Former Kara member Nicole underwent on a 13-Day Danish Diet not too long ago. The Danish Diet is where you consume 600 cal a day by eating only lean beef, coffee, and lettuce for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Unfortunately, snacks, fruits, and grains aren't allowed. This diet has high protein and low cal meaning if you continue on dieting instead of just 2-3 weeks, there is a tendecy of weakened bones because beef and coffee are high in protein. But proteins are good for muscle growth and strength.
