Nineteenth Chapter~!

Hyunseung’s POV

“ Once I get my hands on that Kim Kibum… “ I muttered.

Doojoon was pacing back and forth. “ Hyunseung, if the picture comes out- “

I cut him off. “ This isn’t just about our popularity in Japan! “

“ WE MIGHT AS WELL CALL OURSELVES ‘DEAD’! “ he shouted.

I glared at him and went to the other side of the room. Everytime I get mad, I need to be away from other people since I tend to say things that…I eventually regret.

But because he’s very persistent…Doojoon walked behind me.

“ This will become a big scandal, Hyunseung! We need to get that picture from Key! “

I couldn’t take this stress anymore, my image might break down. I turned around and put my face an inch away from his then shouted,“ AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! “

Doojoon looked like he would pass out. I deeply sighed.

Hee Young, where the hell are you?!

Hee Young’s POV

When you’re sitting at a café, and some stranger looks at you like your something interesting, wouldn’t that be weird? Of course it is.

Now imagine THAT STRANGER sitting VERY CLOSE to you inside a van and he’s looking at you like he’s expecting you to do something. Would that be weird? Of course NOT.

It would be SCARY.

How would I know? Let’s just say that after a series of unfortunate events, I wind up being with…

“ I know this place where there are a lot of cool clothes…There’s also a store where they only sell red and pink clothing! “

I stared at him. He stopped to laugh at my face and then continued talking about clothes.

I realized that if I were ever to have a best friend, it would be like Key. Jin Ae’s nice and friendly but Key…I can relate to him even though we’re totally two different people.

After a few moments, I raised my hand to my forehead and groaned.

Key looked at me.” Are you okay? “

I wanted to say no, but what came out was, “ My-head-freakin’-hurts-and-I-don’t-even-know-if-it’s because-of-me-or-because-of-Hyunseung-but-either-way-I-feel-like-I’m-about-to-kill-someone. “

Now I have an idol staring at me like I’M the idiot.

I sighed. “ I’m sorry…I’m just tired. “

Key smiled apologetically. “ I guess I shouldn’t have forced you to go… “ He turned to the driver. “ Can we go back to the hotel for a moment? “

I smiled at him. “ Thanks, Key. “ And after a few seconds, I poked his shoulder. “ You know what? I feel like you’re a very close friend of mine already. “

“ I guess it’s because you remind me of someone. “ he replied.

“ Huh? Who? “

He gave me a sad smile but said nothing else on the way back to the hotel.

As I was waiting for the elevator, I received a text from an unknown number.

Meet me at the rooftop. I need to talk to you.

I thought about it for a moment. If this was someone who wanted to kill me, I couldn’t just go unarmed, right?

A janitor with a cart of cleaning materials was about to pass by. I suddenly had an idea and gestured for him to stop.

Wish me luck as I try to communicate with a Japanese-speaking person.

I bowed to him. He bowed back. I pointed to a broom and folded my hands together as if I were about to pray. He frowned and tilted his head. I sighed.

Such failure.

“ You want to borrow the broom? “ he asked.

My eyes widened. “ You can speak Korean? “

He chuckled. “ Yes, of course. I’m half-Korean! “

I slapped my forehead. Nice try, Hee Young. You just made yourself look silly in front of another person. Why am I acting so stupid today?

He handed me the broom and I thanked him just in time for the elevator to open.

Now let’s go find out who sent me that text message.

Hyunseung’s POV

She’s here.

Hee Young’s here.

I should be happy that she’s back but, why do I feel like something’s wrong?

Seconds later, my heart was beginning to panic. Why is she suddenly panicking?!

I need to find her.

God, I need to find her. Now.

Hee Young’s POV

He let go of me as soon as I stopped shouting and squirming. I turned around and was shocked to see that one person I never could’ve expected to see.

“Junhyung?”

“Hi Hee Young. “ he replied.

“ What are you doing here? “

“ I told you that we need to talk, didn’t I? “

“ I have to go. “ I turned around but he grabbed my arm.

“ Hee Young, I still love you. “ He looked straight at me and was gripping my hand too hard.

I could feel my eyes getting wet. “ Don’t you think it’s too late for this? “

“ Hee Young… “ he pleaded.

I shook my head. “ Tell me why I should still feel the same. Tell me why I should say ‘I love you’ to someone who doesn’t even take love seriously. “

“ Hee Young… “

I took my arm away from him. “ Were all those months just a game to you? Was playing with my feelings really worth it? “

“ I didn’t play with you…I really loved you, Hee Young…until now. “

“ Stop lying to me! If you do love me, if you didn’t really play with my feelings, you would’ve at least told me why we broke up! Can you even tell me the reason right now? “

He looked at me desperately.

I glared at him before turning around. And again, he grabbed my arm but this time he pulled nearer towards him so our lips could meet.

I wanted to let go, but I can’t. It was just like that night, when I kissed Hyunseung after mistaking him for being Junhyung. But now, why do I feel like I’m kissing the wrong person?

That’s when I realized that Hyunseung was here. And when I opened my eyes, he was looking at me.

He had more tears running down his face than I have.

Hyunseung’s POV

I looked at Hee Young one more time and ran away. Why am I even affected?

This is why Junhyung was always so protective of her. And Junhyung trusts me. I can’t fall for Hee Young.

I can’t.

But why does it hurt so much to see him kissing her? I felt like I was being ripped apart.

I can’t love her. I can’t.

But I have. Now what should I do?

Why do I have a lot of questions anyway? It doesn’t seem like anyone would be able to answer them…

“ Hyunseung? “

I turned around and groaned.

I definitely cannot face Hee Young right now.

I can’t believe that I’m about to cry right now…

I don’t like this chapter. Seriously. I. DON’T. LIKE. IT.

I feel so sad for Hyunseung…

But then I’m going to feel sad for Hee Young at the next chapter, too…

And probably also for Key…

But why be sad for Key? I dunno…I haven’t even written the next chapter yet. :P
