Ravi’s POV
As I sat down on the couch reading the letters from my little brother, Jiwoon. I couldn’t help but to smile at it. He was cute before and matured now. He just turned 10 but he acts like he is all grown up. True, it has been 5 years since Aeri left the country we didn’t keep in contact after that but what I know was that.
Flashback
“I’m too late” I sighed and squatted down
I wanted to talk to her; I promise myself that when she woke up I want to say sorry. I want to hug her so badly but now I lost that chance of getting her back. Then I felt a light tap at my back.
“Aeri!” I turn around shouted
The nurse jumped back “shh” she said
I stood up and bowed slightly
“Are you Ravi-ssi?” she asked
I nodded “yes, yes I am”
“here” She hand me a small note and she got back to work
I just stared at the note for a while. I am scared to turn it around to see what it says. I am scared that I couldn’t take it anymore. I would probably blame myself for this for my whole life. So I slowly turn it around. Breathing in everything I got. Then,
“Ravi, will you remember me?” that’s all the paper said
Those are the last words she left for me. For some reason I can hear her saying it my head, not other words but these words. The one she left me, even so I never recall her saying it to me before ever.
Back to reality
“Yah guys today we gonna measure for the costume for Hyde” N shouted
I put the letters that was from my brother into my bag
“ah hyung I heard we have a new coordi noona” Hongbin said to N
Oh and yes, me and Hongbin created a group with some other guys and shockingly including Hyuk. We got well together no hatred between each other. He went to Seoul Arts after he graduated and we’ve met in the campus a lot of time and started talking. He forgot about Aeri and moved on, he dated his ex basketball manager until now.
Ken then poked me “I heard she is a foreigner” he squeals
I just laughed “Is she here?” I asked
N shrugged “I don’t know really
Hyuk was busy on his phone, texting, N was jealous and snatch it from him “Aren’t you suppose to be excited we got a foreigner coordi noona?”
“yay?” he smiled
We all laughed then suddenly
“she’s here” Leo came into the room
“where where?” N walk to Leo “is she pretty?” Hongbin asked
“She’s Korean” He then just sat on the sofa
Hongbin’s smile was gone “ayy our manager lied to us again”
“annyonghaseyo”
A voice said. A soft elegant but sweet voice called us. I can’t see who it was because N hyung was blocking me with his but what I know is I heard Hongbin gasped and Hyuk just drop his phone to the floor.
“what is it?” I pushed N hyung’s away
I was in shocked, in a terrible but happy shock.
“what’s wrong with our maknae line?” Ken asked and waved a hand in front of Hyuk’s face
One, two, three “Aeri?!” we three said it together
She bowed “I am your new coordi noona, Jung Aeri”
“How do you guys know her?” N asked
I saw her looking at me and smiled. I did the same. I couldn’t believe my eyes that we met each other again after those 5 years. Waiting was worth it.
She then worked in the same company, it was awkward the first few weeks than we both let out everything to each other, and I get to apologised to her at last. Probably inside me there is a bit of hyde but I know mostly I am Jekyll to her. And she’s my immortal Juliet.
