Kyuhyun pulled up and parked his car by the red carpet. Fans and photographers lined the carpet, being held back by

barricades. Kyuhyun shut off the car and took the keys from the ignition. He then turned to Seohyun, with a bright smile on his

face. "Ready, my love?" He asked sweetly. "Um..Sure, Oppa." Seohyun simply replied. Kyuhyun got out of the car and walked

over to Seohyun's side. He opened up her door. Flashes of white blinded her eyes. Kyuhyun offered his hand and Seohyun

took. As Seohyun got out, the flashes of the cameras were extremely overwhelming to her delicate eyes. Kyuhyun shut the car

door and locked it. He held out his arm and Seohyun took it. As they made their way down the carpet, many people shouted

out their names to get their attention for an interview. When they were half way down the carpet, someone tapped Seohyun's

shoulder. She stopped and glanced up to see a reporter. "Can I interview you, Miss Seo?" asked the reporter. Seohyun

looked up at Kyuhyun. "Is it alright with you?" Seohyun asked. He responded with a smile. The camera man then his

camera and the interview started. "Why hello, Mr. Cho and Miss Seo!" The reporter greeted them energetically. "Hello!"

Seohyun and Kyuhyun said in unison. "Why are the two of you here together?" Seohyun and Kyuhyun looked at each other.

When Kyuhyun opened his mouth to speak, Seohyun beat him to the question. "I wanted to be here to support, Kyuhyun 

Oppa." Answered Seohyun with a dazzling smile. Both Kyuhyun and the reporter laughed. "Why are you here, Kyuhyun-ssi?"

"Well, I'm being awarded obviously." Kyuhyun joked. They all laughed again. "What are you being awarded for?" "My new

drama. For best kiss, best couple award, and best drama of year." Kyuhyun winked. "Woah! You must be extremely

satisfied!" The reporter responded. Kyuhyun nodded. "So I heard you two are a couple." The statement caught Seohyun by

surprise. "Yes, yes we are. Engaged to be married as well." Kyuhyun said with confidence as he pulled Seohyun by her

waist to be closer by his side. "Why aren't you daring, Kyuhyun-ssi?" The reporter teased. "Yes, I am." Kyuhyun chuckled

and lightly kissed Seohyun on the forehead. "Ah! How I wish to be young again!" The female reported complained. "Well,

I'm sorry to cut this short, but my fiancé and I must take our seats before the show starts." Kyuhyun said. "No problem and

congratulations again!" The reporter replied excitedly. Both Seohyun and Kyuhyun bowed at the reporter and began to

make their way into the building. The show had already begun by they took their seats. During the ceremony, Seohyun

clapped when she needed to clap and responded to Kyuhyun whenever he spoke to her. When Kyuhyun's name was

announced, Seohyun jumped up and clapped for her best friend. Kyuhyun rushed up onto stage, crying with joy. When he

made his victory speech, he said "I'm very grateful for my wonderful parents that brought me into this amazing world. I'm

thankful for my friends and family for being there for me in the hard times that I've had to face. I know that I will never be alone

because I have my beautiful fiancé. Thank you, Seo Joohyun for being my best friend for all of these years. I look forward to

living the rest of my life with you. I love you, Joohyun-ah." Then the camera zoomed up on Seohyun's face. Her eyes began

to tear, thinking of all the great memories she's shared with her best friend. The audience clapped and cheered at

Kyuhyun's touching speech. When Kyuhyun came off stage with his awards in hands, Seohyun went to hug. "Congrats,

Oppa!" Kyuhyun hugged her back. "Thank you, Joohyun-ah." Kyuhyun whispered in her ear. They went back to their seats.

As the show continued on, Seohyun began to think over her relationship with Kyuhyun. Did she really think of him as just

a friend now? She couldn't. She loved her best friend and that love had begun to blossom into a new type of love she was

unfamiliar with. She was beginning to think of Kyuhyun as a man. Seohyun suddenly felt someone tap her. She glanced up.

Kyuhyun smiled at her. "It's time to leave. Ready to go get some dinner?" Her stomach growled loudly. Seohyun grew red

from embarrassment. Kyuhyun chuckled. "I'll take that as yes. Let's go." They made their way outside to the car. They slid

and drove off to the restuarant. They arrived at the hotel. They went inside and were immediately seated. "What would you

like to order?" Asked the waitress. Seohyun glanced over the menu. "I'll take this." Seohyun answered.

