Ohh, two updates in two days! (^-^) (Or is it three, it`s already past midnight here so maybe it only counts as three xD) 
Anyway, I forgot to say in my last chapter that my poster and background were all made by the fantastic 2pmfan and her Hot Wings graphics studio (^-^) So all credit goes to her, there`s a link to her shop in the foreward so do check it out! :D

In order to save time Suho had insisted that you get an early start. Which was the reason for why you, along with everyone else, were now gathered in front of the house while  the first rays of sunlight slowly shone down behind the tree tops. You tried to stifle a yawn as you rubbed some sleep out of your eyes, you had never been much of a morning person and judging from Chanyeols swaying half-asleep state and Baekhyuns constant blinking, you weren`t the only tired one. Only Suho and Kyungsoo seemed to be perfectly fine with the early morning.

“Alright.” Suho said enthusiastically, a sad attempt at trying to lift the packs spirits.” It`ll take us about one days intense sprinting to get to Kris and the others. Chances are we`ll reach their position by nightfall if we keep up a good pace.” You squinted your still tired eyes at Suho and raised your hand high in the air.

“I can`t keep up with werewolf super speed.” You mumbled under your breath and once again struggled to stifle yet another yawn.

“She`s right.” Chanyeol agreed as he struggled not to fall asleep standing, eyes blinking frantically in an attempt to keep them open.  Suho nodded in response before he turned to Kai.

“I know, which is why we`re taking turns carrying her. Kai you`re up first.” He nudged the only wolf who had actually laid down on the ground and was snoring contently. Kai showed no sign of getting up any time soon so Suho kicked him a little harder in the side, which seemed to do the trick because Kai stirred slightly before he slowly sat up, rubbing the excessive sleep from his eyes.

“urgh-ah-uwahh.” Kai grunted and yawned as he looked around himself, clearly disoriented.

“Get up, we`re leaving.” Suho urged the younger as he assisted him in standing up. ”You too Sehun.” He then added as he noticed the youngest wolf was unsteadily swaying back and forth where he stood, most certainly sleeping standing up. Suho, who had started the morning quite enthusiastically, was now beginning to get a little bit frustrated as he continued to try and wake the pack members up, with Kyungsoos help.

About 30 minutes later everyone was more or less awake. Kai had been eager enough to get started when he finally realized he would be carrying you on his back for part of the trip, although he didn`t really fancy the idea of having to hand you over to the others at some point during the day. But with everyone awake and the plan all planned out the seven of you finally headed out on your long journey. In the beginning you had fussed a little bit about having to ride on Kais thinking that you were much too heavy for something like that. But after some convincing from both Kai and the others who all insisted that you were no match for their werewolf strength and the fact that you would slow them down considerably with your , as they put it, mere human speed, you had reluctantly climbed up on Kais wide back. So that`d how you found yourself currently clinging on to his neck for dear life as he and the others sped through the forest at an incredible speed. The mere pressure of the wind against your face was so intense that you couldn’t help but bury your face against Kais back for most part of the journey, a process you repeated when you had to change from riding on Kais back to Chanyeols. While you were resting on Chanyeols back you couldn`t help but feel extremely relaxed and before you knew it your eyes became heavy and you fell into a deep, calm sleep.

When you woke up next time you found yourself clinging to Kyungsoos back instead of Chanyeol. Although Kyungsoos back was significantly smaller than Chanyeols he wasn`t any less comfortable which is probably why you didn`t even notice the exchange that had obviously occurred.

“Did you sleep well?” Kyungsoo asked you with a smile as he glanced over his shoulder and you only nodded in response, slowly rubbing the sleep out of your eyes.

“Good. We`re almost there now so you should probably stay awake from now on.” Kyungsoo nodded his head towards Suho who seemed to have decreased his speed and was currently turning his head back and forth, possibly looking for something.

The pack kept running for a few more minutes before Suho suddenly stopped and raised his hand. Kyungsoo and the others immediately followed suit and stood perfectly still. All six wolves seemed to be on edge and without realizing it you were holding your breath, carefully scanning your surroundings like everyone else.

“It`s here. The rival packs territory.” Suho finally said as he sniffed the air and scrunched his nose. ”Their stench is all over the place.”

“So now what? We just march through it or what? How are we supposed to contact Kris hyung?” Sehun asked while he looked around himself, silently determining the exact point where the rival packs territory began.

“I`m open to suggestions.” Suho sighed with a shrug as he too observed the forest around them trying to come up with a plan on how to proceed. You had climbed down from Kyungsoos back as silently as you could but instead of looking at your surroundings like everyone else you were too preoccupied with observing the six wolves who seemed perfectly fine after running for the whole day, needless to say it fascinated you greatly.

