I look up and I gaze into these lovely dark brown eyes that sparkled. I immediately get up from his arms and I realize that my hero is the boy that I caught staring at me earlier.

"Thank you," I shyly thank him.

Then he flashes this smile that I think could have made me faint. My knees became jelly and I had to control myself from falling down.

"No problem," the guy says, in the huskiest, smoothest voice I ever heard from a guy.

Oh lord, Yeeun. Only first day of Grade 9 and you're falling in love? Watch yourself and don't fall heads over heels for this stranger/hot hunk!

"My name is Kang Daesung. What's yours?" the guy asks. Daesung, eh? I like that name, Daesung. My name is Park Yeeun. Do you believe in love at first sight? Because I do!

It would be nice if I actually have the courage to say that. But I'm not brave enough. What's wrong with you Yeeun? Don't let a guy like that take over your mind!

"H-hi, Daesung!" I bow. "My name is Park Yeeun."

"Nice to meet you Yeeun." Daesung flashes that smile again. Oh gosh, what have I done to deserve this? Whatever it is, I hope I keep doing it!

"Oh oops." Daesung interrupts my train of thoughts. "I have to go, my friends are calling me." Then he flashes the same smile for the third time. I'm so happy because I've seen that smile three times in less than five minutes!

"Someone's in love," Sunye whispers into my ear. I blush furiously. I totally forgot that my best friend is still here.

"Oh, no I'm not!" I exclaim, trying to not make it sound like a lie. 

Sunye giggles and drags me into the market square. "Come on Eun, we better get going. Don't want to be late for our activities on the first day!"

"Yeah.. don't want to be late..." I blankly say as I daydream about what it would be like, being Daesung's girlfriend and wife.

Gosh Yeeun. What has become of you? You were never like this before! Falling heads over heels for a guy already on the first day of Grade 9? You're even dreaming about becoming that hunk's wife? What if he doesn't return your feelings?

Oh Kang Daesung. I hope you will return my feelings.
