Junhyung was mad furious.

" First you insult my dongsaeng, then you slap him, and punch him. And now you break his arm. " Junhyung said as he stared at Dongwoon who was in unbearable pain.

Finally the ambulance came. It felt like forever. Anyway, they took Dongwoon to the hospital and we had to stay behind.

" Be careful, he has ALS and is paralyzed waist down. " I said as the paramedics carried him off his wheelchair and onto the stretcher. I packed the food that Junhyung bought and brought it back to class. I was worried about Dongwoon. After school, Junhyung, Hyunseung, Yoseob, Kikwang and I took a taxi to the hospital.

Just then, I got a text from Dongwoon, " 형 아, 211. " which translated into, " Hyung ah, 211. "

We went up to Room 211 and saw Dongwoon.

" Woon ah. Have they not taken a look at your arm yet? " I asked.

" No. They've been attending to a major surgery since I got here. " Dongwoon explained. Soon a doctor came in and took Dongwoon to the x-ray room.

The results came back.

" Dongwoon's arm is not broken, but it is twisted. Its actually in between a sprain and a break. " explained the Doctor.

He got out a few rolls of bandages and carefully, he straightened out Dongwoon's arm. Dongwoon yelped in pain as he bit down on his lip trying to hold the pain. The doctor started to wrap Dongwoon's arm up. It started from the midsection of his fingers to the midsection of his elbow and his shoulder.

He twisted his right hand so he couldn't write.

" Dongwoon will recover quickly. Most probably in about 2-3 weeks, he'll be okay. " said the doctor as he put Dongwoon's arm in a sling.

As soon as the doctor left the room, " Ah! Hyung ah! Look at me! I'm so ed up! " Dongwoon shouted.

" Aigo, you're not. You'll be better in 2 weeks. " Kikwang said. This was the first time Kikwang hadn't cried over Dongwoon. Dongwoon felt useless. With a twisted arm, and being paralyzed waist down. It isn't a great feeling. When you can move only one limb, that .

" Dongwoon-ah, brunch. " I said as I opened the box of food and fed him. 

" Ha. Now do you appreciate hyung when he feeds you although you can? " Junhyung joked.

" Ah ne. Kamsa hyung. " Dongwoon said. 

Dongwoon wasn't warded thankfully and luckily we just got our salary from work so we could pay off Dongwoon's medical bill. Today was Wednesday, Hyunseungs duty. But since he took over mine yesterday, I took over his duty today. I took Dongwoon back home and carrying him was now 1000% harder.

I managed anyway. " Dongwoon ah. Lets go shower now, alright? " I told him as I carried him to the bathroom and sat him down in the bathtub. I took off all his clothes and bathed him.

" who's on duty tomorrow? " i asked. 

" Kikwang-hyung. " Dongwoon replied. I sighed. How was poor Kikwang going to manage? He lived with Yoseob anyway, so maybe he helped Kikwang. The next day in school, Minho was called up to the principal's office and was taken out of school together with his gang.

I was happy. I didn't have to worry about Dongwoon getting bullied and getting injured. Junhyung? He just got more and more detention. He did like detention because he could unwind, sleep, write songs, think of what to do when he gets home. ' Therapeutic ' he says. He was a weirdo. Who likes detention? No one except Junhyung. 

Anyway, Minho had another 3 days to go before he actually had the transfer to another school. It was recess..

" Same thing. Doojoon you stay here with Dongwoon. " ordered Junhyung, again. 

" Ne, I'll protect you, I promise. " I told Dongwoon. He nodded. Obviously Minho and his crew came again. 

" Oh. Look. The sickly boy is injured. Hmm, I wonder who did that. " said Minho sarcastically.

" Go. Away. " I told him. 

" Yoon..Doojoon. " he said as he read my nametag. 

" Stop getting in between things! You busybody! Go! Scram! " Minho continued. 

" No. " I responded sternly. 

" To be honest, I don't give two s whether you're gonna humiliate me or not or if you wanna beat me up. I'd rather you to do it to a perfectly able person rather than a paralyzed ' defenseless bastard ' as you would catagorize. " I said as I stood up and pushed Dongwoon's wheelchair aside. "

AISH! THIS BOY! " Kyuhyun said as he threw a punch at me. I blocked. He missed, every single punch. They gave up and went away. 

" Yah Doojoon-hyung! What did they want? " Junhyung asked as he set the food on the table. " Picking on maknae again. " I said as I sat down to feed Dongwoon, Since I wasn't eating.

" Not eating, hyung? Oh and kamsa for just now. " Dongwoon asked.