“We came here to help but it turns out we`re pretty useless in the end.” Baekhyun stated with a sigh followed by Kai who added.

“Seems like it, if we can`t contact the others there`s little point in us being here to begin with.”

“Yes, you`re in quite the predicament indeed.” The six wolves and you unanimously nodded your head absentmindedly before you realized that the voice didn`t belong to anyone in your group. You immediately snapped your head in the direction of the somewhat familiar voice on to find Jaejoong propped up on a nearby log, looking widely amused.

“Hello again.” Jaejoong mused with a grin as he met your eyes. You were too stunned to say anything and could only stare at the familiar face in front of you.

“You! Wha-what are you doing here?” Kai growled, immediately growing fiercely hostile and placing himself protectively in front of you, blocking your view of Jaejoong. While Jaejoong chuckled in response Suho nodded towards Baekhyun and Sehun who both circled around to stand behind Jaejoong, effectively surrounding him. Despite the tension that slowly filled the air Jaejoong seemed to be perfectly at ease as he twirled his cane with both his hands.

“I was bored so I thought I`d see what you were all up to.” He stopped twirling his cane and focused his gaze on Kai. ”Seems like you could use some help.”

“Not from you.” Kai snarled as he bared his teeth. ”I don`t trust you in the slightest.”

“Ouch! Don`t say such hurtful things, you`ll hurt my feelings.” Jaejoong placed one hand on his heart, pretending to be hurt by Kais words.

“I don`t care.” Kai was growing tenser by the second and it seemed to rub off on the others because they were all baring their fangs and Jaejoong, their eyes flashing red every few seconds.

“Fact is though, you need my help to contact your other halves.” Jaejoong said as matter of factly as he rose to his feet and walked towards Kai who let out a low growl as a warning. Upon hearing Kai growl you regained enough of your senses to creep out from behind Kais back and stand next to him instead. Kai instantly grabbed your arm, not taking his eyes off of Jaejoong, and stopped you from walking further away from him. You didn`t mind Kais arm as you looked at Jaejoong with curiosity.

“How do you plan on helping us? and why would you do that?” You asked, carefully observing Jaejoong as he grinned at you and leaned forward, resting his whole upper body weight on his cane.

“Teleportation love.” He mused.”-and I`ll  help you because it seems interesting.” His answer seemed reasonable enough to you, or at least as reasonable enough coming from Jaejoong, so you nodded while placing one hand on Kais hand that was still tightly wrapped around your arm.

“Let`s accept his help?” You suggested with a soft smile.  Your smile caught Kai off guard as he turned eyes to fully look at you.

“You can`t trust him.” He argued as he looked into your eyes, trying to figure out why in the world you would trust someone as unpredictable as Jaejoong.

“I know.” You said and Jaejoong grin immediately disappeared from his otherwise smug looking face. ”But we don`t really have a better plan now do we.” A low huff escaped Jaejoongs mouth as he muttered something inaudible under his breath and looked away from you, looking surprisingly hurt. Kai was conflicted as he thought about what you said, on one hand he didn`t trust Jaejoong in the least, but on the other he trusted you and your judgment completely. In the end it was Suho who spoke first, breaking the tense silence.

“Fine, we`ll accept your help. But that`s all, we don`t trust you and quite frankly, I`m pretty much expecting you to create more trouble than what we`re already in.” Jaejoongs grin immediately returned to his face and he gave an over dramatic bow in Suhos direction.

“I expect no less. I shall be off then.” Suho had no time to stop him before Jaejoong had snapped his fingers and disappeared from his place in the middle of the circle they`d formed around him.

“There`s not really much point in surrounding a person who can just disappear with the snap of his fingers.” Sehun muttered in annoyance as he moved towards Suho.

“ It`s the thought that counts.” Chanyeol offered while patting the youngers back as all seven of you gathered together.

“ My guess is that he went to Kris and the others so we`ll wait here for him to return, he`ll get an hour. If he`s not back by then we move on our own.” Suho said with determination as he looked around at everyone to make sure they all understood what he meant.  You, along with each of the wolves nodded you heads.

“Good.” When Suho was done talking you looked up towards the sky, the sun had almost set and it would no doubt be dark in an hour which meant that you would have to move through the territory in almost pitch black darkness.

Kris had long since returned to the clearing and was talking to Luhan and Tao when suddenly a strange man materialized from thin air right in front of him.

“Oh, hello there.” The man greeted. ”I`m Jaejoong and I was sent by Suho to help you, it`s a pleasure to meet you.” Jaejoong bowed deeply towards Kris who raised his eye brows in confusion.

“What?”
