care about you…that’s all” You turned to D.O

“See what I mean, you guys need to consider my feelings too, If anything happened to you guys, I will die, If I found out!”

“Really? Isn’t that a bit over exaggerating?”

“Yeah, but the point is you guys need to take care of yourself. I can defend myself without anyone’s help”

*Wait that just gave me an idea* you thought but D.O interrupted your thoughts as he began to speak.

“We know…we don’t want to lose you, you’re precious to us, which is why we rather have our lives taken away than yours. You’re irreplaceable; you don’t know how much you affected our lives. Losing you will be a problem that we can never overcome…This is how much we love you.”

“That’s how much I would feel if I lost one of you, as much as I matter to you all, you guys need to know you matter to me and that’s much how much I love you all” D.O listened to you intently while he looks at the night view in front of him.

“What would you do if I got hurt or lose me?” You suddenly asked him which made him turn to you. Silence. Then he suddenly sighed

“You matter a lot to me, if you ever got hurt, I would kill the person whoever caused you that pain in your heart. But if I lose you…I can’t imagine a world without you, you make my life interesting and you were always there whenever I need to cheering up for. You’re my life I guess…this is how much you affected me” he stared at the night sky while you listened to him and your heartbeat faster and faster, without thinking you kissed his soft skinned cheeks. D.O was shocked and frozen and then you quickly pulled away realizing what you just did. D.O turned to face you while you looked down with embarrassment

“I’m sorry, OMG! I don’t know why I did that for..” he unexpectedly caressed your cheek and you turned to look at his eyes but you notice he was staring at you already, his stare was full of love. Your heads were getting closer and closer with each other and then he said “Do you like me?”

You stared at him not knowing how to answer him.

“Do you like me?” he sweetly whispered.

*I don’t know, the way I’m feeling towards him, I don’t know how to explain it…do I really like him?*

“We need to go now…I want to make deal with my brother…” You said as you pulled away from his face.

“Is that a no?” He asked

“D.O….I don’t know how to answer that yet, but can you wait for it?” You asked him and he nodded.

“If you want we can forget it and go back the way it is” He said in a sad tone, you looked down and nodded at him.

“I’m sorry but I’ll tell you as soon as I know…”

*Hmmm…I think it’s a yes but I’ll wait* He smiled and nodded and you stood up and he followed behind.

“OPPA!” You shouted as you opened your kitchen door

“I challenge you to a fight” You said in confidence and everybody stood there shock by your request.

“Ok with who?” Suho answered

“With me” You smiled with confidence

“WHAT!?...” He said in shock and everybody looked at each other, confused and they looked at you and D.O also looked at you, confused.

*Wait this is the request that your talking about?* D.O thought as he stared at you.

It's been a while, I have been so busy after my exams finished

But yay! I finished this chapter after 2 weeks because my friends and family keeps distracting me by making me go out
