Kris' POV

I ran around in our bedroom, rushing to get dressed so we could go to our 2nd ultrasound appointment. Today we would be finding out the genders of our twins. ~~~ was laying down on the bed, patiently waiting for me to finish getting ready. “You're excited aren't you?” She called out from her position.

I popped my head out of the closet and sent a wide smile her way, “Of course I am! We get to find out the genders of our babies today.” I quickly slipped on a shirt and walked out of the closet. “I really hope they'll be a boy and a girl. That way our little girl will have someone to protect her just like you did with Changmin hyung. But if they're both boys or both girls I'll love them all the same.” I sat down beside her and smoothed my jeans down. “Alright, I'm ready to go.”

~~~ looked up at me, her eyes filled with amusement, “Kris, we have an hour until the appointment.”

I furrowed my eyebrows and glanced at the clock to see what she was talking about. Indeed she was correct, it was 2 o'clock and the appointment wasn't until 3:15. It took us around 15 minutes to get to the clinic so we had a whole hour until we needed to get going. “Why didn't you tell me?” I questioned her with a frown.

She giggled and reached up to squeezed my cheeks together, “You were too cute that I didn't want to say anything.” I pulled her hands off my face and flopped down onto the bed next to her. “What are we going to do for another hour?” I impatiently asked. I was in such a hurry to get ready for the appointment that I didn't even notice the time. Now I had a whole freaking hour to wait until I would be able to find out the genders of my children. If only I could control time.

After waiting for so long and barely even containing myself, it was finally time for our appointment. We arrived at the clinic and checked in with the attendant at the front desk before going to sit down at the lobby where there were already a few other people waiting. Right as we sat down ~~~ wrapped her arms around my torso and looked up at me, her cheeks slightly puffed out. I found myself unable to tear my gaze away from her sweet face as I returned the embrace. Is it just me or has ~~~ become much cuter since she became pregnant? Just look at her cheeks.

“Why are you staring at me like that?” She questioned, her eyes rounding in concern. I clenched my jaw and tried to contain myself from kissing her like crazy, I know ~~~ isn't a fan of pda. “Oppa.” She softly called when I didn't answer her. I stared into her large, round eyes and weakened. Forget about being in public, its her fault for being so freaking adorable.

“You are so unbelievably cute, do you know that?” I quietly declared before crashing my lips onto hers for a passionate yet tender kiss. I moved one of my hands that was on her waist to grasp her chin so she couldn’t pull away until I wanted her to. Seeing that she wasn't putting up a struggled, I tugged her body closer to mine and turned my head to the side to deepen the kiss. I drew her bottom lip in between mine and gave it a gentle tug before withdrawing away from her. When I pulled away, ~~~ quickly hid her face into my jacket to hide the evident blush that had blossomed on her face. I chuckled and lovingly ran a hand up and down her side. “Are you embarrassed?” I couldn't help but tease, knowing fully well what her feelings at the moment were.

“Yes.” Her voice came out muffled against my chest and I found the action too precious.

“You are so adorable that its driving me crazy.” I squeezed her tightly and rocked her side to side. “If there's a way I could slip you into my pocket and take you everywhere with me I would.”
