Seohyun stared at the empty space before her. "Those men..were not human at all..What are they?" she said out loud. "RING

RING RING!" The sound of her phone snapped her out of her trance. She reached for it quickly and picked up it. "Seohyun-ah!

Where are you at? Mom and Dad are still at work and Chubbi isn't here. Is she with you?" Her sister asked on the other line.

"Y-yeah..I was just taking her on a walk. We're at the park." Seohyun answered her sister. "When are you coming home?" her

sister questioned. "We're on way our way back..See you in a little bit, Unnie." The call ended and Seohyun got to her feet, still

holding Chubbi tightly. She ran out of the park as fast as her feet would go. She didn't want to be there when they returned.

On a different side of town, two people in the dark out their hideout argued. "YAH! Hyung! We've been discovered by a stupid

human! You broke the rules of attacking during the day! I'm going to have to tell Father!" Changmin yelled at his brother.

"It's not my fault she looked delicious..And plus, my thirst suddenly struck me out of nowhere. I wasn't going to do anything to

her..I wanted to mess around with her." Yunho defended himself. "What do you mean you wanted to mess with her? Did she

say anything?" Changmin asked. "Depends on what you mean. And how did she know YOUR name!?" Changmin looked

away remembering what happened in the elevator. His skin responded to the memory by sending goosebumps all over

his body. He recalled the feeling she gave him when she grabbed his hand. "Changmin-ah..How does she know your 

name?" "F-From work..She's President Seo's daughter. She was kind enough to hold the elevator for me." Yunho

laughed at his younger brother. "She held the elevator for you and now you're smitten with her." "She always said she 

recognized me from her dream." "Same here." Yunho said. "We must kill the human before she lets world out."

Changmin declared. "No. Let's wait and see how things progress. I don't believe this girl is human. I'm going to return

home for a couple of days to find out what's going on. You stay here and watch over her. She musn't be killed. Not yet. If she

attempts to tell anyone..You know what to do. Got it?" "Yes, brother. I shall do what I must in order to see our secret does

not spread any farther." Changmin agreed. "Good. Now be good while I'm away. See you in three days." Yunho said as

he opened the portal to the underworld. When Yunho left, Changmin thought of when he stopped his brother from feasting

on Seohyun. He remember her milky brown eyes stared him in fear. "When the time comes, I'll have to do what I must to

protect my secret." He thought.

"Seohyun-ah! Welcome back home!" Tiffany greeted her sister at the front door. "Hey Fany." Seohyun smiled and greeted

back. They both walked into the mansion, shutting the door behind them. "Did you have a good walk, Chubbi?" Tiffany said

to the small dog. The dog wagged her tail and barked. Then she took off into the kitchen to drink her water. Seohyun and

Tiffany sat down in their living room.
 

Tiffany grabbed the remote and flipped on the TV. "So, how was school today?" Seohyun asked Tiffany. "Amazing! In class,

we got to act out one of my favorite dramas!" She responded excitedly. "Which drama would that be?" "Secret Garden.

We were assigned to do the sit-up scene. And guess what!" "That drama is so old. And what?" "My partner was Taeyeon!"

Tiffany squealed. Seohyun laughed at her sister's fan-girling. Taeyeon was good friend of Seohyun's. Seohyun knew that

Taeyeon liked Tiffany and Tiffany liked Taeyeon. "I should set you two up. You'd be a great couple." Tiffany's face began

to redden with embarrassment. Seohyun chuckled at her sister's response. They both turned their attention to the TV.

"Hyunnie..I'm hungry..Cook me something." Tiffany whined to her little sister. "Unnie..You can cook yourself." "Yah!

Joohyun-ah! Don't speak to yourself sister like that!" Tiffany lightly hit Seohyun's shoulder. Seohyun, in return, stuck her

tongue out at Tiffany. "Ya! Don't merong me!" Tiffany yelled at Seohyun playfully. Seohyun giggled. "But, seriously Seohyun.

Can you cook me something? I'm really hungry.." Tiffany looked at Seohyun with pleading eyes. Seohyun sighed and got up.

"Thanks, dongsaeng! Saranghae!" Tiffany hugged Seohyun's waist. "Love you too, Fany-ah." Seohyun patted Tiffany's head

and made her way to the kitchen. "Unnie..What are you hungry for?" Seohyun called from the kitchen. Tiffany contemplated

for a couple of seconds. "Bibimbap and rice balls!

"Okay! It'll be done in an hour or so!" Seohyun yelled back out. After cooking for an hour or so, Seohyun finished cooking the

dishes. She placed the food on table in the living room. "Wow! Thanks Seohyun!" "No problem, Fany. Since I cooked,

you're doing dishes." "Aish..Fine!" "RING RING RING!" Seohyun's phone began to go off. "Hello?" She answered. Tiffany

stared at Seohyun as she spoke. "Joohyun-ah, change of plans. Can you be my date to an award show tonight? I'm being

awarded for the new drama I finished last month. There's going to be paparazzi and a red carpet. We can go and eat at the

new restuarant afterwards. Is that alright with you?" Kyuhyun asked.

 "Sure Oppa. See you at 7 then." Seohyun replied staring back at Tiffany. "Goodbye my princess." The call ended

then Tiffany spoke. "Was that Kyuhyun Oppa?" Seohyun nodded. "What did he say?" Tiffany asked. "We're going to an

award show at 7." "How cute!" Tiffany squealed with excitement.  "YES!" Seohyun beamed.

"Seohyun-ah." "Yeah?" "You should probably go get ready if you're going to be ready in time." Seohyun glanced at the

time. "AH! IT'S 5:59!" She screamed. Tiffany giggled. "Go get a move on or else you won't be ready in time!" Seohyun leaped up to her feet and jogged to her

room. "Should I take a shower?" She thought to herself. She lifted up her arm and sniffed. "EW! I smell icky! Shower it is!"

She yelled out to herself. She quickly undressed and hopped into the shower. After she finished her shower, she pulled the

towel around her and entered her bedroom. "Hm..What should I wear? Since it's an award show, I have to dress up I

suppose." She thought out loud. She picked a long flowy dress. She went back into the bathroom, blow dried her hair, and

quickly curled the ends of it. She applied her makeup and went back into her bedroom to dress. She slipped into it and

added a pair of heels to match it. She stared at herself in the mirror. "DING DONG!" The door bell rang. "Seohyun-ah!

Kyuhyun is here! Are you ready yet?" "Yeah!" She yelled. She fixed her hair a little bit and grabbed her hand bag. She made

her way down the staircase where Kyuhyun's eyes widen at the beautiful girl making her way down the stairs.

When Seohyun reached the bottom of the stairs, Kyuhyun offered his arm to Seohyun. She gladly took it. "I'll have her back

by at least 11." Tiffany giggled at Kyuhyun and said "Be safe kids. And don't do anything naughty." Tiffany winked. "Yah!

Unnie!" Seohyun scolded Tiffany. "Let's go, Seohyun-ah." Kyuhyun tugged Seohyun's arm, smiling brightly. "Bye!" Tiffany

yelled after them. Then the door shut. They made their way to Kyuhyun's car.

Kyuhyun opened up the car door for Seohyun. Seohyun thanked him graciously and slid inside. Kyuhyun shut the door

and walked over to his side. He slid in. "Seohyun-ah, you look very beautiful." Kyuhyun complimented. "Thanks, Oppa. You

handsome as always."

Kyuhyun laughed. "Thank you. Now, should we get a move on before we're late?" Seohyun nodded in agreement.

Kyuhyun started up the car and they drove off into the night to attend the award show.
