“What’s a pretty lady like you working here?” I asked.

She instantly turned pink.

“Well, it’s pretty hard to find work around here.” She said.

I leaned towards her and smiled.

“I could hook you up with a better job. What’s your dream job?” I asked.

“Uh, I want to be a teacher. But I’m still in high school.” She said, blushing.

Aha, this one is an easy one.

“I could send you to a good high school. You seem like a straight – A student,” I said.

“Really? If I go, can my friend go with me too?” She asked, smiling.

Her smile like lit up the whole shop.

And I love it.

“Of course.” I answered.

“To which high school though?” She asked.

“ShinHwa High. The best high school in South Korea,” I said.

Her eyes got big.

“Jan Di-ah! Can you come here for a second?” She yelled.

“What?” Jan Di asked, walking over to our table.

“Didn’t you want to go to ShinHwa High?” She asked.

“No, Ga Eul!” Jan Di said.

Ga Eul kicked her and whispered something to Jan Di.

“Uh, yeah! I’ve always wanted to go to ShinHwa High!” Jan Di said sarcastically.

Ga Eul smiled at me.

“Well when do we start?” Ga Eul asked.

“Can I have your cell phone numbers? Then the Principal could contact you two once I contact him.” I explained.

Ga Eul instantly pulled out her waiter’s note pad, and scribbled some stuff down.

She handed it to Jan Di, and Jan Di leaned over to me.

“You better not be some guy trying to get Ga Eul’s number, or else.” She whispered.

“Yah, why would I lie to two pretty ladies?” I stated.

Jan Di just gave me a mean face.

A text popped up on my cell phone screen.

It was about Omma. [Omma=Mom]

“I’m sorry ladies, but I have to go.” I said, getting up.

“But we don’t even know you’re name!” Ga Eul said.

I turned around.

“Sorry, it seems like I’ve lost my manners. I’m so Yi Jeong. And you two are?” I asked.

“Chu Ga Eul,” Ga Eul said.

“Geum Jan Di.” Jan Di said plainly.

I flashed Ga Eul a smile and walked out.

** Chu Ga Eul POV **

     “Jan Di, what do you mean by no trusting him?! He looks every mature!” I said.

“But Ga Eul, I think he’s a guy just trying to get you.” Jan Di said.

I sighed.

“Jan Di, he seems like a very nice guy – “ I stated.

“Because he was wearing a suit and looks rich and was a total cutie that you drooled over?” Jan Di teased.

“Yah! I did NOT drool over him!!” I claimed.

“Yes you did, Chu Ga Eul!” Jan Di stated, pointing at me.

“Ish! Jan Di, you do know I’m still trying to get over Soo  Pyo!” I reminded her.

“Yeah, I know Ga Eul. But that doesn’t mean you can go out with any random guy you meet,” Jan Di said.

“Jan Di! Yi Jeong didn’t even  ask me out though!” I said.

“So? It’s so obvious he was aiming towards that.” Jan Di said.

“Jan Di, please just trust me this time.” I asked, giving her my puppy eyes.

“Fine, as you’re friend I’ll trust you about you’re love life this time.” Jan Di said while rolling her eyes.

“Yay! Jan Di, we should go celebrate! With ice cream and cookies!” I said, clapping my hands.

“What? We’re not getting off work until nine PM though!” Jan Di said.

“So? Nine’s not THAT late.” I said, smiling ear to ear.