"I'll take the same thing as she does. Also, could you please bring some rolls and biscuits. Thank you very much." Kyuhyun

told the waitress. The waitress took the menus. Kyuhyun and Seohyun began to chatter about old memories. The biscuits

and rolls were brought out quickly. The food soon followed. They chatted the entire time about good times they both shared

when they were younger. The check came. Kyuhyun payed for the bill and they left. They both slid into Kyuhyn's car and

drove to Seohyun's house. Kyuhyun pulled up to the front and parked the car.

(THE SEO MANSION)

He walked over to her side and helped herout. He was gentleman enough to walk her to the front door. "Thanks for taking

me out, Oppa. I really enjoyed myself."

Seohyun smiled at Kyuhyun. "Really? I'm glad you did." Kyuhyun laughed . "Well, good night, Oppa. See you tomorrow."

Seohyun turned and began to walk up the front steps. Kyuhyun grabbed Seohyun's hand. "Seohyun-ah, wait. I need to tell

you something." Seohyun turned around to face Kyuhyun. "Seohyun-ah, remember what I said back at the ceremony?"

Seohyun nodded. "About what your thankful for." "Well.." Kyuhyun looked away. "Oppa, what is it?" Seohyun asked.

"What I said back there about you..I really mean it." "Huh?" Seohyun was confused. "I meant that I really do love you..more

than a friend." Kyuhyun replied nervously. "O-Oppa.." Seohyun felt touched. Kyuhyun then returned his gaze back to

Seohyun. "Seohyun-ah, do you mind if I-I.." Kyuhyun trailed off. "If you could what?" Seohyun asked. "I-If I could k-kiss you."

Kyuhyun stammered with nervousness. "Oppa, I-" Seohyun was cut off by a pair of lips on hers. Kyuhyun began to kiss her

passionately. Seohyun's hands were on Kyuhyun's chest. She could feel the pace of his quickened heartbeat. Her stomach

filled  with butterflies. She closed her eyes and responded back, kissing Kyuhyun back. Kyuhyun's hands crept slowly down

Seohyun's back to her waist. Seohyun's hands encircled Kyuhyun's neck. They both savored the kiss. After sometime, they

both pulled away for air. Once they caught their breath, Seohyun looked up at Kyuhyun. His big brown eyes bore into her

soul. "Joohyun-ah, I really do love you." Kyuhyun said with such honesty it filled Seohyun up with sweetness. "I love you too,

Oppa." Seohyun said sincerely. "Well, my love, you should probably get inside. It's most likely past 11. I enjoyed spending

time with you and see you tomorrow. Goodbye, my sweet angel." Kyuhyun gently placed a kiss on Seohyun's forehead

before turning around and heading for his car. "Oppa!" Seohyun called out to him. He turned around swiftly. She pecked him

sweetly on the lips. "Goodnight to you too." Seohyun whispered. Then she hurried inside her house, shutting the door behind

her. Tiffany saw her walk in. "How was your little date with Kyuhyun?" She asked. "Better than I could ever imagine."

Seohyun said with a huge smile on your face. "And Fany-ah, I think I really do love Kyuhyun-oppa but I hadn't come to terms

for realising my feelings for him." Tiffany rushed over to her little sister, pulling her into an embrace. "My little dongsaeng is

all grown up!" Seohyun laughed. "Well, it's late so I'm going to bed. Night, Unnie! And I will talk to Taeyeon-ah for you. I really

need to hook you two up." They both laughed and Seohyun made her way upstairs to her room. She slipped out of her

dress into comfortable sweats and huge T-shirt. She removed her makeup, washed her face, and brushed her teeth. She

leaped into her giant bed. With heavy eyelids, she went off to dream land. Kyuhyun on the other hand, was happy as

could be. He leaped for joy that girl of his dreams loved him the way he loved her. Neither of the them knew someone who

was lurking the shadness had witnessed the whole joyous scene that had occurred. This certain someone burned with

jealousy and was going to intervene in Seohyun's and Kyuhyun's relationship because he too began to have feelings for

this beautiful "human" girl.
