August 19, 2013, SM Entertainment has revelead Luna's first ever Japanese single two weeks after the release of the group's first full length album "Bad Girl". It's still a mystery of why SM has decided to cut the promotion of "Is It Poppin?" since there was no controversy related to the said mini album. 'Animal' along with 'Bad Girl' is written and produced by the five charming members of Luna.

IS IT POPPIN? WAS RELEASED AFTER A WEEK  BUT SM CUT THE PROMOTION AGAIN

THEN THEIR FIRST ALBUM WAS RELEASED ON AUGUST 1 AND THEY STARTED PROMOTIONS AUGUST 2
