Ravi fixing his shirt in front of the mirror, he wore a plain dark blue shirt with jeans. He then walked out from his room grabbing his leather jacket on the bed. He wore his shoes at the door and grabs his car key in a jar beside him and walked out the door.

He took the elevator to go down; he went down straight to the car park. He parked his car near the elevator. He opened the door to his car and enters. He sighed

“Should I text Aeri?”

He took out his phone from the pocket of his jacket and quickly type to Aeri.

To: Aeri
From: Ravi

I’m out to my parents for dinner. See you tomorrow.

He then starts engine of his car and put on the radio. Coincidently his favourite song came up from the radio, ‘You look good by Verbal Jint’

He then starts driving to Gangnam where his parents live.

He arrived at their house; the house was big really big. It’s even bigger than Aeri’s house. But Ravi never acts like he was a rich man’s son, because he wasn’t a rich man’s son. He always keeps himself low from everyone.

He parked in front of the entrance. He got out the car, when he was about to close the door someone attack him from the back.

“Hyung!”

Ravi just smiled. He turns around and saw Jiwoon still hugging his legs

“Hey there big guy” He greets

Jiwoon looks up to Ravi and smiled “I miss you”

Ravi laughs. He squat down so he was the same level as him

“Someone losing his baby tooth already” He past his head

Jiwoon nodded “It didn’t hurt at all”

“Such a brave boy”

“Ravi” A voice calls him

He looked up and saw his mother in a pure white gown

He stood up “Mom”

Jiwoon look at both of them “Let’s go in, it’s cold” Jiwoon said

Jiwoon hold Ravi’s hand and drag him inside.

Dinner time,

Ravi sat beside Jiwoon while his mom and dad sat opposite of them.

“You graduated?” His father said

Ravi nodded “Yeah, yesterday”

His mother put down her cup “You didn’t tell us, why?”

“It’s nothing really” He smiled

“So where you’re going for further studies?” His father asked

Ravi smiled “Seoul Arts”

His mother nodded agreeing “Good choice”

Jiwoon then put up his spoon “I wanna go to Seoul arts too!”

Everyone in the room laugh

“But you’re too young” Ravi pinch his cheek

Jiwoon pouted

Ravi then looks back to his father “The Company?”

“We’ll split it to you and Jiwoon” His dad answered

Ravi shook his head “Just put them under Jiwoon”

“why?” his mother said

“I don’t need it” he smiled

Jiwoon look to Ravi “but isn’t sharing a good thing?”

“But I don’t deserve it” Ravi pats his head

After dinner,

“Do you have to go this early?” His mother walks him to the door

Ravi nodded “It’s 10 pm mom, it’s not early it’s late”

“You could stay overnight you know”

“It’s okay mom” he smiled

Ravi then turn to his mom “anyway Jiwoon fell asleep and dad had a meeting”

“Okay then” His mother look at him sad

Ravi holds her hands “Take care of Jiwoon”

His mother caressed his cheek “You grow up so fast”

She hugged him “My Ravi”

Ravi hugged her back “I’ll visit again”

She broke from the hug and look up at him

“My only wish is to see you getting married” His mother smiled

He nodded “I’ll make that come true mom, I promise”

She leaned in closer and kissed his cheeks “Goodnight Ravi”

“Goodnight mom”
