As Yuri entered the girls' changing room by the pool, the first thing she saw was one of her best friend leaning against the wall of lockers while looking at her phone. When she was close, Jessica looked up and a huge smile crossed over her lips as she ran to Yuri to give her a hug. Yuri returned the hug just as tightly.
"Yuri-ah~" Jessica said sweetly Yuri didn't like the tone of Jessica's voice. She knew that tone too well, it meant Jessica wanted something. Yuri pulled away from the hug and squinted her eyes at Jessica, but the latter only smiled innocently at her. "What do you want?" Jessica gave her the most innocent face she could muster while looking up at the ceiling and tapping her chin with one perfectly manicured finger. "Your locker?" Jessica asked as she looked at Yuri with a bright smile and hope in her eyes. Yuri responded with a roll of her eyes and a soft chuckle as she made her way towards her locker in the changing room. Jessica followed her like a happy little puppy from behind. She watched as Yuri fished out her locker keys from her bag and slipped it in the keyhole but before she twisted the key to unlock the locker door, she turned around to look at Jessica with squinted eyes, again. Jessica smiled even brighter when her best friend stood aside to give way for her to put her bag inside. Jessica quickly pulled out her bathing suit and an elastic band before stuffing her bag inside the locker with Yuri's bag in it. The two girls made their way to the separated stalls with doors to change into their bathing suits. As Yuri waited for a stall, she took the time to look around at the people in the changing room. The room was pretty noisy as most of the girls were talking all at the same time that Yuri could barely hear her own thoughts. There were so many fresh faces in there that Yuri couldn't help but think about the first time she entered the camp. She smiled as she hoped that they would enjoy their time here just like how she enjoyed hers. Yuri adjusted the straps on her deep emerald green tankini top and slipped on a pair of matching tiny short-shorts before stepping into her flip flops, tucking the rest of her stuff under her arm. The minute she unlatched the door, Jessica pulled it open. "Yah, pali~" Jessica said. " We need to hurry up or we won't have enough time to stretch" Pulling Yuri out of the stall and towards her locker. They quickly stuffed their things inside their bags and took one of the plain white towels from the pile near the door as they made their way into the pool area. Yuri was glad she applied waterproof sunscreen at home earlier since it was really hot around the pool, like the sun was magnified by the chiseled , fake-looking stones. A volleyball net had been set up, stretching across the middle of the pool. Today was Yuri's first day of pool volleyball. She was nervous about playing volleyball after so long. Donghae was standing with a couple of freshmen, talking and pointing to the net, but when he spotted Yuri, he broke off and came over to her. "Hey" He said with a smile. " What are you doing here?" "The cello room is being renovated due to the huge leak stain on the ceiling" Yuri explain, taking one last quick glance at the net before giving Donghae a smile. "You nervous?" Donghae asked when he caught Yuri glancing at the net a few times. "Is it obvious?" Yuri chuckled. "Don't be! I learned how to play pretty quickly" "Are you showing off or something?" Yuri teased "A-aniyo" Donghae stuttered. "Look, all i'm saying is if i can do it, then so can you" He gave an assuring smile "How long have you been in this class?" "A week" Donghae answered "And how long did it take you to master volleyball?" "A week" Donghae gave a sheepish smile when he heard Yuri groaning. Donghae patted Yuri's head which caused her to look at him and gave a small smile. Before Donghae or Yuri could say anything else, a curly hair
