What Not to Eat (this one's probably gonna shock the hell outta ya xD)
Guide to Kpop Diet (this is what idols do)Author's Note: Sorry guys TT TT. I've been busy with school lately. But during my hiatus, I gathered informations from my friends and other Kpop fans from fan sign events that I've been through and listed everything just for you guys.
What to eat: Just eat steamed veggies and fruits. You can eat what you want (like pizza, burger, cake, etc.) but only once a week but you can only have one bite xD.
Tip: You can lose more than 5 pounds in two weeks by following this guide. My teacher told me that people normally lose one pound everyweek but they gain some back by eating. One more thing, wait for five (5) hours after eating to eat again. It helps your body fully digest the food that you ate.
Warning: If you have health problems, please consult a doctor before attempting this diet or any kind of diet. PLEASE.

Now, without further ado, here's the list.
What not to eat
1. No white rice.
I know that you need to eat rice everyday in able to be healthy. But rice has 23 grams of carbohydrate. And carbs turns into fat. You don't want 23 grams (or more) of fat in your body don't ya? But if you really need to eat rice, then black rice or brown rice would do.
2. No pasta.
When I say pasta; I mean spaghetti, lasagna, etc. Please avoid it as much as possible. Pastas have 31 grams of carbohydrates. It means you can get more fatter with eating pasta than rice. So please avoid it as much as possible.
3. No bread or biscuit.
Bread has 56 grams of carbohydrates. So avoid this one too.
4. No sweets.
Never eat sweets. It has high sugar content in it and sugar also turns into fat just like carbohydrates. But much more worse.
5. No junk food.
Junk food is clearly unhealthy. Plus, it gives us not only a flabby body but also an unhealthy body.
6. No fried food.
Fried foods are diet's enemy. I don't wanna explain this one 'cuz it's long (and I forgot some of what my teacher told me about it xD).
7. No soft drinks or other drinks other than water.
As much as possible, drink 6-7 bottled water everyday. Water gets rid of toxins in our body and it makes you stay full.
