Author Note
Florescence of LoveSo, this is my re-written A/N after re-writing the ending.
I really hope you enjoyed this short but thoughtful journey with me. I think some parts are bit squeezed, but I just really wanted to show the development Areum made (well shortly before the end she almost 'involuted' with all those doubts and that ) and at the same time I wanted to show that not everything can be perfect. Things are okay with Baekhyun, but she parted from her friends. The problem with Minah and Yura was something I never intended to do, but now I think it's good that I put it in. It gave the story more depth towards the end, teaching you - the reader - that sometimes decisions that make you feel uncomfortable have to made as well. I'm sure many adolescents go through the stage of wondering whether this is the right clique you have or not. (Believe me, I'm 16 and I did wonder about that).
Despite being a short story, there are still quite a few messages. One is that being weird or strange is NOT bad. Some people are just different from the normality, but that doesn't mean they deserve rumors and badmouthing. Baekhyun is a really kind and nice boy whose 'weird' behavior strikes people as a careless and bad guy, when he, in fact, possesses a kinder heart than most. People have to look behind the image of someone, they have to see the core. Another message is about life. We can learn a lot from his carefree nature because as he once said, 'Happiness is my top priority.' I think we should all follow that, eh? ;) That quote is my own, by the way, and I'm trying