" Oh nah, you're welcome. " I said as I put the remaining rice on the spoon and shoved it in my mouth to satisfy him.

" Ah hyung ah! I wanted that. " Dongwoon complained. " Well what do you want me to do? Puke it out? " I said. Dongwoon laughed. That boy was annoying but cute. I loved Dongwoon as a friend, as a dongsaeng, a best friend, a brother and as my family. Many people people say I resemble Dongwoon and Kikwang. Anyway, Kikwang brought Dongwoon up to class and stayed with him. I felt like it was annoying how Dongwoon and I were in 1A1 while the others were in 1A2 and walking back and forth was pretty annoying. After school Kikwang took Dongwoon home in a taxi.

" Aigooo I think I'm going to break my back if I carry you again ah Dongwoon. " Kikwang said as he struggled to carry Dongwoon into his wheelchair from the taxi. Dongwoon was about 47kg, which was really light for a university student. Kikwang was 45kg.

" Yoseob-hyung!! I think I'll need your help bathing Dongwoon-sshi. " Kikwang told Yoseob as he ran upstairs and lay on the couch leaving Dongwoon downstairs.

" Hyung ah! " Dongwoon shouted.

" Mwoya? " Yoseob replied.

" I can't move upstairs on my own you know. I'm paralyzed, remember? " Dongwoon said.

" OH DONGWOON MIANHE MIANHE I FORGOT ABOUT YOU. " said Kikwang as he ran down the stairs. Dongwoon sighed, " I wish I could walk again. "

" Aish Dongwoonie. " At least you got to walk for your first 19 years. " Kikwang said.

" Yeah, but, look, I can't even get out of a taxi myself. I'm a trouble. " Dongwoonie said.

" Yah, do you want me to tell Junhyung-hyung you said that? " Kikwang said as he stared at Dongwoon.

" oh no,no, I have enough bruises. " Mianhe hyung. " Dongwoon said.

" Yah! Yang Yoseob! Help me! " Kikwang shouted.

Yoseob came down the stairs.

" You take his legs, I take his back. " Yoseob said.

So, we took Dongwoon up slowly, step by step.

" Yoseobbie's room, My room or your room? " I asked Dongwoonie.

" Yoseobbie-hyung's room. " he replied. We carried him to Yoseob's room but we bathed him first. After his shower, it was already 3p.m. I had a shower then I took a nap because I was exhausted, but I did my homework first. Dongwoon taught me Math when I was 17. And that was how I got from a C Maths to an A Maths. Dongwoon was an excellent Math genius. Dongwoon helped me through all the hardships in my life. He almost had the same life experience as me because we both had no parents. My parents were still alive together with my younger brother, Lee Kiseung.

I didn't even understand why they abandoned me on the streets. Thats until I met Yoseob. Yoseob and I met in school. We grew closer and Yoseob-hyung found out that I was homeless. We brought me home and his parents were kind enough to let me stay with them. Soon I was part of Yoseobbie's family. Thats when I met Dongwoon. My first impression was that He was really mature and that he would be my hyung, but it turns out he was my dongsaeng. We all went to the same school. Anyway, Dongwoon taught me how to do my homework.

" Kamsa-ah Dongwoon-sshi. I know it's difficult, being paralyzed, getting bullied, insulted and injured. But its okay, stay strong, we'll be behind you. " I said as I patted his back. Dongwoon nodded.

Soon it was already November and it was reaching the holidays.

" Let's have a sleepover at Junhyung's house. " Yoseob suggested.

" ah ne! " Hyunseung said.

Dongwoon's arm had already healed. We had a sleepover but something went terribly, horribly wrong from this point of time.

" Dongwoon ah, whose room do you wanna sleep in tonight? " Doojoon asked Dongwoon. Dongwoon was on the couch, surrounded by the 5 of us.

" Junhyung-hyung. " he said as he smiled.

We were all happily watching a Korean movie when Dongwoon said, " Yah... Hyu..hyu..hyung..ah.. I..i... Can..cant.. B..bre..breath..breathe.. " he said as he gasped for another breath. I'll let Hyunseung take over now. Doojoon grabbed his phone and dialled for the ambulance.

" Yah, Dongwoon-ah.. Breathe.. " Kikwang said as he held Dongwoons hand. The ambulance arrived quickly and took Dongwoon in.

" Two of you come in please. " said the paramedic. Junhyung and Yoseob went in while the rest of us took a taxi to Incheon General Hospital.

" He has ALS. " Yoseob said. The paramedic quickly took an oxygen mask and tied the strings around Dongwoon's head.
