A Sonnet
Love. Love. Love.
A Sonnet
I woke up to a lovely winter’s day,
Thou Holiest One havegranted my wish;
Was to see another bird swish,
And– be able to adore my love again,in day.
Before, in one of the days of May,
I remember that I went out to fish,
But, to my disappointment; it was bluish,
Therefore did not catch anything but dismay.
I decided not to give up just yet,
I called up to the Heavens to ask for aid;
That’s when you came down to me,
An angel had fallen; we have met.
In that instant had vowed that love never to fade,
And what has been prevalenthas set me free.
